Placed an order for 6 marble placements through Debenhams, however sold by Rinkit, 5/6 arrived damaged to the point of being totally unusable, Debenhams were absolutely useless so contacted Rinkit directly, within 5 hours of my initial email they had DISPATCHED 5 replacements with their compliments free of charge all before Debenhams almost non existent customer service replied to my initial message, delivered the next day too! Customer service is outstanding, the new placemats directly from Rinkit were in perfect condition, very understanding and trustworthy company! 5/5 will certainly be ordering again, definitely worthy of being called my new go too online shop for homeware!
