Valued my property at £30k less than agreed asking price and therefore the value of the house had dropped 10% in the last 2 years according to them (I wasn't aware there had been a price crash), despite being given evidence of comparable properties and sales in the area and despite several estate agent valuations. My new buyer applied for a mortgage with the same bank as the buyer who had to pull out due to the low valuation mentioned above, however, used a different valuation company this time. Valuation fine, mortgage approved no problem. These cowboys have cost me £5k+ and about 3 months of time/mortgage payments. Do not use!

Pinnacle completed a Home Buyers (Level 2) Survey on a property we are looking to buy. The surveyor, Gavin, was thorough and explained in detail any identified issues. As a first time buyer the whole buying process for me has been a mix of excitement, worry and stress. I have to say however that Pinnacle Surveyors have been fantastic. The service they provided was incredible and the Homebuyer Report presented to me at the end was so detailed and came with such handy guides that I didnt need to question anything, it was all written out in plain English and any property terms I was unsure of were explained to me in the guides. The report has ultimately settled my mind that the investment is a good one and now I just cannot wait to get the keys! Thankyou.

The surveyor called us beforehand to check if there was anything in particular we were interested in. They sent the survey by email the next day, and offered to answer any questions we had. Great service, friendly, thorough and quick!

Instructed by my mortgage lender to undertake survey on a property I was buying. Having chased to determine why the survey hadn’t taken place it was established that Pinnacle hadn’t actioned the request to survey the property a week after the request was made. They subsequently arranged the surveyor only after I pressed them. I dread to think how long they would have delayed had I not chased them. To make matters worse they then booked a survey a week later which delayed my move even further. To say their response time leaves a lot to be desired is an understatement.

Hello pinnacle was very efficient and very informative about our first time purchase of a house and went into so much depth about what they found. Would deffinetly use them again and reference them onto others.

Dear Joe, Your reply can only be described as complete and utter bull. He clearly has not taken into consideration the extension that is on the property and other considerable improvements compared to similar properties sold this year on this street.
