Quick deliver, great price

Good customer service, delivered on time, driver was helpful. Sample flooring that I ordered before making my full order also came on time with no issues.

I ordered 3 samples of laminate flooring to help me decide which one I would prefer for my kitchen floor. All of my choices were suitable for my use but it's hard to choose the best just from a picture. The samples are free, just pay the postage, and they arrived quickly. So now I know which one I will be ordering when I am ready to do the job.

Beware of poor customer service and hollow promises. I have been waiting for a refund of almost £500 since 9th September 2024. This is for 7 packs of flooring which I returned in person to the Coventry Unit. Emails are not responded to and my phone records show that I have contacted Leader Floors over 20 times. I have been promised the refund on more than 3 occasions and been given 3 separate dates when it would be repaid, none of which have happened. The last time the refund was promised was on 19th Dec following escalation to a manager. As of today (2nd Jan 2025) the refund has still not been repaid and I believe Leader Floors have no intention of refunding me for the floor, and now I don't have the 7 packs of floor either. As the refund is for such a large amount I cannot allow the issue to go unresolved, and will have to frustratingly continue to pursue them. I have never experienced anything like this before and I will not buy from Leader Floors or recommend them again.

Really happy with the price, quality, and delivery of my new wood flooring. They also had one of the best ranges of accessories for the floor which was fantastic as it meant I could arrange a single delivery from a single supplier. Shout out to our delivery driver who took the time to check we had the exact items ordered which was appreciated.

Flooring is lovely was slightly short so had to order more decided to do clock and collect as it says only 2days for delivery on there site. Was told this wasn't possible and the 30th or 31st would be the soonest delivery. Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of communication between distribution centres and customer services as I've went down to collect yesterday after being emailed only to find the distribution centre in darkness and shut. Have know phoned customer services to be told there shut despite the supervisor assuring me it would be ready. I've taken a half day from work and have now had to delay fitters as well and the only compensation is to have it delivered absolute joke despite the great quality of flooring I'll be avoiding using this companies services again if I could give zero stars I would

Do not deliver. Do not reimburse. Do not respond to phone or correspondence. Rude. Obnoxious. Would comment on quality of products but have nothing to show for it.

Great quality floor boards for the price, colour exactly as I expected and carefully delivered to my door. What more could I want?

We had this floor installed on today and we have all been struggling with throat irritation and headaches plus congestion. The website doesn't make any statement about off gassing or VOC content . Please be aware of this if you want to buy lvt and install it whilst living in the property. Otherwise the floor looks ok, struggled with customer service when I wanted to change my flooring but the delivery was flawless. We had an excellent driver deliver our floor . Its worth noting that even VIP delivery is only to ground floor. We live in a first floor apartment, our floor was loaded into the lift and we had to carry it from the lift to the flat.

Raheem was able to provide a solution and advise on an outcome that solved my click and collect issue where I needed more packs in addition to an existing order. Very satisfactory from my perspective.
