Dolls pram

Bought a beautiful dolls pram for my granddaughter. Very fast delivery. Sturdy well made product. Unfortunately there was a screw missing when I came to assemble it. I contacted My 1st Years and they responded very promptly. The missing item was sent out immediately and correspondence was amazing. Would certainly recommend these toys and feel very confident that if there was a problem it would definitely be sorted without any problem.

Great customer service

I recently bought a dress and the name was not right I called the customer service and Dorota was on other side to help me, she was very helpful and happy to assist me with a exchange and also to send back to me right away so I could get it on time for the special day for my niece. I have purchased many products before and never had any complaints the quality and the products are great and makes a smile on the person receiving it. Thank you to Dorota for all the assistance 😊

Beautiful products

Beautiful products! My First Years is my go-to for gifts for new babies or young children, such lovely products. I recently wanted to swap an item I had bought for another item and the customer service I received was excellent. Will definitely be buying from them again. I dealt with the lovely Shannon who was particularly brilliant in her customer service, prompt replies, and arranging my exchange - thanks Shannon!!

I have always really rated my 1st…

I have always really rated my 1st years. We recently received a gorgeous gift from a friend for my baby boys arrival- the product was lovely quality however the keepsake box that arrived was damaged. I contacted the customer services team to ask for a replacement and Dorota quickly sorted the issue and sent out a new one with no challenge. Really great customer service. Thank you!

A big thank you to Lawrence for swiftly rectifying my order issue. I accidentally chose the wrong size for an item in a gift set & noticed this after the order had been confirmed. I wrote to the company & Lawrence was able to change this for me with such notice. Great to feel heard!

Excellent Customer Service

Have ordered and recieved many products from My 1st Years and love the quality of the products and the presentation they arrive in.
