Do not buy from this company. They delivered a part order on the 3rd July to me which was very soon discovered to be faulty. after contacting them to request a collection and refund, they agreed to do this but then I have heard nothing since. I have 2 faulty chairs, no table and no answer from them to resolve this. Their website has been down since the beginning of August, emails are ignored. Their customer service telephone line is answered by a robotic answering machine with an unintelligible email address to send queries to. Don't waste your money on this company. I am now in the process of requesting a charge back from my bank.

What a horrible experience! My partner and I had a voucher from his grandma, and we decided to go there for lunch. I called the hotel twice, including 2 days before we go, and everything was fine. We drove from Aberdeen (3 hours drive), and when we got there the only option was a soup and a sandwich. We asked the waiter about the menu that it’s on the website, and he said that the we’re doing that because of covid and the people should’ve told us on the phone. We decided to pay with our own money and rebook the voucher for another time. The manager Ravi just asked the waiter to give us a paper with his email (all in front of us without speaking or looking at us). When we were leaving, people behind us were having high tea and all different options of food. We were disappointed with everything and decided to pass our voucher so I email 6 times during the next month (Ravi’s email and booking email), no response. Eventually I could speak to them in the phone (with Richard), and he said that he saw my email (why didn’t reply?), and he would send me a confirmation of the transfer in 30 min. One week later a had to call them again to beg about it. Never heard a sorry, thanks, apologies, nothing, it was almost we were the ones being inconvenient. Horrible customer service for a fancy hotel.

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Second time around and the service and ambience is even better. The food is exceptional and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are courteous and effecient. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Dunalastair hotel for 10 days in August and the visit met all of our expectations and more! We were a large party occupying many rooms and the staff at the hotel couldn't have been more accommodating and patient with us. I regularly stay at international 5* hotels when travelling and the Dunalastair is up there with the best of them with regards to room size, comfort, hotel facilities and food. Finally, unlike many of the other hotels, the Dunalastair is located in the most beautiful and picturesque setting. We are all very much looking forward to our next trip there!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I subscribed to their service for 5 months. My cat is an indoor and outdoor cat. The first 3 months everything was fine, but in the last 2 months my cat kept scratching and I found fleas in my room. I canceled the subscription and ordered a cat collar which is £5. If the web sight has no Customer Service number, no phone number, no address and limited payment options then it’s highly likely that it’s a scam.

I have tried to get information on two orders I placed and can get no responses. The will gladly accept you funds but not fulfill the order. They state 4 to 7 days to fill an order I ordered on the 14th and have never received anything item, emails, etc. They have two sites and both go to the same email.

I would give a zero if I could. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The site states hassle free returns and exchanges. One pair was advertised as Clark brand but were not. The second pair didn’t fit. There was no paperwork in the package.I had to “talk” on email. They offered a partial refund and I said no I want to send them back. Mal Hairglow bestellt und es scheint zu wirken (keep in mind - consistency is key) Mir haben zwar die orangen Hairgums viel besser geschmeckt als die Neuen (roten Gummibären), aber solange sie beide genauso helfen bin ich fein damit. Ich hatte nach einer Coronainfektion enormen Haarausfall. Habe bestimmt die 2/3 meiner Haare verloren und hab auch 2 Jahre danach noch mit Haarausfall (leichterem als zuvor aber dennoch) zu kämpfen. Die Hairgums scheinen diesen jedenfalls zu reduzieren. Wichtig war mir auch zu sagen, dass alle Bestellungen super schnell angekommen sind, entgegen dem, was hier oft geschrieben wird. Also ich hatte nie Probleme, dass eine Lieferung nicht versendet wurde oder fehlerhaft angekommen ist. All in all, it's a thumbs up from me!

Am 16.11.24 kam ein Paket an, in dem eine Sorte (4 Dosen) fehlte. Anhand des auf dem Sendungsetikett stehenden Gewichts des Paketes lässt sich dies belegen. Der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert. Es handle sich um einen Systemfehler und die fehlenden Dosen werden nachgeliefert. Dies passierte nicht. Auf meine letzte Anfrage Anfang Januar (ich bat um zeitnahe Zusendung oder Erstattung des Geldes) bekam ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Über PayPal habe ich mein Geld dann heute selbst zurück gefordert. Sehr schade, als Kundin hat Yuicy mich verloren.

Nach meine Anfrage hat Yuicy es mit Systemfehler erklärt, doch hat weder die Rechnung storniert noch die Vitaminen geliefert, sondern drei Wochen lang mit Emails vertröstet, dass "diese Woche wird es wirklich rausgeschickt". Nach fast 4 Wochen habe ich es bei Klarna gemeldet, die dann für die Retoure und Rechnungsstorno gesorgt hat.

