You did solve our original problem of very slow production but have not helped with the secondary question concerning the machine’s requirement to “Clean the brewing Head” very frequently and it recalls the wrong date (before we acquired the machine) as its last cleaning cycle - can you help

Nachdem ich bei Sage eine Dampfdüse bestellt hatte, kam ein beschädigtes und nachverklebtes Päckchen per DPD an, das leer war. Als ich dies reklamiert habe, wurde mir die Dampfdüse innerhalb einer Woche anstandslos erneut zugesandt.

Leider hat die Antwort auf den Erstkontakt etwas gedauert, aber das Ergebnis ist topp. Auch die Freundlichkeit war stets einwandfrei. In Summe mussten wir nur 3 Wochen auf das Gerät verzichten, was etwas lang war.

I purchased a Sage Touch coffee machine but received poor customer service.

I purchased a Sage Touch coffee machine that had a tray with a scratch on it and no cleaning kit. I was informed that the cleaning kit would arrive in a few days but when I contacted Sage again they stated that the item had not been dispatched. Hopefully one will arrive soon but very poor service.
