Honestly, a really fantastic company! I had a few issues with the first item I ordered but My 1st Years really listened to me and made the adjustments sooooo quickly. I was VERY happy with my new item, it was personalised beautifully and you can tell they really care about their customers. After purchasing a personalised backpack for my daughter, I was dismayed by the poor quality of the personalised lettering upon its arrival. Despite reaching out to customer services and providing photos as evidence, they declined to acknowledge the issue.

Aleksandra promptly came back to me, on a Sunday, and amended my order in time for it to still be shipped today on the Monday.
