I booked a last minute cleaner who actually turned up ahead of time, she was so thorough and even cleaned my oven (definitely not part of her job), when she was down she asked me to walk through the house and confirm if I was happy with the cleaning. I am a 77 year old male, one who remains very fit and busy. My wife told me it was time to use Dyna Dry (a second light stain on the sofa was the trigger). Under protest (and embarrassment), I gave it a shot. And . . . whoa! I'm all in! This is a GREAT product! The comfort is what I like. The security? Well, heck yes, that too! (SMILE)

They changed everything ! They are thinner and the plastic outer cover is rough and not a bit comfortable! Looking to go somewhere else ! Not impressed at all ! Same price lower standards !

I ordered some pull up underwear and booster samples, I am glad I didn't commit to a high dollar order. These products are not designed for overnight use. I am a side sleeper and the urine just ran down my leg onto the mattress. The booster and underwear may have caught 10% of my bladder contents.

Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out the northshore supreme plastic backed diapers/nappies and having to pay more for the privilege. Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister

Har nu i över en vecka försökt att nå Frökungen, utan resultat. De svarar inte på mail etc. Tomaterna måste sättas nu. Det är inget som kan vänta någon månad. Extremt dålig kundservice och dessutom levererar e inte det man beställt. Köp inget från denna leverantör om du vill få en komplett order. Hur svårt kan det vara?

Många fröer är redan "slutsålda". Man kan ju undra hur tidigt man skall beställa. Varför tar man inte hem fröer som är slut ? På Gardenseedsmarket var dom inte slut, och vad snabba dom var.

Dålig service och extremt lång svarstid från kundservice när jag meddelade att jag inte fått min beställning. Det tog sex dagar att få svar och då valde man att inte skicka på nytt utan det dröjde tre veckor innan jag slutligen fick mina två fröpåsar. De har inget telefonnummer man kan nå dem på utan man får maila och invänta svar. Svar som alltså kan dröja en vecka. Fakturan var de dock snabba att skicka...! Inget företag jag handlar från fler gånger!

When these clubs started a few years ago we had a great experience with small groups of well behaved kids. As they have scaled staff inexperienced, poor management of behaviour and instances of bullying. New funding from council for kids on free school meals seems to have turned this into a cash cow.

I ordered a couch online, but when I remeasured the room, I quickly realized the couch would not fit. I immediately contacted customer support to cancel the order and received an email that someone would get back with me in 10 minutes which did not happen. It was the weekend, so I reached out again on Monday leaving a phone message and another email. On Tuesday, I spoke with a customer service representative who confirmed that she cancelled my order, the couch would not be shipped and my credit card would be refunded. Today, Wednesday, I received an email from Coddle that the couch is on its way. The furniture looks lovely. It just will not fit in to my room. What I don’t understand is why I received nothing more than automated responses promising someone will reach out to me and never a phone call or meaningful email response, And even worse that the couch is going to be shipped to me despite the customer service representative assuring me that the order was canceled.

Recently purchased a coddle switch and it is very convenient for my flat. It's very comfortable especially with a mattress topper to sleep on and I can fold it and utilize space efficiently. I haven't had any issues; installation was a breeze.

We bought the new storage ottoman for our living room and love it. It's just the right size, and we store all our blankets in it. We leave one section in "coffee table mode" and other other in "ottoman mode" but both look great.

I bought the sectional sofa for our bonus room and love it! Great quality, easy to use, and looks wonderful. The kids are always using the convertible feature for movie night. I saw they're in Costco now too!

I recently got the Coddle convertible couch and it's been a nice addition to my apartment. I like the simple, modern look, and the neutral color fits in well with the rest of my stuff. I like how you can switch between a sofa, chair, or bed...it's really easy. It’s perfect for when I have friends staying over. The price was great, so I was worried about quality but the cushions are comfy and the memory foam feels good whether I’m sitting or lying down. The built-in USB ports are a cool bonus too. It’s handy to charge my phone without needing to get up and find an outlet. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, and the company has been great to deal with – quick shipping and friendly customer service. If you’re short on space and need something flexible, this sofa is worth considering.

I've had my Coddle Switch for just under 4 years now (bought it in December 2020) and I was super happy when I first got it. Assembly was a snap. And the chocolate leather looks beautiful. When I placed the order, I was vacillating between the leather and the fabric, and figured the leather would be easier to keep clean with my small child in the house. Alas, it was not designed to be beautiful forever. Maybe about a year in, the first couple of cracks began to appear. They were small, and I honestly blamed it on my child at first. I bought one of those liquid leather repair kits and filled them up. Then the cracks kept coming. And coming. And coming. Less than 2 years later I had to start covering the seat with a blanket because I'm literally embarrassed by how this looks. I did some research and found that the leather is more of a pleather, and it was just never going to last. I wish I had bought the fabric one. 4 years in and yeah it feels comfortable still. But it looks like a serial killer took a knife to it, and I'm about to break down and replace this thousand dollar futon on sheer principle because the blanket never stays on. The matching pillows I bought also look similarly horrible. Never again am I using this company, even if they cut their prices in half. Coddle, $1000 is too much to charge for something that will fall apart that fast and where the pillows cost extra.

