Very professional service

Very professional service, helped us from first idea all the way through the process, including what grants we could apply for. Installation including groundworks was quick and they left the site tidy. Only small negative is the initial setup has odd defaults, and the face to face guide on how to use was a little too basic. That said technical support and ongoing customer service ownership meant we have the issues resolved very quickly.

Great Service from a very helpful agent.

Had an issue where my charging records had disappeared from my App following a reboot of my home charger. I phoned the support line and was pleasantly surprised to find my call was immediately answered with no wait. The agent was called Zak Adams and he was brilliant. Sorted a remote firmware update to my charger and recovered all of my records. He also showed me how to run a summary report which will be extremely helpful for me in monitoring my charge spend and claim back my business use. It is so sad that these days you are surprised to receive great service but Project EV have done that.

Charging issue

The EV charging wasn't showing as available, so I was unable to use it to charge my vehicle. Having tried to resolve the issue myself I sent a message via Project EV's website and had a very timely response from Callum, with a suggestion as to how to get it working again. Having carried out the instruction, the charger started working again immediately. Very impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the service provided.
