Unsubscibing
Have tried unsubscribing from their email alerts. The only option I could find was a screen where one can manage one's preferences. No option to unsubscribe and the mails keep coming despite editing preference to receive no alerts. After two maybe three weeks I tried contacting them through their website to complain and that has been ignored as well. Incompetence at best dodgy business practices more likely.

Ad oggi nessun rimborso, nonostante il legale, mi ha mandato gli estremi di un pagamento inesistente. abbiamo diffidato al pagamento. Ripeto diffidate da prove gratuite. Nonostante abbiamo riconosciuto l'errore con il rimborso non hanno mai accreditato. Illecito prelevare somme senza il consenso ( meno male che si è utilizzata Postepay) Ad oggi nessun accredito. Una vergogna. L'avvocato , di cui mi meraviglio , sa che è un reato penale. Ho ridato il numero della Postepay. Inutile dare codice di pagamento perché mai avvenuto accredito. PEC da evitare

Ho avuto differnti difficoltà relative a password obsolete o da cambiare che hanno richiesto l'assistenza sia per mail che a pagamento. Solo con questa ultima (a pagamento) siamo riuscite a risolvere i vari problemi ma egregiamente. Quindi bravo lo staff di Anca che mi ha supportato con attenzione e pazienza per risolvere i disguidi che si sono presentati dal 17 al 24 gennaio 2025, Richiesta n. 63159 e n.64732 . Però che si debba pagare l'Assistenza questo non va tanto bene!

In data 14 gennaio 2025 mi sono accorta di avere un addebito non autorizzato sulla mia postepay di 24,28 euro da parte di Namirial. Si trattava dell' attivazione di un servizio come lo spid con riconoscimento Webcam Namirial che per sbaglio è stato richiesto. Spero che il servizio clienti Namirial mi restituisca il tutto, perché si tratta di un errore! Grazie mille.

I wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to Adam and JD. They were called upon to help us to clean up in the traumatic aftermath of my elderly Mother-in-Law’s stroke and subsequent fall at home. top company for great cleaning
I requested a clean of my Mum's carpets before she returned from hospital. Adam was able to accommodate the day we needed it done, and made the carpets really shine. He and Kai were professional throughout, efficient and friendly. I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Do Your Own (?)
I am not happy with this service Bang Tidy, as after the first visit the cleaners cleaned and decluttered my hallway but left me with an unuseable uncleaned kitchen, an uncleaned unmopped floor, refusing to wash any crockery or cutlery for me and the manager was telling me to do the washing up myself when I pointed out that it had been left, and asking me over again why I can’t do it myself which I found intrusive and which I found rude and disrespectful. The manager even refused to allow my dishes to be washed in my kitchen for me on the next visit, claiming that washing up is extra and not part of the package of a deep clean. As they had been booked to do both a deep clean and a regular weekly clean for me, and I currently have a badly sprained ankle and also have health conditions and a disability which make it difficult to stand for very long, it is hard to see how tasks like washing up can be left out of a regular house clean, especially if cleaners are going to come to my home regularly. I tried to explain to this manager, that I am not able to do it myself, and that I always have it done as part of a cleaning service, as he was asking me aggressively why I couldn’t just do my own washing up, but he just cut me off on the phone while I was talking. It has been a horrible experience. That said, I don’t want someone cleaning for me who won’t put the work in or whose terms are unacceptable to me. What is really weird about this whole scenario of their refusing to do dishes and cutlery, is that I have a dishwasher in my kitchen in plain view, which using common sense. would have cut the cleaning time in half and left the cleaners free to do much more in the time allotted. The other point I wish to make is that it is much better for customers to get everything in their house clean with this company itemised and agreed beforehand, in writing,and for all parties to keep a copy, so that there are no nasty surprises like the one I had today. As I discovered, this cleaning service has certain conditions, they don’t wash up crockery or cutlery as part of a deep clean, and their customer service telephone manner is not the most polite or professional, so overall I feel that this is not the right cleaning service for me. N.B. I refute all claims from the reply from this company about my review. Their reply isn’t really worth the screen it is written on. I repeat, in simple language, so that they can finally understand, that this is not the right company for me. If we are talking about names, it is their name and the nastiness of their tone in their reply that says it all. “Bang” is just about their approach, let’s face it. But I refuse to sink to their level. Everyone else reading this review remains free to make up their own minds. Let’s leave it there.

