Ridiculous amount of time on the coach as pick ups the length of the country, deviating from motorway and adding significantly to travel time

The amount of time on bus 7hoursto get to Birmingham felt as though the whole weekend was spent on the bus hotel was good very expensive Xmas market won’t be repeating experience

Out coach driver was great. He was so helpful and so nice. Our hotel was lovely

We had booked the firework spectacular for November but was emailed a few weeks before to say it was cancelled and that the Halloween brick or treat was extended instead. We were disappointed but had booked for my sons birthday so we obviously still went. We wasn't blown away by that event, apart from a few Halloween shows that we struggled to see as it was so busy, and a few decorations, it wasn't as good as described. I wouldn't book that event in the future. It was disappointing, the only good thing was that my son enjoyed it despite the change.
