Bought a beautiful dolls pram for my granddaughter. Very fast delivery. Sturdy well made product. Unfortunately there was a screw missing when I came to assemble it. I contacted My 1st Years and they responded very promptly. The missing item was sent out immediately and correspondence was amazing. Would certainly recommend these toys and feel very confident that if there was a problem it would definitely be sorted without any problem.

I recently bought a dress and the name was not right I called the customer service and Dorota was on other side to help me, she was very helpful and happy to assist me with a exchange and also to send back to me right away so I could get it on time for the special day for my niece. I have always really rated my 1st years. We recently received a gorgeous gift from a friend for my baby boys arrival- the product was lovely quality however the keepsake box that arrived was damaged.
