Ich habe meine Lieferung bis heute nicht erhalten, obwohl die Bestellung vor 1,5 Wochen aufgegeben wurde und die Lieferzeit 1-3 Werktage dauern sollte. Auch nichts mehr davon gehört. Auf meine Nachfrage kam keine Antwort. Ich werde wohl mein Geld zurück buchen.

I tried to contact the customer service by email after 5 days of my order.got no reply.then I called them next day .and they say we didn't ship anything!!!!! We will ship tomorrow hopefully it arrives to you by Monday ( 10 days after i ordered) I ordered several times before and it was arriving on time now its very late the last 2 times and they even don't give a reason.. i think i can't order from here anymore

This company is involved in FRAUD. My DBS and identification were asked for with no response since. The number on their site is not valid. They emailed me, THROUGH INDEED, from an email that is not related to One School. Their emails consistently have no professional signatures with company information i.e. website or phone number. Their registered company name with the GOV.UK site is not One School, but a different name. There are many, many red flags. I currently have a case with Action Fraud and the police have been informed of their untoward actions to obtain a DBS. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS.

We have learned IELTs, pronunciation and British culture. The teacher, Patrick, is super nice and professional. His explanation is clear and understandable, inspiring students to enjoy learning English and eager to learn more. Additionally, teaching assistant, Khusrau, prepares good materials and homework to motivate learning. So, I really recommend the teachers in One School.

Their reply does not account for the substantial delay in inviting professionals for the demo lesson and is simply a front to cover their inefficiency. Seek employment elsewhere…

I received my pyjamas, lovely mushroom print design, fit was perfect. I did notice however when I put them on for the first time that they had a white stain on the shirt of the pyjamas, approx 6 inches wide, maybe bigger. It looked like bleach? They were meant to be brand new? If it had been a small mark I could of looked past it, but they are not cheap pyjamas and I think I was within my right to ask for a replacement or a refund. This is the first time I've ever contacted a company and made a complaint about a product I've brought. I reached out to them politely via email, no response, I gave them adequate time to email me back but they didn't. So I messaged them on their Facebook account, no reply, so I sent two more messages. I have not had one single reply via Facebook or email. If they do not respond to this review I will be reaching out to Trading Standards

My husband bought me a present for my birthday. Absolutely looked great & wore couple of times. Once in the wash (I did follow the instructions) it shrunk and was so difficult to iron. Once ironed I wore the PJ’s and at night I couldn’t not sleep at all because of the thread and the elastic they used. It was so uncomfortable and itchy on my skin.

I was gifted two sets of these PJs and they are beautiful. Really pleased with them. Unfortunately they both had a really bad factory/stale smell to them when taking them out of the packaging. Both sets were gifted from 2 different people so I know the smell must have been from the garments manufacturer. After a quick cycle in the washing machine, all was ok. Just not what you would expect from quite pricey PJs.

I have 2 pairs of PJs — one soft cotton, the other one satiny. I can honestly say that they are the best investment I have ever made! They are perfect to climb into at the end of a long day, and so delicious to lounge around in at the weekend. I went on a girls weekend recently and my mates were very envious! They are constantly bringing out gorgeous, new prints and designs too. Can’t wait for a summer shorty pair ;-) Pa they make amazing gifts too xx

I must say it's super disappointing that you need to pay for postage when returning. I spent £8 last week for postage there and back. My advice is to get £75 worth of stuff (or whatever the amount is for free postage) so at least if it won't fit you, you don't spend loads on post. I know it's £8 but most places have free return. Won't be buying again unfortunately!

Ordered a set of satin pyjamas for my parntners 30th birthday. Unfortunately they did arrive with a manufacturing defect. I contacted them and they dealt with it amazingly. Told me to keep the original ones, sent new ones (after being double checked before dispatch), and issued a partial refund. Second pair are perfect. They are a very nice comfy material. Would definitely buy more in future.

I ordered the Satin Outsize scalloped pyjamas and am delighted with their quality and design. Comfortable and glamorous they are just what I was looking for and at a good price. Customer service is great - I was able to exchange the size ( they are generously sized ) for a smaller size in a matter of days. Highly recommended. I’ll be ordering more!

