Best customer service on Sales! Anita was super helpful and easy to talk to. She explained every question I had and reassured me with my choice. It was very gratifying to make the experience of buying a sofa as smooth as it was with her!

We received the warmest of welcomes by India at Timothy Oulton. Nothing was too much trouble and she is efficient, extremely polite and attentive and a pleasure to do business with. She even welcomed our huge dog! We are looking forward to receiving our order soon and she is keeping us updated regularly. It is rare these days to find such excellent customer service.

Have shopped Oulton a number of times on the east coast. This month, however, I made my first purchase! Lucky for me, I was received and taken fabulous care of by Michael from NYC who was pinch hitting in the Westport store. He made everything so easy and went out of his way to do so (stayed late, gave me his cell fone for questions, gave me all the future contacts I might need, and gave me excellent advice for care and ordering). Pieces arrived promptly in perfect condition. Shippers were careful, fast and personable. The Peak Sofa is Divine! I then returned to the Westport store to buy a few last, extra things and was graciously received by Susan the manager who also took great care of me (packed me up, helped get me to my car). If it all had not been enough, a week later, I then had a terrific interaction with Monica in Costa Mesa. She found my missing sofa piece and went to bat for me with her boss William. This alone allowed me to complete it within a week. On top of it all, My Peak sofa is so damn comfy and loungy(eat love pray AND read nap drink sleep snack view sigh) that my bf Bill, my dog Stewie, and I might never get off of it, except to take a shower. Maybe. Mr. Oulton, if it’s true that corporate culture starts at the top, you must be one hell of a guy…because your staff ROCKS!

I have purchased a number of unique & luxury items of furniture from Timothy Oulton over the years & their customer service has always been good. Most recently though, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe, based at the Flagship store in Chelsea. Her customer service has been exceptional. She is professional, quick to respond to queries & made this latest purchasing experience seamless & stress free. No affiliation but I simply had to acknowledge the amazing customer service received from Chloe.

This is a great company. Right from the outset they were very professional. We dealt with a lovely person called Chloe. She made the process run very smoothly and was efficient and very prompt, courteous and gave great advice whilst discussing our orders. The furniture is extremely well made and looks so beautiful. The delivery was also easy and professional. We do not hesitate in highly recommending Timothy Oulten or Chloe to anyone who wants to purchase their products.

I recently posted on Trust Pilot that I had an unfortunate customer service experience with TO. Chloe the manager of the London Flagship store contacted me within 12 hours of the filing of my concern and rectified the entire matter and misunderstanding.
