I have updated to the most recent and I still have the same damn problem. If I try to back up the software reports an error and closes down. Then I have to start from scratch and reload all the information from my back up and that is when it isn't deleting my most recent back up. To say that I am frustrated and not a little pissed off would be the understatement of the century.

Initially I found it difficult to communicate with Reckon. Our church treasurer had passed away suddenly, we were unable to migrate to the new financial year, we did not have his admin password. It was quite frustrating. However, we persevered and eventually got on to the right area. After that, the fix was quick and easy. Really appreciate the great service provided by the data recovery team.