Rigtig god service! Har nu flere gange benyttet Poolworld som leverandør af dele til vores pool og hver gang har jeg fået super service af hjælpsomme ansatte. Har lige fået byttet en utæt pumpe uden problemer på mindre end 24 timer 😃

Jeg havde problemer med min spapumpe og bestilte en ny fra Poolworld.dk Det viste sig efterfølgende at det var min styringsboks der var problemet. Nem returnering til Poolworld og jeg kommer helt sikkert til at handle her igen. Tak til Per Grønning for hjælpen og den gode service!

Jeg er ved at lave en DIY hot-splash pool, som skal støbes i beton med end-less effekt, hvilket er ret kompliceret samt at den skal kører på saltvand. Jeg har fået rigtig god support fra Poolworld til mit projekt - de virker både yderst profesionelle og meget ærlige i forhold til hvad de kan hjælpe med.

Kørte op til butikken i Gevninge. Ville købe lidt til opstart af poolen. Spurgte en medarbejder om alka + Han fandt hurtigt en 5kg spand men da jeg skulle betale ville han ikke sælge den da den var den sidste på lager😳 Kørte jeg lige den lange tur til butikken og så ville han ikke sælge den… sidste gang jeg køre den tur🤬🤬🤬

I bought a "stainless steel" number plate holder from this company, as it was the only one which turned up on Google, so not really much choice. It was exactly what I was looking for because I wanted a holder for magnetic plates. Sadly, it's not really stainless steel, because even strong neodymium magnets will not stick to it at all, so it's useless for this purpose. Also despite being careful I sliced my finger on the sharp edge. Service and delivery was absolutely fine, and to be fair, it does not say anywhere that it is or is not ferrous and magnets would or would not stick to it. It just says material "stainless steel", but in reality it's an alloy.

STAY CLEAR! Brought a bike from this cowboy and it was already broken- lights not working, phone holder, broken flat tyre and more! The stats provided distance/speed completely incorrect. Awful parts (extremely bad not fit for purpose) terrible build quality & worse customer service. Having done some digging I’ve found out some interesting things. Stay well clear it’s one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Bought some alloy wheel touch up paint, comes out darker than my wheels but if you know how many shades of alloys there are you’ll never get perfect match from a touch up stick but I’m happy with result that Iv achieved so all is good

Have bought a number of E Tech Products for an upcoming job. I admit that I did scan the Reviews for individual, hints, tips and issues. The Clincher is Made or Developed in Germany. My Beloved Range Rover would soon let me know if I went cheap, on her.

Sprayed wheels on my Peugeot about six months ago with the e- tech gun metal grey with there undercoat and finished off with their top coat and all was good and looked mint but now they've chipped easily and paint has all cracked like lightning strikes which does look OK but gutted as cost a fortune..i am a boat sprayer by trade so I know how to prepare and work with paints but feel abit let down as its a pretty big job to prep,undercoat,spray top coat with laquar to finish them off and obviously the down time on the car.maybe I had a bad batch or something but now I have to strip all off and start again but I've lost heart in it..

Just used the E-TECH brake caliper paint in red. What an excellent product. Easily applied and covers very well. One coat would probably have been enough but I applied two. Dries quickly and creates a superb finish. Plenty of negative comments about the product from the big retail store group so buy this product instead. I bought from CarParts4less who delivered quickly. Well pleased

Great products. Their spray can based alloy wheel paint and associated clear coat lacquer is excellent and made refurbishing my wheels very easy. Also great customer service too, I contacted them for some advice regarding the cure time on clear coat so that I could wet sand and ceramic coat my wheels and they were very helpful. I will be refurbishing another set of wheels in the winter months and will 100% be using etech alloy wheel paints again. Well recommended.

Too much 'body cleaning' material and general lack of variety in Mystery Box - so it has been returned

You only get 2 stars and they are for the quality of the goods! My order was placed on 16 Nov to provide some Christmas presents, but only arrived today (6th Jan), so not very satisfactory!

I am just giving four stars as I ordered the set of 3 bars of Rose soap which have not materialised as yet. That said, I love all the products I get from you on a regular basis and will continue to shop with your company. I think this is the first time that an item I have ordered has not arrived. Een fijne tie back khimaar gekocht die precies goed zit, de kwaliteit is goed en je krijgt waar voor je geld. Veel beter dan die dure merken die een rib uit je lijf kosten en niet van goede kwaliteit zijn. Mocht je nog opzoek zijn naar islamistische boeken dan ben je bij Amaanah zeker op het goede adres!

