Onerent representative was quick to relay a tenant concern to me. My advice to Onerent is to collect as much detailed information as possible before presenting to me. This will prevent a lot of back-and-forth between the landlord, Onerent, and the tenant.

I have been very impressed with the One Rent maintenance staff including Rea. One of the main reasons I decided to hire a Bldg Mgmt company to manage my property is to avoid having to quickly address issues that might come up especially because this is any old house that has not been rented before. On at least four occasions, the tenants reported an issue to One Rent and One Rent contacted me via text, I approved moving ahead to get a bid and fixing the problem again via text. The next thing I heard was that the problem was taken care of to the tenant’s satisfaction. Such a load off my mind. Thanks for the timely communication and responsiveness.

Read the reviews, before you enter into contract with them. In our case they broke California law on multiple occasions and so we took them to Small Claims Court. We won. They didn't even have a decency to appear in the court (not even via phone). I encourage everyone to sue them. They break the laws all the time, just take them to court.

Very happy with the whole process. Jay was VERY helpful. We needed to turn in our final move-in documents signed and he waited for us to gather all signatures even when he was supposed to be off.
