We now have a chicken coop and numerous raised beds from Roost & Root. Everything was easy to assemble and we got all the proper parts during the initial shipments. We are extremely pleased with the quality and looks of everything! I have made a couple of calls to them about questions on their products and they are easy to get hold of and were able to provide all the answers I needed. Thanks to everybody at Roost & Root.

We were so excited about the delivery and assembly day of our A-line loft coop. It turned into frustration and disappointment when we found the first piece of wood that was not the correct measurements. After a call, we were instructed to recut the notches in the roof beam. Thank goodness we had tools to alter the beam. And the problems continued with instructions to sand down pieces, reassemble, double checking leveling for hours of trouble shooting before acknowledgment a week later that two main pieces were also sent to us with the wrong measurements. We did receive them a week later and assembly was easier from that point on, but all in all it took about 12 hours over three weekends of work and communication. If they had been upfront with making sure each piece we had matched the expected measurements rather than assuming assembly error on our part, it would have cut many hours off the process. There has been no refund offered, no attempt to make amends for how poorly the pieces were inspected for accuracy. But the coop is very cute and in the end we have what appears to be a nice protective coop. I hope it stands the test of time. The cost is completely unacceptable for the experience of assembly, so I cannot fully recommend this product.

We purchased the Round Top Backyard Roost over Run model chicken coop with the additional run. The instructions were great and we assembled it in less time than we thought it would take. My husband is very impressed with the quality, construction and design of the coop. We have 3 10-month old chickens that were "gifted" to us. They have plenty of space and love their new digs. We also love that while it is super sturdy, that the two of us can move it around the yard if we choose to. So grateful to have the ability to purchase a quality product, made in the USA with local labor :-).

The coop was fairly easy to put together. I marked all of the peices with the numbers, which helped alot. The coop is well made and very attractive in the yard. I am very pleased with my purchase.Everything arrived on-time and was just as I ordered it. Thank you for a great product.
