After purchasing a personalised backpack for my son, I was dismayed by the poor quality of the personalised lettering upon its arrival. Despite reaching out to customer services and providing photos as evidence, they declined to acknowledge the issue. The bag is a completely different colour to the picture and when I contacted them they pointed me to the T&Cs and said the colour may not match the colour thats displayed but if the colour is important to me, the order is placed at my own risk. Which to me shows they know they’re selling items incorrectly. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again. Poor quality for the price paid and awful customer service.

I have received the best customer service from Dorota. They have been very helpful and sorted out the situation quickly, I have loved using my 1st years for lots of new personalised baby gifts/babyshower gifts. Brought a lovely personalised toy box for my son’s birthday and a cute backpack. Such a great company. Highly recommend.

Ordered a personalised bunny comforter for my son who is due to born May 2024. I ordered the item and unfortunately evri lost my parcel. I contacted customer service and I cannot recommend the service I received enough. Aleksandra couldn’t have been any more helpful if she tried. Aleksandra’s response was very professional, polite and resolved the issue by arranging another delivery for me promptly. I received my order on Saturday and I’m very impressed with it. I contacted Lawrence at my 1st years and within a few hours Lawrence had identity the issue and offered to replace the item with fast delivery so that it arrives in time for Mother’s Day. I ordered two rabbits with embroidered names, they have arrived and they are wonderful. Packaging superb and the bunnies are gorgeous. They are now beginning their journey to their new home in Ireland. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something special.
