Remote setting change on Project EV box

I was assigned a gentleman called Callum Tipler (Project EV Support Centre) for my issue. The trip feeding the charger had worked well for a number of months but over a period of time, I noticed that it had begun to trip out peaking at 4 times in a week. The Electrical contractor who had recently rewired the house suggested that Project EV may be able to help. After a few E-mails explaining the problem, I was advised by Callum that he had remotely changed some parameters on the box and that this should result in the issue being resolved. This change was implemented last week and I have used the charger every day since (overnight for the cheap rate) and have not had a reoccurrence of the problem. Fantastic service - prompt, polite and informative. Really pleased with the service - many thanks...

Resolved charger app connection fault

Contact with PROJECT ev was very prompt minimal waiting time. Service Contact Christi was helpful and talked me through the reset process concisely resulting in the fault resolved at the first attempt. Very satisfied.