Ich habe Mitte November bestellt und immer noch nichts erhalten. Man wird immer nur mit der gleichen Email vertröstet. Auf explizite Fragen wird nicht eingegangen. Blöd wenn man schon bezahlt hat. Nie wieder

They called at the last minute to change the time of the speaking test after I had already arranged business meetings for that time. I essentially had to book off work for an entire day despite originally arranging it for half a day.

They have so far changed my exam date twice, but when I contacted them last week to try to change my date as I have a relative in the hospital I need to care for, they said no. Their response: "we can change dates as we want, you must do so 14-days in advance, no exceptions."

I do not recommend this company to take the IELTS test, until now I haven't received my official result and it's been almost 40 days since I took the test. I've tried to contact them several times, they don't respond by email, they don't respond via chat, and by phone no one answers, and when they answer they put me on hold until the call is dropped. This has been the worst experience because I paid dearly for this test and I need the official result to apply for my immigration and no one answers me and I have no idea where my result is.

I gave my computer based exam in their brampton ielts test centre and it was a good experience. Staff was helpful and they helped in with all my queries.

The office in Mississauga received payment from two of my staff members, it was auto deposited into the accounts and when they went for testing they were told that the payment was not received. No one is answering the phone or getting back to them They are scamming hard working people and it is outrageous.

Great price, fast shipment. Only recommendation is that wrist size info wasn’t something I saw as an input requirement until after I purchased. By the time I downloaded the ruler and was ready to provide my wrist size, the watch had already shipped. So, the leather band I received is a little larger than what I would have preferred.

Stay away from this company and extra charges! The company takes advantage of returning the watch even if you send it back untouched. They charged me for their shipping and ridiculous re-stocking of US$70! Also, I paid duty taxes and handling fees to UPS of $350+ in Canada and a shipping fee for returning the watch to them. They are ripping you off.

SCAM. My experience has been a disaster. It took them 30 days to ship the package... which never arrived. When I complained, they told me it would take 20 days for an internal investigation. I’m still without a watch, without my money, and without answers. It’s the closest thing to a scam.

i ordered a watch form them i received a ups package but there was no watch in the box only a fake rolex box with no card or a serial number so my lawyer will be writing to the prosecutor and the Fedreal Trade commission.

In 2020 een totaal renovatie met hen, we hebben zelf de aangifte "einde werken ingediend in 2021. Zij hebben het EPC attest doorgestuurd in september 2023, RPC onder de 60 dus zeer goed. Als men een EPC heeft van max 60 dan dient er geen onroerende voorheffing te worden betaald. Voor 21-22 en 23 hebben wij in totaal meer dan 1.500€ betaald aan onroerende voorheffing dank zij hun laksheid. Vorderen !! uit vrije wil gaan doen ze het niet, via gerechtelijke weg hebben we de advocaatskosten, keuze is dus snel gemaakt. Zo innen zij hun erelonen.

lost an entire bouquet of flowers before valentines day and refused to send out another, don't order from here EDIT: They emailed me to say that they were considering re-making my bouquet but have since changed their minds because I left a negative review about my experience. This seems like a lie as I was told on the phone that they were unable to re-make my order at all because it would be "a cost to the business". Ridiculous. Waiting for my refund.

Paid £8 for express delivery, DPD driver didn’t even knock on the door. Parcel sent back to store they won’t give me a refund or send it out again without paying another £10. Customer service disgusting - Ignoring me, not taking into consideration the situation. Delivery even worse. Now lost £45 with no product as they are holding it

The chocolate gift hamper I bought was well received but the customer service was sub-standard. I bought the item in plenty of time for it to be delivered and paid extra for DPD nominated day delivery. The item wasn't delivered on the nominated day and latterly, DPD claimed there was no one in, but the recipient was at home all day. This is not theuniquegiftstore's fault, but I wanted to raise a query because the gift had missed the recipient's birthday. There was no one available across the weekend to accept my query, so I had to wait until Monday. I received a less than helpful response from the uniquegiftstore and then DPD emailed to say they were attempting delivery on the Monday between 3:15 and 4:15, so I had to spoil the surprise and ask the recipient to come home early so they could receive their gift.

Ordered a baby nappy cake which was lovely 5* for that. Also ordered a Cadbury chocolate Bouquet which was lovely,only complaint is the chocolate bars are stuck on a stick with a glue gun and where that had obviously been hot made the chocolate turn white,didn’t alter the taste but thought the makers should be aware of this.

