Ordered some customised flights with the Name Stewie the Hitman Harley and they have cancelled the order due language on the flight. I'd understand if there was foul language but nope, when my other flights arrive I will never use RED DRAGON AGAIN

Hi, I ordered a NPQ dartboard from them and it had 10 defects in it. Plus it is not supplied with the proper fixing kit. Would not recommend using them and not very good customer service and at the moment I can't seem to leave a review on their website even though they do have reviews.

Bought some nitro flute as everyone was recommending them then after a couple of days it snapped and for that to happen and how much they are is not good enough and the it was made out of a cheap material so therefore snaps easily so that’s why they get a 1 star review.

I won a competition at the Winmau World Masters. They took my details to forward the prize by email. I never heard from them again despite multiple emails. The competition must have been for show, with no intention of paying out the prices. Just a clever way to gather customer data to add to mailing lists.

When I first made purchase I was singing their praises all over,then when I went on to make further purchases that's when the trouble started? I had a messed up order, I phoned them to complain they were rectifying it only for them to send the very same items out they sent previously😤 Eventually I got what I ordered, then I have an issue with the £80 dartboard Winmau triple blade 6 has more holes than a cheese grater brand new? I spoke to them was told to send in pictures via email did so,I got no reply when I reported back to them I was then told they hadn't received it which I find strange as they were getting any other email I sent in to them. So I've practically given up on them now as the last time I spoke they were supposed to be sending me out replacement flights to the new ones that came that actually creased up in the tighter than tight barrel, I have not had any reply for the emails or any replacement flights!!! So I will shop elsewhere from now on shame as some products are decent. Also I wish I had come to trust pilot first as there are many customers who have been done over by them!!! Not one apology either many thank you for your reviews, very generic replies but that is where it ended. Terrible company pure and simple.

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience I will debate using this website as I’ve purchased new dart flight during last weekend a received them on Tuesday and already the flight has broke. After a throw where the darts landed close to each other one just fell off as if it weren’t even attached. Disappointed as I was hoping to receive good quality dart flights.

It’s just a shame there isn’t an option for zero stars. I ordered a darts set (board and cabinet) and a set of darts 2 weeks ago, the cabinet arrived a few days later and the set of darts the day after that but no dart board or other accessories. 3 emails and several attempts to call them on the phone over a five day period didn’t elicit a response until finally 7 days later they reply, accept they messed up and offer to complete the order or return the delivered items for a refund . Having requested the order be completed I receive a further email 2 days later asking if I’ve checked in the box because the dartboard will be in there!!! How inept are this firm??? Avoid at all costs
