Excellent trip ,visit and hotel. Would have been improved if we had gone to Christmas Market sooner in the day, since the Market is so big. House tour Excellent

This holiday was great and executed really well , timings were great by the driver Steve who I be hot to say was excellent , he was funny professional and very accommodating as I didn’t want to go the high winding roads home which he drove the flat way home . The hotel was amazing and Chatsworth house was a must see we all had a fantastic trip would do it again

We sent for a brochure as we wanted to book the Edinburgh Tattoo weekend in August 2025. After receiving the brochure we called up and booked our places. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and informative and now we are looking forward to visiting this event 😀

Dutch Bulbfield I intended to book Me & My Mother onto Amsterdam trip, im not very good online with technology!! Needed passport numbers ect- got to payment- had to create a new password ( which stresses me) got to payment, card details in & it dropped out ?? Possibly due to signal or timed out- i called operater & lady did all for me - i worried that id paid twice- she asured me it was highly unlikely & if i had- to call her back & she would sort it!!

Expected a guide to the Tower or at least a map. We were met off the coach and given poor directions then left

Booked on for a London trip so we didn't have to make our own way through London. We got dropped nearly 3 miles away from our attraction so had to navigate our way through London. Our attraction closed at 9pm but our pick up wasnt until 11.30pm, lot of hanging about in November weather. It also meant we didnt arrive at hotel until 1am, very late.Might as well have organised it myself in the first place
