Bad customer service
The hotel used in Great Yarmouth was far below expectation. We were treated like school children in the dining room as so regimented. Customer service was almost non existent in the way we were, as a group, and individually. Asked for scrambled egg for breakfast as could only eat this and was offered a tiny amount on a plate brought from the kitchen. I was told it was a single serving. When I asked if I could have a bit more as not eating anything else I was treated as if I was asking for the earth. Every day I had the same treatment. Also should have had WiFi in the bedrooms but none available in ours. We were at The Waverley and won't stay there again.

The Downton Abbey and Bath Christmas Market trip were excellent. The Leonardo Hotel was one of the best we have stayed at with National Holidays and Peter, our driver was great. Thanks National Holidays
Disappointed…
Disappointed that our pick up point was changed as 'only my group of two were being collected'. When we arrived at the new destination, which was further away, we realises that six people had travelled from our original destination to the new one. This was very disappointing and made the day longer than necessary. We had already booked a weekend away the next weekend and only my group of two were picked up at the same original destination. This seems a bit of a contradiction, which no-one is able to explain. Very disappointing.

Driver left us to get our own suitcases out of the hold. Driver went to front of the queue for checking in, checked himself in then left us. Poor communication on the coach, had to ask several times to use his microphone, as he just tended to talk to front of coach, then it was Chinese whispers down the rest of the coach. Leaving times not leaving clear instructions. Very pleasant, but didn't announce his name, no safety advice, nor did he give our a contact number, so if you were lost, or delayed for any reason. This been done on previous trips.
Our first coach trip experience.
This was our first coach trip. We enjoyed the experience, even though the journey there and back was a long one, but this was to be expected as it was a long way to go. We were very impressed with the driver. He was very informative and pleasant. He never got stressed. We enjoyed the outings to different places, but thought they could have been a bit longer to ensure we had seen everything. The hotel was beautiful, but the room was in desperate need of refurbishing. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Food was a bit hit and miss at dinner time, but the breakfasts were spot on. We will definitely be booking another coach trip in the new year.

Great value for money
We had a lovely five days for Turkey and Tinsell at Carrington House Hotel,Bournemouth. Yes the rooms are basic but very clean. The staff are amazing and deserve to be praised for their work ethics. For what we paid including excursions, half board, evening entertainment and 2 for 1 at the bar it was great value. Our coach driver James, was very helpful and kept us well informed. I would recommend this short trim to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Hotel rooms were basic but clean, evening meal was very pool standard, everything seemed like Icelands cheapest versions of foods Trips were good, driver (James) was great
Comfortable coach.
The coach was very comfortable. The driver, Steve, was brilliant. The hotel was good but unfortunately the food was cold both evenings. We didn't like the breakfast.
