WiFi connection issue

I had an issue with the connection of my charger to the WiFi . Shivjit was very good and he helped to resolve the problem. So far all is working well.

Admin charges

I was unaware that admin charges were now applied to charging data. Jaida-Leigh Esson explained the new process to me and sorted out the required documentation.

Fault code showing on charger

Needed to contact Project EV regarding some chargers that had showed a fault on the screen. The Project EV team were quick in looking at and analysing the problem on the chargers and arranged a quick site visit that is required for one of the units. Very happy with the after sales service.
