EV Charger app will only work on 2.4 gig hub

I had problem trying to connect my ev charger to the app on my phone I spoke to a very helpful person by the name Wade Miller. He could not have been more helpful as I am not tec minded he guided me through all the things I had to do on my phone app. One problem was the internet hub was set at the wrong speed so I had to contact my provider to get it changed to 2.4 gigabytes I then rang Wade back and we had to go through the reprogramming again Thanks to his excellent help it is now working THANK YOU WADE John From Nottingham

I had a problem with the settings on my charger and William Price was very helpful on resolving the problem and asked me to get back to him to ensure it was all okay. which It was. The Project e.v. after care is good and helpful.

Had a ProjectEV charger installed when I got Solar panels installed. Had few teething problems but the ProjectEV folks have been responsive and helpful with regards to the issues I raised.
