A really helpful helpline

I so often find helplines frustrating…but not this one! I was really well looked after by Mohammed who totally accepted that I’m not the most technically able customer. Most of all he was amazingly patient and his technical expertise totally compensated for my lack of it. Thank you

Great help from the Technical Helpline.

My call was answered quickly and Shiv was able to help me through the commissioning of a charger. He was patient, methodical and saved me a lot of time. The website still shows the commissioning steps as they were for the Pro Earth chargers. Luckily the Technical Helpline was able to guide me through.

Excellent maintenance service carried out today by one of the warranty engineers! Replaced my charge unit in such a short space of time. The whole experience was great.

Needed bit of help & got it fast

Travelling to hotel stay I was advised to download the Project EV app. Had some queries so emailed Project. Got a fast, understandable response and used their charging station effortlessly. Received email to advise charge complete and a detailed invoice. Impressed with service and help. Thank you Lilly 👍

I changed my broadband and could not…

I changed my broadband and could not switch the charger to the new network. I called project Ev and spoke to Jaida from technical. It’s the first time going through some thing like that where the experience was stress free and jaida was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was back up and running in 5 minutes. Jaida, thanks

Plenty of help today

Plenty of help today. I had lengthy call with Project EV (Shiv) about my charger and getting it to come online. I had it installed a couple of years ago but had not used. It was tricky with various wifi networks and passwords to get past. Eventually all was well and the charger worked - grateful for Shiv's calmness and endurance, would not have resolved without him.