I have been speaking with someone in customer service for almost 3 months now since I missed the deadline to return my couch. They only give you 30 days to return. Fair. But I did not know this. I went out of town and called when I would be back in town hoping someone would pick up the couch quickly. It's been 3 months and it's still in my house unused. It's highly uncomfortable, poorly designed, and buying this thing has been the worst furniture decision I have ever made in my life! Do not buy the Switch sofa. Highly uncomfortable and the company is so unconcerned about making it right for their customers. The couch costs too much money for it to just be sitting in my living room taking up space and collecting dust. Customer service is trash and the people who decide on returns are heartless people. I'm sure they are so strict with the 30 day returns because they know how crappy their product is. If they gave more time, more people would be returning and they would lose money. Scam artists who are peddling an awful product!

I bought a king size Pixel platform bed. And coddle customer service was wonder throughout the entire experience. Everything went smoothly in the beginning, and every month I made a payment everything went well without any problems, they were also quick to answer not having to wait forever to speak to someone. All in all a wonderful experience. I give them 5 stars and usually I don't do that because there'salways room for learning but in my experience everything went so well I would totally recommend them to friends and family without a doubt.

I've had my toggle couch for approximately 2 years. The couch squeaks when transitioned to a bed. Very annoying for a $1000 piece of furniture.

So I got a couch from them a couple years ago and I absolutely love it. My dog does too, so much so that he decided to take a few bites. I called their customer service and they said they will send me some swatches so I can repair it, which is greatly appreciated and I’m honestly very impressed

Next step estates abysmal We were first time renters and they took full advantage of this. We moved into a house that was unfit for living looking back on it now. There was mould everywhere, trip hazards and the microwave had holes in. One hot summer our fridge broke to which we were advised to deal with it until the landlord came back from holiday in a weeks time. When we said this was not good enough we were giving a mouldy fridge from the garage and were advised to clean it ourselves. As the fridge was being brought in the flooring was ripped by our landlord and we were told to superglue it back down. After a week of debating we negotiated a price to get a fridge and had to source and collect the fridge ourselves. This was just one of many reasons why I would refuse to rent/buy from Next Step Estate Agents again.

Vi var lidt i tvivl om det var en god idé at få trægulv i køkkenet, men vi fik god rådgivning omkring dette af firmaet og blev anbefalet hws olie. Vi fortryder ikke et sekund. Processen har været over al forventning og vi er yderst tilfredse med resultatet. Gulvet er meget nemt at rengøre og holde pænt, selv med 4 små børn. Kastrup Gulve får mine varmeste anbefalinger 👌🏻

I had an appointment with Lucy to discuss my son’s room yesterday. The whole process was very enjoyable; she is a lovely person with brilliant ideas. She is a fantastic listener who made sense of my rather muddled mind over a delicious cup of coffee, and she helped me really fine tune what I like, which is amazing! It was really helpful to be in the store as she could show me the furniture and she pulled together fabrics, paints and accessories to make a mood board. I then received a summary of our decisions, a lookbook and an itemised product list by email. After my visit, Lucy thoughtfully put aside some lamp bases that I liked as she discovered that they are out of stock elsewhere. I am really happy with the whole experience and can’t recommend it enough. Although I love interiors, I found the whole decision process rather overwhelming as we are doing up our entire cottage. Lucy has really turned this around and I am now looking forward to the next appointment! You are under no obligation to buy anything, which is also really reassuring. However, all the designs are so beautiful and well made that it would be very hard to resist…! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. It has completely transformed how I feel about my renovation.

I recently received a Neptune delivery and the men, Brian and Kyle were great, very helpful and respectful of my property and very cheerful too which makes a pleasant change from some delivery men- not the Neptune ones!

After ordering 6 items on line, I made a big mistake in the size of mirror I ordered. It was too big to fit anywhere in my house. I immediately filled out a returns form. I received confirmation but didn’t get a response after 2 days. Made a quick phone call and it was all sorted with a courier on the way to collect.

The paints are great. A shame they took weeks to arrive - too late for our project.

