Little disappointed due to ordering 2 samples to which i liked, went to order they had no stock at all,so only a 2. It's a bit cheeky when you have to pay for samples when they know they have none in stock.Hopefully they will get this item back in stock.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS I ORDERED FLOORING WITH 3 WEEK NOTICE AND ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY I GOT NOTIFICATION THAT IT WONT HAPPEN AS THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK DESPITE SENDING ME EMAIL 4 DAYS EARLIER THAT STOCK IS ALL PREPARED FOR DELIVERY. AFTER HOURS OF WAITING ON THE LINE I GOT TOLD BY JAMES THEY CAN SEND ME LESS PACKS AND REFUND THE DIFFERENCE AND I WOULD GET CONFIRMATION EMAIL STRAIGHT AWAY OF COURSE IT DID NOT HAPPEN! SO I CALL AGAIN AND TOLD JAMES NO 2 TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION ABOUT IT SO I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO ANGELA WHO SAID THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RAISED AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS AND THEN SENT ME EMAIL THAT REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 14 DAYS. ITS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING THIS COMPANY PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I DONT KNOW HOW THEY CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLES LIVES LIKE THAT. I HOPE THEY HAVE THE REST OF DECENCY LEFT AND I WONT NEED TO GO TO COURT AS MANY PEOPLE ALREADY HAD TO BECAUSE IS THEIR COMMON PRACTICE TO TAKE MONEY OFF PEOPLE AND NOT DELIVER !!!!

Very helpful staff members, Typed the wrong address by mistake,12 instead of 22 and on the day of the delivery Raheem from Leader Floors helped me, speaking with the driver about the mistake and corrected. This saved me a couple of days for redelivery. Thank you Raheem!!
