Great customer service

Customer Service is absolutely amazing. Evri did as they usually do and managed to lose my parcel im unsure how they are still in business. I spoke with Lawrence who fixed the issue straight away and I'm expecting my items to arrive soon. Very happy with the service they provide.

I bought a beautuful postbox set as a Christmas present for my little boy. On opening it i noticed 2 pieces were missing. I emailed straight away and a replacement was sent 24 hours later. Best customer service I've ever had and Shannon was especially helpful!

Purchased 3x Personalised Advent…

Purchased 3x Personalised Advent Calendar Trains at a cost of nearly £90 and the quality is shocking! The wood is damanged on all three. The paint on the trains, the advent drawers, the wheels and the train ‘engine’ are chipped and the paint and personalised text has ran into the wood. Not what you would expect from My 1st Years. Contacted customer services and they offered a £15 credit valid for 6 months or a replacement. But what good is a replacment when all three trains are of poor quality, clearly not an isolated issue.

Disappointing quality of an advent…

Disappointing quality of an advent calendar I was gifting. It cost £30 which is quite a lot. I asked for a partial refund to reflect the peeling and glue lines on display and I was told no. I was offered £10 to spend (nothing costs £10 on their website so it’s a ploy to get me to spend more) and a refund which is fine but I would have no gift to give today so keeping it is the lesser of two evils. Plus it’s bad for the environment, it’s a personalised gift so surely it would be binned if I return it?!

Great customer service

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to Shannon for her support. My order hadn't arrived by the date given by my 1st years, and the tracking through evri wasn't detailed enough. Through the my 1st years support email, Shannon gave me a quick response and reassurance! She looked into my order, and gave me options. The delivery came express the next morning and i am very happy with her customer service. Love the products i purchased, it was the first order and I'm sure it wont be my last.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. I order a large rainbow polka dot bag and it is not the same as the one I bought in 2021. Much cheaper material and not cream colour but white now. Photo is very misleading on the website and the quality of the product is very disappointing. Will not buy again and do not recommend