I don’t often leave bad reviews but so far I feel like this company is completely ignored me! Black Friday I ordered a golf club as a gift order was completed and was waiting for the golf club! By 2 weeks I was getting worried so checked my PayPal and I had been refunded with no email confirmation??? I contacted the company and got a reply saying they would look into the matter I was pleased and had high hopes but not heard any thing for a couple of days! So no resolved issue so maybe be carful buying online as obviously had run out of stock

Het betaalde artikel kon niet direct afgestuurd worden, zou pas een week later verstuurd kunnen worden. Derhalve artikel geannuleerd. Dan krijg je te horen dat het betaalde bedrag niet direct terug te storten is en dat dit een aantal dagen duren. Het bedrag is nog steeds niet teruggestort. De verkoper geeft aan dat dit door een webshop moet gebeuren. Allemaal vaag en zeer vervelend. Je moet er dus weer tijd en aandacht aan besteden. Je moet elders het betreffende artikel bestellen en dus betalen. Dus geef je weer dubbel uit omdat je het artikel wel nodig hebt en moet je maar weer zien hoe je je geld terug krijgt. Ik had beter het artikel nieuw bij een gerenommeerd watersport bedrijf moeten kopen. De verkoper geeft aan dat zijn webshop waar ik geen binding mee heb het geld terug gaat storten. Ik (particulier) heb het artikel gekocht van een verkopende partij op Marktplaats met een webshop, en wordt geconfronteerd met een derde partij die mij ooit gaat terugbetalen, alleen weet ik niet van wie, en wanneer. Allemaal heel vaag. Ik heb voor 66,- euro weer leergeld betaald, “goedkoop is duurkoop” en niet meer iets 2de hands bestellen via een webshop die ook op Marktplaats adverteert.

Booked a van 3 weeks in advanced paying in full. 1 hour 15 mins late and it’s still not here. Called the number countless times and no answer. No response to email. Nothing.

I booked to have movers collect and move my items at 12:30pm. At 12pm they contacted me to tell me they will be delayed and they do not know if/when they will be able to collect my items today and will not offer any compensation. Since they cancelled on 9/6 they have not issued a refund to me for the deposit that i have paid (27/6). I have been contacting them every day since and have not had any response at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!!

I am very impressed with weight medics I started my weight loss journey with 89k in one months I’m using mounjaro injection 2.5 and now I’m 81kg and my blood pressure has dropped down a lots. I can recommend weight medics clinic to anyone.

Avoid them at all costs if want good client service. Their supply chain is painful to deal with and often leads to missed delivery’s. Also, they will tell you at some point that you’ve achieved what they consider your target weight (likely to be still be a BMI at the top end of normal) irrespective of whether you’re happy with this and they’ll leave you high and dry to deal with the fallout. I have regained every kg I lost with them when they did this to me recently, despite being a customer for 18+ months, so that’s 000’s of pounds I might have well as just set fire to. I have just switched provider and am much happier; there are way better providers out there, so don’t use WeightMedics

I've spent four weeks waiting for this company to clarify why they want to scalp me for $15 to ship 12 tiny nuts that can be sent for $2 in a first class envelope, along with $30 (!!) for the nuts. Every interaction takes a week. These people are incompetent id*ots. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Sales staff helped me pick exactly the rack and accessories for my application, and even though they couldn't sell me a separate item that I wanted (a printer cart) they were able to directly me a local sales agent who was. Helpful, cheaper than I thought it would be, and the pre-assembly means you can roll it off the truck and into your computer room.

The products were the correct solution for my needs. Rack components were high quality, strong, and well priced.

Warning for Canadian customers, was shipped by UPS and required customs brokerage fees which added an extra $53 to the price.

Visited the local showroom in Dallas, TX. Talked one on one with Laura. She showed my all the different solutions that would best suit my needs. Got some of my order the same day and the rest was shipped out to me. Very Satisfied.

One of the few companies left who truly care about theur customers. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Throughout my entire purchase, Rackmount was there. They answered questions, showed me equivalent alternatives, went out of their way to make sure I was happy, even if it meant losing a sale. I could have purchases my rack for a little cheaper of a price from another company, but they never replied to my email!!!! With Rackmount, I'd get a response usually within the hour of sending an email. My customer manager even got me free shipping and because of this, I think I ended up paying less than I would have from the other company. Rackmount truly cares about their customers and not only treat them as humans, but they treat them as friends!!!!

Mit overordnede indtryk indtil nu er rigtig fint. Kommunikationen om processen og status er rigtig god. Der er to små ting, der tæller ned: 1) jeg skulle underskrive med MitID to gange før det rigtig var registreret. 2) Jeg har i dag 25/8-23 endnu ikke fået svar på en kort mail, som jeg sendte 17/8-23. Derfor mangler den sidste stjerne. Overvejer I at understøtte aftaler for salg af el fra private solcelleanlæg? Der er vist kun en håndfuld selskaber på det område, så opgaven bliver ikke så stor.😉
