All arrangements were as planned and on time. Storm Darragh prevented the planned trip to Chester Christmas Market from going ahead but we were able to spend more time in Llandudno as a result. The driver was very friendly and helpful. My first time on a trip of this nature and I would definitely go again.

The driver Tom was amazing ,the thing that really let the trip down was the amount of pickups ,didn't expect to be picking up for 4 hours ,think the company should of told us when we booked

We had a feader mini bus which took away a lot of pick-up stops. The Hotel was really nice. Coach driver was very informative, approachable and friendly.

Driver left us waiting for transfer taxi (10 year old child and grandmother) in storm conditions, that had not shown up because of his error- you had a duty of care after 5 years of travelling with you, not sure I would again

Dropped of in London after 9 hour journey nothing to do dropped of at 4 left in London till 1130 surely we could of gone to winter wonderland at night time instead we got to our hotel at 1'30 in morning up early for breakfast went back to London only had 3 hours in winter wonderland went home knackered and disappointed waste of time

It was a fantastic trip. The hotel was brilliant. The breakfast was gorgeous. My only disappointment was. I did think we was going to get a evening meal. All in all 5 stars.
