I spoke to a representative of Sage company who was informative and very helpful. She took my order for a new Sage kettle which arrived within two day. It is such a pleasant change to deal with a pleasant, well informed and helpful person, rather than having to order on line.

Poor customer support

My wonderful Sage Oracle Touch stopped working mid descale cycle at just 1yr of age. Although Sage customer support appears helpful, I found promised emails didn’t arrive. I have had ring back and chase and it took 4days just to be passed to a service provider under the warranty. I even received an email suggesting repair under warranty was an act of goodwill. My experience does not make me optimistic that my machine will be restored to function anytime soon. I didn’t expect such an expensive machine to fail on a simple maintenance task and the customer support to be so poor.
