I ordered a baby blanket from My First Years but unfortunately the wrong one arrived. When I phoned My First Years up explaining what had happened Aleksandra was very helpful in rectifying the problem she arranged for the right blanket to arrive the next day which it did. My second purchase I had to contact customer service because I had made an error on my delivery… Dorota in customer services was amazing put my mind at rest and amended my order quickly.. thank you again. I love this company for the quality of the items that are sold. I have brought a few things from a personalised pram, height chart and most recently a personalised toy storage bag. I was absolutely furious with myself as I accidently left a letter off. I contacted them and was completely blown away with their response. I had to send the bag back at my own expense but they are replacing it with the correct name. I can't thank them enough and am so grateful for the customer service care I have received.

Ordered a little dressing gown for 0-6 months baby boy. Although it had to be personalised, it arrived within 2 days - in tissue, in a proper gift box - a gift I can’t wait to give at Christmas. Too cute!
