My first order from them. Arrived in a day but two items broken. I emailed them and received a reply within the hour and a replacement the next day. Unfortunately one item was incorrect so another email sent and another replacement the next day. What made this all so painless was the apologies, not asking for returns and being told to keep the wrong item or donate to charity. First class service - how rare is that these days? Would definately recommend. Now going to see what else they do - oh, what i ordered was exactly as expected and i am very pleased with it.

Order arrived super quick and is good quality. One item arrived damaged and they sent a replacement immediately no questions asked. Definitely recommend!

I ordered photo frame which unfortunately Hermes decided to throw over my back gate. I contacted customer service with pictures of the frames and they said they would replace them ASAP, that was only today so will update! 29/12/23…replacements arrived all in one piece in plenty of time, so thanks Rinkit 👍🏼

I received an order from Rinkit very quickly and exactly when advised delivery. Unfortunately there was a breakage, although most of the order was great and just as I wanted. After a brief e mail to them, they quickly agreed to a replacement of the damaged item within 3 days. Very good service through thank you .

I have placed several orders for storage jars with Rinkit over the past few months. The items are lovely and very reasonably priced which is why I keep ordering more. But equally the company is a pleasure to deal with, and it's clear that customer service is a top priority. My most recent order arrived with one of the jars having been broken during transit. They had been carefully wrapped with protective wrapping, fragile stickers all over the box, but sadly the delivery company must have been heavy handed. I emailed Rinkit to let them know. Within 15 minutes, I'd had an email of apology (even though it wasn't their fault), along with a further email confirming a new replacement order that was dispatched that day and arrived with me the following morning on a next-day service. Sub-standard customer service is common when ordering via the internet, so what a refreshing change to deal with a company that gets it right.

Good selection of items at competitive prices. Having ordered a number of items, one unfortunately arrived damaged. One incredibly speedy email response later a replacement is on its way! Very impressed, wouldn't hesitate to order from them again :)

Ordered an ash bin for our log fire a small part was missing, contacted customer service via email and had a reply within 2 hrs that a replacement had been sent and would be with me in a couple of days. Well done Danielle for superb service.

Superbly efficient and courteous customer service with very fast email response by return. Issues sorted immediately and replacement items arriving the very next day. Our order was for 20 sets of 6 cups/saucers for our Church & Community Hall. A few were defective and I sent photos and a request for help by email to theitr customer support. Replacements were sent and arrived the next day. Mathilde and Evangeline at customer support were brillliant.