For the past few years we have been using Class Workwear (Milano Embroidery) for our company's uniforms. It is easy to take for granted when things go well but we must mention how good these people are! Wali has always been very communicative and extra helpful in fulfilling our orders extremely fast with replicable results across all our workwear. None of the embroidery this company has made for us has ever failed, colours are superb and have always outlasted the garments themselves. Has a company, it is imperative for us to have the best presentation possible, hence why this is our final shop for all our embroidery requirements and will keep attending for all the years they stay in business.

Very prompt responses to all my questions. Excellent quality base product, which I had personalised (embroidered symbols). The embroidery is perfect, even down to colour and position of symbols. Also, critically, I received my purchase bang on time, which was very much appreciated, as it was a big birthday present. All in all, brilliant service that I would recommend and will use again.

I had a mixed experience with Velorution. Initially, I faced some challenges with an online order which took a while to resolve, but once sorted, their customer service was quite helpful. On another occasion, I received an Abus cycling helmet quickly and in great condition. The staff at their Hackney store are particularly friendly, even though they're a bit short-staffed, and they provide excellent customer support. The product quality, from helmets to locks, is good, though it would be beneficial if they improved their website experience. Overall, Velorution offers decent prices and a good selection, but there’s room for improvement in their online ordering process.

Ordered a rack bag online mid-September. No receipt received so I contacted the online service - no response. Contacted them by phone to be told the item I paid for was not in stock but they couldn't process the refund over the phone. Contacted them a few more times by email but have had no response and couldn't get an answer on the phone. Had to resort to getting money back via PayPal more than 20 days after 'purchase'. Avoid.

This garage fixed my car but dishonestly cheated me out of 1300pnds.They overinflated the price of the parts they bought and my warranty paid a 1300 less.whwn i complained about this to my warranty,the lady at the warranty company sent me the price the garage gave them which was almost a 1000pnds more than they invoice they sent me.The lady also said that their own engineer stated that the other things like oil the quoted for me was reuseable but this garage charged me for it.I ended up paying the difference of 1300.I am making a complaint to ombudsman and taking this to claims court.They saw a vulnerable person and decided to dishonestly make such wxtra money from me.If you have to use this garage..make sure you do ur research.

I used MK Diagnostics over a number of years for a few different cars. Funny thing how a MOT always turned into a big bill with MK Diagnostics. When I stopped using them, I took my car to a main franchised dealer and it always passed the MOT without any extras being worked on. My worst experience however was with a car that I took to them every few months for the same problem. They kept charging me hundreds for every visit, yet the problem never went away. Eventually I had to scrap the car. I think either MK Diagnostics don't know what they are doing and are guessing at my expense or worse still they were trying to make extra money on optional or unnecessary items. I was quite upset at myself after looking back at my years of loyalty to MK Diagnoistics. It really made me think that most of the auto garages are untrustworthy crooks.

I Have Been Using MK Diagnostics for over 15 Years and Never in that time had a Problem, with their efficiency or repairs they carry out the work at reasonable prices. The staff are courteous and very helpful, and informative, always go out of there way to help. Even when I moved out of MK to Potterspury they still come and collect and deliver my car at no extra charge. "THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD SERVICE" Keep it up Andy,Mike and the crew. Great Company & Service. Had the car picked up from work for airbag light. They managed to diagnose the problem with ease, they phoned to confirm parts and work, requested a replacement after market part (but was also choice of manufacturers). After part fitted, I requested an MOT which they fitted in at the end (without notice) - same day! Barry & Team couldn't be more hospitable. Car dropped off and 1 happy customer & car. Thanks Guys!

At first it was very good seeing the prices, and having a good service. Then, tried to sham me on unneeded repair so i went to a different garage. The problem was completely different, and I could see the difference afterwards. Now I am the happy customer of a garage which charges a little less even, but are so far more honest. Never again

I took my car there and had to trust them to do a big engine job. After having issues with the car since them doing the work and taking them back they fobbed me off, were unhelpful and rude. Having now taken it to a specialist they have informed me my engine has a fuel leak because they reused the old gasket instead of replacing it (which you should always do) saved themselves a few £££ didn't they. Now I am having to pay to get the job done right. Sharks, obviously cant be trusted.

I have been using MK Diagnostics for servicing and MOTs for a while and can say they are reliable, honest and fair priced. I would recommend them to friends. Generally I am mistrustful of garages and this is one of the best in MK.