Fantastic company run by a fantastic man! This company is run by a well respected man, he does a really really good job, is really competitive and is so approachable that if your not happy then you wouldn’t have an issue with asking him to come back. The company appears to be constantly expanding and from what I’ve seen recruits the staff based on recommendation which means you can trust who’s in your house. I cannot fault their work or their work ethic and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friend.

la paire de chaussures a mis du temps à venir, c’était pour Noël. commande ##4418. La paire de chaussures est arrivée le 7 janvier, le 8 janvier. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mail pour dire que la paire de chaussures est trop petite pour mon fils, et que j’aimerais avoir un remboursement jusqu’à présent zéro réponse. Nous sommes le 31 janvier. Personne ne m’a répondu. Ils ont aucun numéro pour les joindre, ils ne répondent pas à leur EMAIL. J’ai une paire de chaussures que mon fils ne peut pas mettre car le modèle ne convient pas à ses pieds. je sais pas si je dois envoyer un recommandé pour qu’il puisse me répondre, je sais qu’ils vont me dire c’est trop tard pour le remboursement alors que j’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mail le lendemain. Franchement ce genre de site c’est désagréable. De l’argent foutu en l’air, je me retrouve avec une paire de chaussures que je ne pourrai pas rembourser.

The bee card has useless customer service. My son put 10 dollars on his bee card at 11 pm on Sunday night. By the following Thursday, it still had not been loaded and no one at bee card customer service can tell me why. I was told it can take up to 12 hours but it has now been 4 days. I asked for a refund and still no one has called me back from bee card customer service. Worst service ever!

Really love their cleanser
Really love their cleanser, feels luxurious and has contributed massively to an improvement in my previously greasy and blackhead prone skin. I've not any new breakouts or new blackheads and my skin feels instantly moisturised. It hasn't dried out my skin like other cleansers, I'm really pleased with it, I can't recommend it enough, it's just a fantastic all-round cleanser. They were also kind enough to send me a very generously sized sample of their eye cream which has lasted me ages and is also fantastic! I'll be buying some of this when my sample runs out. The customer service is great as well, the orders are prepped and dispatched very quickly and I love the brand's purpose and message. I haven't planted any of my wildflower seeds yet (which are another amazing benefit to buying from Bee Good) but this summer I'm helping to clear my grandad's garden so the wildflowers will be planted there for the neighbour's bees, so hopefully the flowers will help to produce some nice honey too! I'll continue buying this forever, not even worth me trying any more cleansers, this is the one for me. Thank you x

This beats the most the most expensive cosmetics. It can be tough buying cosmetics for my partner. She has a friend in the business who gets free samples of all the super expensive brands, and then passes them on. But I took a flier with Bee Good and she loved them. I bought one of the smaller boxes, it was all beautifully presented and made a perfect gift. Online payment, delivery, all that stuff was just as we've come to expect from online retailers.

Could Not Figure out the Right Order
Very simple order, I am not even sure how something so easy to ship and understand couldn’t be accomplished. Had the car information and part info and was still messed up twice after all said and done we ended up just canceling everything. Told me it shipped when it didn’t, in the end total waste of time and still don’t have my money back. The cherry on the cake I’ve been getting riddled with emails asking me to write them a review which is even that much more annoying, hopefully these emails stop now.

An amazing experience
An amazing experience - this was our fifth attempt to get airborne and it was incredible, floating over the countryside from Launceston and into Devon - viewing a herd of deer in a pine plantation from 1000 feet in the air was awesome - we initially booked evening flights thinking this would be better travelling, getting up! etc. but the last two we booked morning flights - it was much easier to find out the evening before if the flight was going to take place.

Serene flight over East Devon
Having a week off together in August we took a chance and booked a flight. Off course the weather is the boss and it was cancelled. I booked another flight a few days later and the same. Then the company rang me yesterday to say that they had a new flight for today and asked if that was ok. Great. The flight went to plan and the crew had that calm experience you knew you could trust. Only complaint - we could have stayed up there for hours more ;-)

Minimal flexibilty
I'd advise to pay close attention to the comments about the non flight related issues. My 'voucher' expires next week - the flight I had booked last week was cancelled due to the weather. I am now asked to pay £100 to extend my voucher so as to rebook next month. Yes I am sure that I haven't had 5 flights cancelled, yet despite us having pre paid for a voucher, and all the problems that Covid has brought with planning and disruption, this company will stick to the small print and offer minimal flexibility to help customers.

