I ordered a personilsed truck with cars for my nephew's 1st birthday and paid extra for next day delivery to make sure it arrives on time. My parcel did not arrive on the allocated date, and delivery company provided no updates or communication. I contacted My1st years customer service team and Valerie did a good job and was supportive with my query. Valerie looked into it by contacting the delivery company and her actions resulted my parcel arriving successfully even though it was 2 days late, no fault to My1st Years! Thanks Valerie.

I have shopped with my first years…

I have shopped with my first years since my little boy was a baby. Everything we’ve purchased has been excellent quality and really lovely. Recently had an issue with my son’s jacket which was purchased as a gift. Valerie at customer service was excellent, a replacement jacket was sent with next day delivery. Simply excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great company, not the first thing i brought but the first with an issue which when speaking to Lawrence sorted out for me right away without any hassle or trouble - great service makes you remember the company again in the future - thanks for all you’re help Lawrence ;)

Terrible customer service and product

I used to love their products and it was my go to for all present giving. However for Christmas I ordered my toddler a personalised wood train set. It arrived and I wrapped it up. On xmas day he opened it and was so happy. We then tried to set it up and loads of the box was missing. It can’t work as a track. Trying to explain to a toddler why he can’t use his present on Xmas day was not fun. I immediately emailed them and they’ve messed around ever since. They keep asking me for photos and info. I am a busy mum I really don’t have time for the back and forth. Any decent company would have just apologised and replaced it. I won’t be using them ever again and suggest no one else does if they don’t want disappointment. I still don’t have a train set that works 2 months later. Waste of money!

Brilliant Customer Service

I ordered a personalised item and realised I had made a mistake in the name . I emailed My First Years hoping it wasn’t too late to change it. Aleksandra replied to me on a Sunday!!!! She had arranged the correction and when my order arrived everything was correct!! Brilliant customer service and a lovely product. Thank you Aleksandra!!

2nd time to use My 1st Years

2nd time to use My 1st Years, as had good experience previously. However, completely opposite service received this time around. Ordered a personalised baby shawl which arrived quickly but incorrect date was embroidered on it. Emailed to request a replacement, first response to my email was they would replace it but not taking any responsibility although it was an error made by them. After further email exchange and as a good will gesture I was offered a £5 credit on my next order. Asked if this could be deducted on my current order due to the inconvenience, but was told that they do not have the facilities to do a partially refund orders. Yet reading other customer reviews, they seemed to have received refunds on their orders….. Replacement has arrived but again there is another error with spelling. Have requested collection and refund ASAP. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service or putting the customer needs first due to their incompetence…. If you’re looking for a special baby gift, I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else. What was meant to be a special occasion has been tarnished due to using My 1st Years……If I could give a minus star rating I would….

I popped a little email though customer service to ask for a gift box to be sent Evan though my orders too large for one and I’ve been promised ones been added to my order how amazing is this 😍😍the email was responded to immediately too x
