Just back from the most terrible 4 nights away in Belgium and France where we as passengers were treated so badly by our drivers who were unpleasant, didn’t even introduce themselves and gave no care at all to the welfare of passengers. National did not give us the full details of the trip and we had three feeder coaches in total , absolutely shambolic one of our drivers was falling asleep at the wheel and there is no way he could’ve passed any medical to drive a bus either , he couldn’t sit in his seat or manage the bus steps

We throughly enjoyed it we felt it was great value for money lovely driver nice hotel would definitely recommend to everyone

I have been on may coach trips with you, I have been very disappointed on my last two recent trips. The drivers and hotel were great but there were just too many stops. I booked one for my elderly mum ,she has a bad legend would not of booked it if we had known there would be so many stops and taking 8 hours to arrive. Due to this I do not feel I will book with you again which is a shame.

The trip was amazing and we had the best time, the driver for Disney was friendly and helpful but on the way home the communication was awful, we didn’t know what was happening and no times given for when we would be home to arrange pick ups.

Journey made far too long by an intentionally late ferry. Paid for front seats and didn’t realise that for half our journey this wouldn’t be valid due to feeder coaches. Hotel okay, Eurodisney great but we actually arrived back at 4am a day later than planned / advertised and had no travel insurance for that day. Also made me exceptionally tired for work and Daughter the same for school. Please be honest about what will happen and arrival home dates as this caused us issues.

A great trip to London to The Albert Hall. New coach, lovely driver and his wife looked after us really well. Hotel was brilliant.

Well first of all what was great was our main coach driver. He was knowledgeable about London, very friendly and patient with us. Waiting for us when we got a bit lost and directing us to the coach. That said, it was a very long and tiring trip and for much older people and people with mobility issues it was even worse. A long time hanging around London before our show and the worry of finding the theatre and then getting back to the coach on time after. Hotel too far away and the ibis budget was OK for one night but nothing to praise here. Nice to spend the next half day in London but again for much older people it's a very very long day. The idea for me going on a coach trip was to eliminate the fear of being lost and finding my way around London but actually this trip made my fears worse as I was constantly worried about missing the coach but think if we had stayed more central and gone solo I don't think it would have been any worse. On saying that, we had a great time and met some lovely people. N.B the mini bus driver going drove way too fast for road and weather conditions at the time and mini bus driver coming back dropped us last when we should have been first making our trip longer than expected.