We had an amazing morning balloon ride to celebrate our dad's 60th birthday. The crew were really friendly and welcoming. The pilot put us all at ease and was a fountain of knowledge. Couldn't recommend them enough and will be booking up another ride for the next big family birthday.

From Start to Finish…..
From start to finish, brilliant day. Well organised, an incredible journey over the Devon countryside. Loved being able to help prepare the balloon and basket and then after the flight, helping to pack it all away. No downside, except that we would have stayed up in the balloon longer! Will fly again soon.

Flying high
We flew in June having had our flights delayed due to Covid. They SW Balloons extended the voucher with no issue. We were lucky - we flew the first time we booked and the whole process was fantastic. They got all the passengers involved in the set up and take down of the balloon. This does take time but it is easy to see why. They were also happy for friends and family to come and see the launch. Our flight was amazing. We had a fabulous pilot and all enjoyed the champagne at the end.

Don’t Use
They continue to bill you even if you cancel. They’re very sneaky like click funnels. No live agent. They’ll promise your cancelled but won’t delete your information or credit cards. They will continue to bill you. You will have to TEXT someone who doesn’t respond for hours to attempt to get your refund back.

COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid UpGrow at all costs. They ignore multiple cancellation requests and continue charging more than the original subscription amount. Their service is full of fake followers with zero engagement, and their customer support is completely non-existent. They do not provide a safe or transparent cancellation process. I am now trying to connect with my bank to recover my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Bad experience
I discussed making livable my covered and attached outhouse with toilet, and reiterated the need for damp proofing on many occasions. Unfortunately, brick layers knocked out the toilet and caused a mains leak which needed fixing by another company. Then the water wasn't dried properly before plastering and although damp proofing was done to the walls, I was not told it needed doing to the floor and no damp proofing was completed to the floor. The wiring and wood work was not finished properly and since the job was done, I have had damp and mould where I didn't before. I raised these concerns and was given a dehumidifier for a few days, being told it was the new brick which wasn't dry. This didn't resolve the problem. I have since asked for money back so I can afford remedial work to fix the problem by sorting the floor, but the company refused this and I have not heard back from them when they said they would get back to me. Overall, bad communication and organisation leaning toward deliberate misinformation regarding the works. As a customer with no specialist knowledge, I have been completely let down and now have another problem to pay to fix.

Ace took up a old floor and joists in our dining room. They relaid new joists and a completely new floor. They were really helpful from the initial quote all the way through to the end of the job and are very knowledgable in what they do. They did a 5 star job on our floor and we're so happy we are calling them in to do further work in our house. Quick, excellent work and would highly recommend.

I ordered some Nike leggings on the 24/11 that were faulty . I’ve been contacting pro-am kits via email for the past two weeks ( I’ve sent 7 Emails in that time ) and still no response ! I would like a return or exchange for the faulty item . It says to inform them within 10 days but how can you when you don’t hear anything back ? Our order was delivered to the wrong address/lost by DPD, who have confirmed the problem. However there is zero customer support at pro-am to resolve the issue. Waited for a table for 45 minutes after being told 10. Only to then be humiliated and shouted at infront of the whole restaurant for their mistake in seating us. The lady was extremely rude after providing us with a high chair and telling us where to put it. Only to then scream at us. We left before even sitting down or looking at the menu. Would not recommend to anyone requiring a high chair as they class this as a health and safety issue due to their tiny, non family friendly, air conditioning lacking restaurant.

Poor service and no communication
I appreciate that it was good Friday and they are going to be busy. I arrived at 6.30pm and was still waiting over 30 minutes later. I spoke to the girl who was on the till as to how long for my order, her reply I don't know I am not the cook. Orders on the phone were put in front of the shop orders. Tables were not cleared and no one could really eat in. No communication, rude till staff. They should off put more staff on to cater for how busy they were and should of put a pause on the orders being received until they caught up. Very disappointed as food is very nice there. I gave a 1 rating for the service and no communication from the staff.

