I had a lovely break but had an issue with a bag that was left on bus by the driver on the journey home. I tried to arrange for the bag to be returned to me or left at a location close to my home in Tamworth. But I was told to collect it from the depot in Shrewsbury or pay a courier to deliver it to my home address. I ended up driving for over an hour to Shrewsbury. I'm not used to long drives or travelling far from home. Once National Holidays had taken my money, they couldn't care less. My family and I won't be travelling with National Holidays again. Disgraceful way to treat vulnerable pensioners.

Well organised tour. Had a full itinerary. The coach drivers were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel to relax in after a full day out at Christmas markets.

Great trip to Edinburgh our driver Bill Hare went above and beyond, the food at the hotel was good and we enjoyed out time and are already thinking of booking again soon.

The gentleman who took my booking was very Helpful and informative . He made the whole experience very easy . I was booking a trip as a surprise for my elderly mother and he couldn’t have been more helpful with ensuring I had a suitable hotel room with suitable access and suitable seating for the venue

I’ve done the trip before , only took 6 hrs this time 10 hrs ! Duplicate tickets for show, and no time to get an evening meal , by the time got back to hotel , kitchen closed .all on the coach were not happy

usually book online but had problem with card rang up and sorted within minutes very helpful sorting out the details

We had a great patient driver (Stuart). He kept passengers informed on pick up and drop off times. He was a jolly chap who made us feel comfortable on our trip to Liverpool and Manchester.

Fantastic trip to France and Belgium Christmas markets- very well organised and a really friendly helpful driver- Reece. Hotel very good standard but in the middle of nowhere and not enough staff to cope with coach party. The journey from Leeds to Folkestone and return not very well organised and took over 8 hours.

Well looked after, lovely hotel with friendly staff. Our tour lads Nathan and Ben were great at advising us of where to go and what to make time to see.
