Bought the Sage Combi-wave October 2022…

***Update Faulty Unit Replaced Excellent communication from support / happy customer - will now get Sage coffee machine to add to my other Sage kitchen items. *** Bought the Sage Combi-wave October 2022 - the microwave function works ok - but when using the food menu eg: Nuggets option - every other minute it has started making an extremely loud drilling sound. Seems to cook the food but may neighbours would think I’m installing a kitchen every time I use this. It looks like the unit has 2 year warranty, so typically this fault has appeared after the warranty period has expired. I thought choosing Sage was a bit more expensive, but would be very reliable / high quality - so very disappointing especially after got a solid 20 years service from my previous Panasonic microwave.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with extraction, with a call to a very helpful Sage agent, Nonjabulo, who walked me through the troubleshooting steps with clarity. Back to enjoying delicious coffee. I moved from Nespresso to Sage and worried about this machine being too complex to use. Worries unfounded, the machine is super easy, makes way better coffee, and the customer service is excellent! 100% recommend.

Efficient and effective service

I had a malfunctioning smart kettle and asked for a phone call to find out what could be done about it. Keletso phoned me back as promised, and was patient, courteous, clear and helpful. She resolved the issue by offering a discount on a new kettle, though it was disappointing that it wasn't possible to arrange a repair.

True customer service. My product was out of warranty and yet they made sure my issue was resolved. I even received the part free of charge which fixed the problem. Fantastic service,