Ik begrijp eerlijk gezegd de negatieve reviews niet. Ik was huiverig om te bestellen en heb toch maar de stap genomen na contact met Amaanah.nl via Whatsapp. Zeer klantvriendelijk en meedenkend. Ik had boeken nodig om cadeau te doen en gebedskleding. Alles was netjes geleverd en op de aangegeven datum. Kortom Super tevreden!

Omar pop gekocht als kado voor mijn kindje op eid dag. Op dezelfde dag gegeven en bleek dat hij het niet deed. Verschillende batterijen geprobeerd. Na contact te hebben gehad, hebben ze gezegd dat ik Duracell batterijen moet kopen. Had dat even gemeld op de website. Niet vriendelijk geholpen. Ik moest maar naar toe rijden voor een nieuwe pop. Vervolgens toch een retourlabel ontvangen. En nu 14 euro gepakt van mij zonder van te voren te overleggen, voor zogenaamd de verzendkosten en retourkosten. Dit was mij van te voren niet duidelijk gemaakt net zoals dat je Duracell batterijen moet aanschaffen wat ik overigens ook gedaan had. Uiteindelijk sturen ze een video van 1 minuut lang met verwijten en dat de pop het doet. Wie zegt dat het die pop van ons is. Waarom zou ik überhaupt de pop terugsturen als ie het gewoon deed? Deze pop wilde ik juist graag hebben voor mijn kind. Ze verwachtten ook nog eens dat je op Eid dag 50 km naar hun toe moet rijden om een nieuwe pop te halen. Echt waar. En dit moet een islamitische winkel voorstellen. Schaam je diep.

This company is a disgrace. I paid for an Energy Performance Certificate survey in July 2022. Then in January this year Mr Bradley Beazley, owner, unbelievably made a claim against me in the County Court. I had no knowledge of his claim as nothing was sent by post. I have ended up having no choice but to pay £204 even though I owed nothing. Absolutely immoral and extortionate business. Mr Beazley. You are a liar. My cheque DID NOT BOUNCE. I have reported you to Trading Standards and also Action Fraud. You are a disgraceful person. This matter is most certainly not closed.

I was very impressed with Brad Beazley’s work to update the EPC. The appointment was easy to organize, on time, efficient and I very much appreciated all the good advice and tips from Brad on how best to improve the EPC rating going forward.

Pretty good :) Thank you for giving us such an opportunity ! However, the onboarding was pretty rough as what we saw during the class did not match with the way they're working at MLOZ. Teachers should first do some preliminary work by asking how RPGLE is used at MLOZ, then adapt to that, instead of "just giving us the basics". In the end, what we learned during the RPG class was mostly useless as it did not match at all with how it's done at MLOZ. However, it's not so bad as we all had a background in IT, and we got the basics of how RPG programs work, so then we could just get mentored by the developers at MLOZ in order to do proper work.

Bij einde van project werd enkel een email gestuurd met de vraag te bevestigen dat het project afgelopen was. That's all na ruim 6 jaar! Geen exit-gesprek of dank-je-wel of enig ander contact.

Zeer fijn om te werken voor Talent-IT. Software testing opleiding gevolgd via Talent-IT en na 1 maand ben ik aan de slag gegaan als consultant voor een klant van hen.

Dårlig kundeservice. Jeg købte en trehjulet cykel fra EvoBike den 26 september 2023. Året efter gik bagakslen itu. Jeg reklamerede naturligvis Så blev jeg mødt med krav om dokumentation. Jeg leverede foto, men det var ikke nok Siden ønsker de et værksted 800km herfra i Sverige. Det er fup og svindel, så pas på. Brug ikke EvoBike OPDATERING Ordrenummeret er 65057070 og min reklamation over den defekte bagaksel strander fortsat på krav om videodokumentation, som ikke fungerer på linket. Jeg advarer fortsat mod EvoBike

Ok service men lang ventetid

Købte er evobike 3 hjulet cykel til fruen. Efter 4 mdr. begynder det at knage fra bagaksen og lejer. reklamerer som man skal... ikke godt nok skal have video. mail frem og tilbage. hver gang med lang svartid. så sender evebike en reservedel... som intet har med knagelyden at gøre. kører til vores lokale cykelhandler som ikke vil rører ved cyklen. Endelig sker der noget fra evobike de sender Cykel doktoren en mobil cykkelsmed som kan konstaterer aksen og lejer er defekte men kan ikke fixe den da de ikke har fået reservedele fra evobike. det er nu 8 uger siden vi sendte første mail vedr. rekl. og sendte igen mail vedr. cykeldoktoren ikke havde kunne lave cyklen. har intet hørt fra evobike.

