Completely wrong item received

Completely wrong item received, called twice to costumer care and no help keep repeating that the item I have ordered is discontinued from supplier and its same, I have the sample and pic can be provided, advised from costumer service that if I don't need it then I have to mention that item no longer required then they will charge me for the delivery and I have to wait for the refund eventhough its not my product, if the item is discontinued i should be informed before delivering rather than sending me another product which i never wanted, really dissatisfied with the service

Refund issues

The ordering and delivery was great, the product cheaper than most places but looks good, a few colour flaws but once floor layed not noticed. Our only complaint is the door profile strips were not in with order. Contacted Leader floors who advised out of stock with no date when or if would be available so asked for refund as would get elsewhere. Numerous emails and calls we still have not had refund. Complained, then after 8 weeks got an email advising complaint had been resolved, which it hadn't. Emailed back to company with no response. Appears that if there is an issue with order it is never resolved. This company needs to address the issues which others have also experienced.

Not all of the items were in the delivery unfortunately which means I Now have to go through the process of sorting that out. However I like the system of being able to see where the driver is and he was a friendly soul.

I had Robert Niyonzima as my delivery driver, fantastic communication throughout the whole delivery day , I never felt in the dark about the time for his arrival, very friendly helpful guy. A credit to the company

Delivery communication was excellent

Delivery communication was excellent. The driver (sorry didn’t get his name)was friendly professional and efficient. The quality of the flooring looks great and wouldn’t hesitate to use leader floors again

2nd update no refund Yet

I have received my refund on 23rd December 2024. I decided to update my 1star review of November 28th where Ms George replied and promised a speedy refund to me, and I quote " I will look to address and investigate this immediately and ensure that your refund is processed without any further delay." this was after previously being promised on November 14th a refund without further delay. Once again let down big time only this time my expectations were a lot less as I am getting accustomed to empty promises . I write this so that people will understand the appalling level of customer service if things go wrong. It is unacceptable to me that I am expected to wait for a refund for over 6 months for faulty goods. I will continue to update this review every fortnight and will happily post when I receive my refund.
