Coach driver pleasant and obliging. Hotel fine. Shame about the storm which caused the Liverpool Christmas Market to be cancelled. Not a fault of National Holidays, though.

The driver of the coach was extremely rude throughout the whole trip. Too many incidents to go into. One of our group has made a complaint on behalf of us all.

Good amount of time in London on day one and also at the WB Studio Tour on day two. Huge thanks to our coach driver Bill and the Emergency Team Member (whose name I don't know) who both went above and beyond to ensure that we could get on our trip after a last minute issue.

I paid to go the Christmas markets, unfortunately these were cancelled due to the weather and National Holidays refused to give me my money back as I didn't want to just go to Liverpool & Manchester to just shop.

We always enjoy a weekend coach trip with National Holidays. The coach is always on time, drivers pleasant and so far the overnight stop in the hotels have been good.

7-8th December 2024 Leeds and York shopper. Firstly, it took us 6 hours to get from Leeds to Preston because of pickups. Once arriving in Leeds we had 3 1/2 hours to shop and get a lesuirely dinner. Due to the busyness of the city centre (because it’s Christmas) most restaurants were busy and fully booked therefore hindering us to get a proper meal before being picked up at 6:00pm to go to the hotel. We were told that the hotel had no restaurant so would not be able to eat there. The hotel was 1hr away from Leeds (totalling the amount of time on the couch to 7hrs). Hotel room adequate, Breakfast lovely. On we go to York which was an hour away. The Driver of the coach was unfriendly, sexist and called other travellers names such as ‘a ponce’. We had 4hrs in York before we started the 6hr gruelling trip back home. Although we paid £99 pp, I feel that we spent more time on the coach than shopping, this was not a worthwhile trip at all And left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a bad back. I think if the holiday company had provided an itinerary for the entire weekend customers would be able to see if this is a worthwhile trip.

Do not book with this company. Absolutely shocking customer service .booked on phone with one of their operators who failed to tell me as trip booked for within 8 weeks it is none refundable or transferable .Also did not ask if I'd read and terms and conditions.Got holiday confirmation yesterday and unfortunately got letter to say have operation the day before .Wouldn't transfer trip to another date and said I should of read terms and conditions??? .Shocking customer service
