Having had several surveys carries out on our house, through the original purchase and subsequent re-mortgaging with no prior problems , I am shocked that this level of incompetence exists. Comments in the survey such as 'the gas fire needs to be checked by a CORGI qualified inspector to ensure safety' where no gas fire exists on the property, and 'Unable to check all windows as some were locked' where they were all open nevermind locked begger belief. Whilst there were some accuracies in the report that we were already aware of, that is where the accuracies cease. Do not waste your money on this unqualified company.

Super quick & excellent service

The survey was carried out quickly and efficiently. We received a verbal report soon after the inspection and the written report followed soon after. The report was easy to understand and gave recommendations where further action might be needed. It also suggested inspection findings that need to be discussed with the vendor or their solicitor. Overall we were very pleased with the booking process, communication and the efficiency of getting the report to us.

Easy to engage over email and phone and an overall smooth process

Kevan came to value our property on behalf of our bank, we were shocked with his valuation being £15k under the recent valuation by an estate agent and is not in line with comparable properties recently sold in our area even when comparing with properties in poor condition which ours is not! Kevan also had very smelly feet! DO NOT USE! Another company have since come and completed a survey for our bank due to our complaint and confirmed the valuation provided by the estate agent! Pinnacle are a waste of time!

This was pointless, we paid for a survey full of caveats. We have discovered a severe problem with our windows less than 8 months after having the survey done and looking back all we can see about the windows is if's buts and maybe's. Wish we had not bothered.

They are a really good company they were suggested to me by my bank. They did the survey very quickly and they have been very helpful.

If I could give this company a minus score I would. Plan and simple really this company is a disgrace . I will be reporting them to RICS as there guidelines there suppose to follow dont apply to them. They even ignore legal documents because there opinion is more important. And when the guy comes out who is only passed his exams in may 2019 the person you appeal to is his dad. Not a conflict of interest there then. This company is a complete joke and I'd avoid it like the plague
