Online chat vs. Email
Postcode on the initial order was incorrect so was informed by courier that my parcel could not be delivered. I contacted My 1st Years through the chat to resolve this and was informed that as it had already been sent out the matter could not be resolved and the issue was closed. I was extremely disappointed however, I then emailed My 1st Years and a lovely lady called Dorota couldn't of been more helpful, she immediately looked into my issue and promptly resolved the issue and had my parcel delivered successfully via express delivery. I do believe that both the online chat and email correspondence should do the same to resolve issues successfully for the sake of paying customers. Overall I am very happy to of had my issue quickly resolved.

Swift Response to a Cancellation Request
I ordered a dinosaur wooden activity toy but then decided I preferred the Peter Rabbit. Aleksandra from the management team responded to my request very quickly, agreeing I could cancel my original order and then put in a new order. Thank you so much Aleksandra. Love the new toy.
Items missing
Some items were missing from the wooden walker I had purchased for my grandson. I contacted 1st years and I had a response within a couple of hours from Aleksandra . From the first email Aleksandra was professional and eager to sort this query out. I sent a picture over and I’m happy to say the missing items are on their way. Aleksandra was amazing and efficient and made this whole process very simple. The walker is absolutely stunning and my grandson loves it. I will definitely be ordering again when my granddaughter is ready to walk.

Dear My 1st Years Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the damaged condition of the famous My 1st Years box I received with my recent order. Unfortunately, the personalized gift intended for my sister now cannot be presented as planned, which is quite embarrassing. I contacted My 1st Years a few days ago requesting a replacement, but I have not received any response. We are frequent customers who purchase items annually, but each time we seem to receive damaged boxes. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly. Excellent service by customer support
I love using my 1st years and always happy with the products. In the black Friday deal their website crashed which led to duplicate orders and payments! I initially tried calling customer support but due to a high volume of calls emailed in the hopes of getting the duplicate orders cancelled/refunded in time. When I didn't get a response I called again and after a long wait managed to get through to Ewalina! What a gem she is, I can't thank her enough, she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess of multiple orders and ensure that refunds were processed for them! Ewalina is a true credit to the team and a pleasure to deal with.
Great customer service
We received a bauble which was unfortunately broken however, upon contacting My 1st Years, within 24 hours a new bauble had been sent. A special mention to Mary Joyce who handled the situation amazingly! Thank you.
Beautiful doll & great service
The doll I ordered is beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I had stupidly spelled my new granddaughters name wrong on the order and I didn’t realise until 2 days later. As it was entirely my own fault I contacted customer services and offered to pay to have the name amended if it had already been personalised but the reply I received from Ewelina assured me that the name would not only be amended but it would be free of charge. I was very happy but then had an email the same day saying that it had been shipped and the email showed the wrongly spelled name! Ewelina again put my mind at rest explaining it was an automated email and it had definitely been changed. The doll arrived today so it only took 2 working days with a weekend in the middle to arrive and it is lovely. I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again
