Reckon Accounts Hosted - Don't waste your time
Specifically, Reckon Accounts Hosted could really do with a standalone manual with similar dept of detail and worked examples as the help index within its Hosted product. Having to rely on advice from the 'community experts' has been an infuriating experience that has always been vague, misleading or simply incorrect. Worse, when these 'experts' start to disagree between themselves and any advice already given is corrupted by further advice to contrary and then left unresolved. I made the mistake of following up on the one liner of advice from an accredited partner only to be labelled aggressive for commenting on the paucity of the response. This same partner insists on enquirers calling a mobile if further information is to be provided, which is just plain creepy. No thanks. As soon as licence runs out, I'm out.

Seven stars stalmine
After a month or so when the Chef had walked out , The seven stars at stalmine has now up and running again with there food 😃 I thought the old chef would have been tough to replace , Well I have just had a amazing very Tasty soup and pie of the day chicken and bacon with fresh veggies and home made chips and a nice gravy .. Extremely poor service. For over one month I have been calling and emailing for assistance regarding bank connection feed. Sent off numerous forms to try and get it up and running and even called my bank whom confirmed all was complete from their side. That it was reckon holding up the process. I tried and tried to get help! The ‘overseas’ call centre service staff are rude, lazy and by no means helpful.. They also speak way too fast broken English. Do not go with Reckon One if you want to get any work done. In addition the man I last spoke to said he would organise a refund of the subscription paid and of course that too, has not been completed. Reckon was faster at assisting me in cancelling my account then actually helping me to fix the issue. No service staff that I spoke to had pride in their job and none of them followed through with what they said they would do. I have emails to prove it!
