5hrs to get to York,then back to Bradford for the night,hotel alright but food wasn't good.

We went on the festive flyer trip, the wait for the train was too long, the only shops nearer the train station was up a very steep hill and lots of people would struggle to get up it. We felt you was at Oxenhope too long as there wasn’t much to do there or see, best bit was the reindeers. Leeds Christmas markets again wasn’t a lot to see so felt over 4hours was too long again, we did walk into Leeds town to pass some time as was only 10mins from markets. The hotel was ok very clean and tidy and room was a good temperature but we had to wait to be able to have food until exactly 8pm and then there was a Christmas party on so it was very noisy until 4am and we had to be up early for breakfast and out by 8.45. The coach driver Ed was very good and made the experience a little more enjoyable

Nicky at "The Nelson" goes "above & beyond" to make guests welcome! The driver, Chris, was excellent and very efficient

Had a nice 4 day break in Bournemouth. It was a nice hotel, with good meals and a nice outing each day. Our driver was helpful and apart from a minor mechanical fault with the coach, which caused us some delay on the way home, it was overall a very good trip and readonable value.

The journey was far too long No help with luggage

We enjoyed our trip the hotel was lovely they were slow serving the food on a evening and the young man on the desk the 2nd night was not very help full when asked if he could close the window in the dining area our couch Driver was very good will definitely go on holiday with national again

Basically the booking of the holiday was a simple process, and the girl on other end of the phone was very polite and knowledgeable