Virkelig dårlig service. Svarer ikke mails og man kan ikke kontakte dem via tlf eller andet. Vi har rykket for svar på mailen vi sendte for flere uger siden og har stadig ikke svar. Virkelig dårlig stil.

Contacted this company when we were struggling to find one that would travel out to us, yes they charge for it, but they will travel all over the place. Lovely lad called Karl came out to measure up with a fancy 3D machine, and a couple of weeks later came out to fit it for us. Unfortunately some freak unforcasted wind got a bit to strong for him to do it properly, so he explained that although he wanted to get it on, it wouldn’t be ‘right’ which I was very impressed with. Rather than bodge it together he left and came back this morning, and I have to say he’s done a fantastic job. It fits like a glove, and I’m over the moon with it. Very professional service, quick turn around and a great quality product. Would highly recommend them.

Titan fitted a rear canopy and front cover to my boat 13 months ago. There's no point leaving a review as soon as it is fitted because you have to experience it to value its worth/quality. It has been well worth having it fitted and would recommend this company. Couple of minor issues at first but they sorted this without question. I would use this company again should I need to and would highly recommend them.

I had a new cratch cover made for my narrow boat about a year ago. Over a period of time after fitting, it became apparent that some adjustments to the roof panel and structural tubing were required. Toby engaged with me very thoroughly and took on board my observations and suggestions. The cover is now back on, as adjusted, looking great and doing its job. Very happy with how this was taken care of in terms of the after sales service.

DO NOT USE TITAN if you must, then be prepared for lies, broken promises, poor workmanship, lack of respect and arrogance. My marina suggests using someone else. if you are wondering why it's taken 6 months to leave a review, it's because I was taking legal advice. I suspect if a response to this is posted, it will be all my fault. Please remember I am happy to post the email chain. In summary the original install date was July and the canopy wasn't fitted to my satisfaction until November, even if it was the wrong colour. Lies The canopy was due to be fitted at the start of July and the accounts department sent me the final bill (50%). At this point the canopy hadn't even been made. I requested a refund several times as there was no installation date- these requests were totally ignored. Broken Promises Numerous dates for the initial installation, rectification work and call back dates were not adhered to. Even when the weather was taken into account for visits they didn't show up. Poor Workmanship On several occasions I could not believe that they were happy to leave the canopy so badly fitted. Lack of Respect No respect shown for my property. Black soled boot marks all over the deck and old canopy just left on the edge of pier some of which ended up in the water. Receiving an email from the director in a red font in capitals (the equivalent of screaming at me). Arrogance They really have forgotten who the customer is. I was expected to ok cutting plans with no annotation in a short period of time. As well as less than pleasant emails, some of the conversation were not pleasant. Again I say do not use.

How refreshing, a company that delivers what was promised and more! From the start of design to fitting this has been an absolute triumph! Our new canopy was fitted today & could not be more happy with the end product. Great team! Highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys 🤩🤩

As previous comments, very poor customer service. Bought a boat with titan canopy fitted and asked them if they could make an extra piece to which they agreed. Then fobbed me off with a few emails about its being measured and then made and then nothing after a number of emails

På trods af adskillige henvendelser har gotyoucovered ikke reageret på en eneste mail med forespørgsel om metode for returnering/ombytning af fejlkøb. De er forsøgt kontaktet 4 gange via deres oplyste supportmailadresse, og her 8 dage efter første mail, har de stadig ikke svaret, selvom deres hjemmeside oplyser, de søger at svare indenfor 24 timer. Jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde at handle hos dem, hvis man er den mindste smule i tvivl om sit køb. Der er tilsyneladende ikke mulighed for at returnere varer, selvom det er i strid med dansk lovgivning.

