Isinwheel S9 max acheté pour Noël pour mon fils. Après une charge selon recommandations du mode d'emploi, la trottinette ne se met pas en marche. L'écran LCD s'allume puis s'éteint. Un Noël gâché Isinwheel plus jamais

Après un essai de ma trottinette je suis obligé de la pousser pour monter une cote chez moi. Le moteur n’est pas assez puissant 350w. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour joindre le sav et faire un retour pour Acheter le modèle de 800w Le service client est une catastrophe J’ai envoyé un mail en allemand et laissé plusieurs messages sur le répondeur et rien. La période de 14 jours est maintenant dépassée. L’affaire est en cours. Le matériel est bien trottinette S9 mais attention au données constructeur.il est impossible de monter une cote de 15% avec cette trottinette. Le service client est inexistant 👎👎👎

This is my first scooter and great for the price. It say the the max speed is 21 mph, but I can only run one time thru 20 mph on a downhill. But thats ok, 15 mph is enough for safety. I already fall and and it was bad. Anyways, its a great vehicle to go to work.

I recently bought an s9 scooter and I love it. I go to and from work every in dc. The scooter rides well and folds up beautifully on the train. I highly recommend their products.

NICHT BESTELLEN! Wir haben einen Scooter vor 1 1/2 Wochen bestellt. Auf deren Seite steht das sie innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen liefern. Es ist noch immer nichts angekommen. Auf die erste Email wurde geantwortet das sich innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden gemeldet wird, nachdem sich im Versand erkundigt wurde. Haben natürlich daraufhin keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Als dann versucht wurde telefonisch mit dem Kundensupport in Kontakt zu treten, kam nur eine Mailbox auf die man sprechen kann. Nach der nächsten Email jetzt gerade (DIENSTAG) kam eine automatische Antwort das der Kundenservice am Wochenende nicht erreichbar ist und man sich am Montag darum kümmern werde. Jetzt fühle ich mich komplett verkohlt. Bestellt bei vertrauenswürdigen Unternehmen.

Good power, handles well, good brakes, overall very good scooter for this price range. Rear Shocks are great for absorbing bumps, although the front shocks are not as good over rough terrain, but air tires help. We also had a problem with the thumb throttle accelerator, but it was resolved by customer service. Customer Service was helpful answering questions.
