I first found about Roost and Root through the show Coop Dreams. Saw the backyard roost over run coop and figured it would be the perfect coop for us. This is our first time raising chickens and after learning about all the great features the round top coops have I was sold. Assembly was smooth going and loved how they included the hardware organizer to separate the hardware. Absolutely will recommend these coops.

We have order several items from Roost over the last 5 years and been extremely pleased with the quality and ease of building. We first did the largest coop and then a duck coop and recently a small coop for traveling and the greenhouse. The products stand the time in extreme weather conditions hot and cold.

What a great coop and a great company. My wife and I researched dozens and dozens of coops before settling on this one. We ended up spending a little more than we had planned when we purchased our Round-Top Backyard Chicken Coop but it was so well worth it. This coop was easy to put together and is solidly built. As a designer myself I appreciate the thought and excellent workmanship that Roost & Root put into this coop. We have a coop that is predator proof, functional, and that our “girls” love to live in.

Great quality products and great customer service - I like that I can talk to a live person. We ordered the duck coop, which is our second purchase with R&R. Once again, the coop packaging was great and had everything needed to easily put it together. We did stain it to match our barn and chicken coop. So far, everything is going great with our two new welsh harlequins. They took a dip in the integrated pool (which is so awesome) within minutes of getting inside the first time. It takes me about 30 minutes to drain the water, clean the pool and refill. R&R made everything so simple. We are looking into purchasing the green house next. This is a great, reliable company.

We had a great experience ordering our new coop from Roost and Root. Their customer service staff was excellent. It is rare these days to even have telephone customer support much less people who are actually knowledgeable and care about their product and customers. When we began to assemble our coop we discovered a minor flaw with one piece and some minor shipping damage to one other part. A quick call to Roost and Root and replacements were sent out that same day. They charge a premium price but deliver a premium product and service to match.

Excellent design and construction. Very high quality cedar and materials. Instructions were easy to follow, my 10 & 12 yo children helped build during their spring break. So fun. Moved our new chicks in, and they love it. They already have jumped up to the first roost bar. Looking forward to our delicious home raised organic eggs soon. Thank you Roost & Root!

Quality product. Easy to assemble

Great design, solid construction, fantastic support during installation. Has successfully held off all predator attacks and Chicks are very happy. Highly recommend this Coop (walk-in with extended summer room).