Kundeservicen var super, hurtig svar osv. men leveringstiden synes jeg var lidt længere end man er vant til andre steder. Coveret jeg fik forventede jeg nok var af bedre kvalitet.

The cost of the service, which was very quick is extremely steep. At no point was I told about an added charge, felt rushed to sign the forms online and missed the added charges. Yes that was my mistake but a charge was never spoken about £1719.48 is a lot for a few clicks. I didn't expect it to be a free but I have learnt my lesson and wont do it again.

It was a very nice camping ground right next to beautiful Limfjord. The adminitrators was very friendly and helpful in many ways. Also for children there is a huge playground area and swimming possibilities. Lots of leisure opportunities like riding, swimming or fishing. Thanks a lot!

Det er en super skøn plads hvor der er pænt og rent over det hele. En utrolig venlig betjening i receptionen hvor man i den grad føler sig velkommen. Alt i alt en skøn plads🤩

Et dejligt ophold…hvor minigolf og badeland blev flittigt benyttet af børnebørnene. Vi var der i uge 42, hvor der var et rigtigt godt tilbud på ophold med campingvogn. Fine badeforhold…fine toiletter.Meget venlige campingværter. Kan anbefales

Vi har haft en fantastisk oplevelse på denne campingplads! Området er omgivet af smuk natur, som giver en dejlig ro og mulighed for afslapning. Legepladsen er virkelig god og underholdende for børnene, og vandlandet er et hit for både store og små. Faciliteterne er rene og pæne, og det store fælleskøkken gør det nemt at lave mad til hele familien. Der er også hyggelige kreative aktiviteter for børn, som skaber masser af gode minder. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne campingplads til andre – her får man en dejlig ferie♥️🏕️🦮🎃

Vi havde i lang tid glædet os til at sku på ferie med vores piger. Vi ankom til Limfjordens campingplads og vandland og mødte en rigtig sød dame i receptionen og vi var glade. Vi ankommer så til mobilehome som lugter virkelig dårligt da vi åbner døren men lufter så ud. Vi ser straks at der ligger en masse skidt på gulvet som om der ikke er gjort rent. Vi tænker pyt vi støvsuger for pigerne havde travlt med at sku ud at se noget og vi når ikk op i receptionen for at sige det. Da vi så kommer tilbage og får pakket ud ser vi en masse spindelvæv og meget beskidte vægge og greb på skabene er fedtet og virkelig ikke lækkert . Da vi skal i seng opdager vi på sengebordene en masse skidt så heller ikk her er der gjort rent. Værelset pigerne sover på må vi også lige gøre rent inden de skal sove. Derudover sidder toilettet løst og er utæt så der var toiletvand ud på gulvet. Dagen efter brokker/klager min mand så til parret der har camping pladsen. Bliver ikke mødt med megen forståelse og min mand siger at vi faktisk overvejer at tage hjem fordi det er så ulækkert. Parret kan ikke forstå hvorfor vi ikke kom dagen før og klagede men det er ikk nemt når vi først kom halv fem og vores piger gerne ville ud og receptionen lukker kl 18. Det eneste de vil give os tilbage er penge for rengøring hvilket ikk er meget når de så også lige trækker forbrug fra de penge. Manden på campingpladsen kommer og fikser toilettet hvilket er positivt . Vi valgte at køre hjem for der var simpelthen for ulækkert til at vi ku bo der. Jeg tror det er en rigtig fin campingplads hvis man bor i sin egen camping vogn men kender andre der tidligere har klaget over rengøringen så det burde de have taget til sig. Alt i alt en meget træls oplevelse og vil ikk anbefale stedet til nogen.

These guys continue to impress. I do not agree with any of the 1 star reviews. This past year, I have ordered over 20 figures from them. If the poor service insinuated by 1 star reviews was true, based on average - I would have had poor service. I have not had one single bad experience. They have, on multiple occasions, helped me source rare figures that I simply cannot find in the UK. Most recently was the Hollow Knight Hornet Nendoroid. Ignore the 1 star reviews. Make sure to message the stuff through their easy to find instant messager. Their communication is excellent. Their staff are lovely and their English is superb. If you need a figure, this is where to go.
