Vorsicht es ist ein Betrug!!! Bestellt E9Max(10 Ah, 40km, 10 Zoll) und bekommt E9(7.5 Ah,30km, 8 zoll) I habe E9Max(10 Ah(Batteriekapazität), 40 km Reichweite und mit 10 Zoll) bestellt und bekommt E9 (7.5 Ah(Batteriekapazität), 30 km Reichweite, mit 8 Zoll.). Kundendient ist sehr schlecht. Frau Emily kann nicht zwischen E9max und e9 unterscheiden, sie nimmt sich viel Zeit, um zu antworten. Sie hat mein Problem nicht gelöst. Ich möchte den Roller zurückgeben. Ich benötige eine Rücksendung, weil das Unternehmen schuld und ein Betrug ist.

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. Do not buy. I purchased over £700 scooter which broke after 2 and a half months. I sent several emails, managed to call them and was advised technical team will come back to me within 1 day. Another week gone and no response. Will report to trading standards

Do not buy

Do not buy! Horrendous customer service. I purchased a scooter in January 2023. It is now March 2023 and the scooter is broken after being used 4 times. I have requested for it to be replaced. I have received numerous emails from the company asking me to fix it myself or to take it to a “local fix station” as they referred to it, they offered to cover the repair fee providing it was under £40! Appalling! It is not my responsibility to fix the item it is still under warranty. You also cannot speak to them over the phone and if by some miracle you do, they hang up on you. The language barrier via email is really bad.

False advertisement

Well let’s start with your site saying that I can order a (pair) of replacement inner tubes for my scooter but after receiving my order, I only received one inner tube. You guys know that a (pair) means two right? where’s my other tube? False advertising is a no no.

Placed a order Friday it’s now Tuesday I asked when the product will ship out they promise 72 hours however now I’m told they will have a update for me thurs can’t help have a bad guy feeling about this but will update

The company completely lies about…

Isinwheel completely lies about their shipping. They say that you will receive your product between 2-5 business days from California. False, they shipped the product 7 business days after ordering the product and it was shipped from Fredericksburg, VA. It took 15 days to get to me. 2-5 day delivery is just a complete lie. It's more like 14 - 21 days. I think this company's transparency could be a lot better. They only have email support, and take very long to respond. The products are good as far as I know. They just have a lot of false advertisement that I feel is very dishonorable.

The scooter I bought for my 4 year old at Christmas has stopped working. 3 emails send to no reply. Message left on the voicemail no reply…..

Damaged & called immediately

We called immediately, and were told to email with photos. So we sent pictures in an email along with all the details we were told to include. Which took them a week to get a reply back to. In their reply they didn’t even send return labels to resolve the issue. Very bummed about the damaged shipping and poor packaging but even more disappointed with the lack of customer service and support we have received thus far. Hopefully it gets better!

SAV Isinwheel nul et inexistant.

Bonjour, J'ai reçu ma trottinette fin novembre 2022, après 80km elle est tombée en panne (elle ne s'allume plus). Il a fallu batailler avec le SAV afin d'obtenir la procédure de prise en charge sous garantie et avoir l'étiquette de retour pour réexpédier la trottinette. Je l'ai retournée et le SAV l'a reçue en date du 31 décembre 2022, depuis malgré plusieurs messages journaliers je n'ai plus de son, plus d'image. Une telle gestion de leur clientèle est juste INADMISSIBLE.

Pas de puissance, pas de SAV !!!!

Après un essai de ma trottinette, je suis obligé de la pousser pour monter une côte chez moi. Le moteur n’est pas assez puissant 350w. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour joindre le SAV et faire un retour pour acheter le modèle de 500w, le service client ne répond pas !!!!! Le matériel est bien trottinette S9 mais attention au données constructeur.il est impossible de monter une cote de 15% avec cette trottinette. Le service client est injoignable...