I went for pie and chips how did chips get so expensive when I opened them I can only think they must be last nights left overs for £3.50 for a small portion, I was horrified with how few chips I got and they looked worse for wear ended up in the bin, pie went after. Very disappointed with the chips when they arrived in takeaway boxes they looked liked they were from lunch time I order came a 19.00pm not very hot at all. Fraud company - Stay Away!
A few days previously, I purchased a YouTube monetization plan. They assured me that they would provide me with complete monetization within 15 to 30 days. They haven't finished their services after more than 30 days. The worst thing that happened was that after using the services, YouTube froze my views. Very Straightforward.
We just purchased our first house and we were recommended Devonalds Solicitors, in particular, Sara Edwards' Team who handle conveyancing. They use an app that makes it really easy and convenient to check updates, and progress with your case. It's not without its issues however, we found it particularly useful. They respond quickly, and they are great in person and on the phone. As Brits we love to complain about the weather, GP receptionists, and how solicitors love to "drag their feet". We found the process super fast and we were kept in the loop the whole time. No feet were dragged. They gave us great advice when we were worried and provided us with clear options when choices needed to be made. They did an amazing job, and we are very thankful. Hopefully we won't need to buy / sell again but if we do, we know where we will go.

Called three times in a coupe of days to engage a solicitor to act on my behalf. Mathew wasn't available so I left a message to call back explaining that the case is time sensitive...... no call back. I called this morning to reach Mathew and the person who answered the phone was very abrupt and not very welcoming at all. From there I was passed to someone else, who although more friendly, needed me to explain the reason for my call - this is now the third time and third person I've had to explain this to, without even speaking to a solicitor. Needless to say I'm off to someone else.

I chose Devonalds in Bridgend because I wanted to give business to a local firm. Also I prefer to be able to drop off documents personally rather than sending things through the post. A visit to the Bridgend office is not, however, to be recommended - especially if you suffer from any chest complaints. The office reeks of damp such that it is unpleasant to spend any time in the reception area. It does raise the question how can this company care about you as a client if it doesn’t seem to care about the health of its own staff? Nobody should have to work in that literally stinking environment. Dear Devonalds bosses, wherever your HQ may be, please don’t pretend this is news to you. I wrote to you over a month ago about this matter but nothing has been done. Apologies to Luke who dealt with my recent sale. This is no reflection on your work. I thank you for passing on my concerns. How much would it cost Devonalds to buy a dehumidifier?? Too much it would seem!

Buyer Beware
This company has shady practices. They promise a full refund if the product does not work for you. However, you have to pay to send the product back. When you request a refund, they offer you partial refunds unless you push the issue for them to honor their policy. After shipping the items back, crickets. They failed to refund my money until I reached out to them via chat and pushed the issue. I am confident they had absolutely no intention of refunding my money until I followed up. This is unprofessional and bad business practice. Buyer beware.

Watch your dates on your subscription orders
I have been a long-term customer of gundry MD. I started my experience with the purchase of three bottles of Bio complete 3. Liking the product, I decided to subscribe to 6 month shipments. My first shipment was delivered on time. The next shipment was sent the following month. I called customer service to explain the problem. They kindly asked if I wouldn't mind keeping the extra 6 months and that they would set my next shipment date a year out. I agreed. Last month I ordered MCT Wellness. I ordered a 6-month Supply that said it would come with a free shaker bottle if I subscribed. After placing the order I noticed that my next 6 month shipment was scheduled to come next month. I called before the order was processed and the agent canceled my initial order, made the date correct and asked me if I was okay with the flavor that was originally ordered. I never saw the option for other flavors. She told me what they were and I changed the flavor. I specifically asked if I would still get the shaker bottle that was promised in the original order. She assured me that I would. I received my order today with no shaker bottle. I contacted gundry MD and chatted with an agent named eric, who told me that that offer was only while supplies last. I explained to him that it said nothing of that nature when I ordered it and that the agent who I spoke to to correct the shipping dates assured me that one would come. If it didn't come with my initial order I was told to contact gundry MD and one would be sent to me. Eric insisted that supplies were out. Dissatisfied with that response, I contacted another agent named Kristen. Kristen told me that the shaker bottle only came with the watermelon lemonade flavor and not with the flavor I changed it to. When I told her that the ordering agent indicated to me that I would get one, she told me that that agent was mistaken. She went on further to tell me that I could easily purchase a shaker bottle for $5 at Target. With two 6-month subscriptions for expensive products, what isn't, you would expect they could cough up a cheap little $5 shaker bottle. Needless to say it is not about the $5 shaker bottle it's about delivering on a promise. I give them a C where before I felt they were an A. The moral of this story, if there is one, is to watch very carefully your online orders, or better yet, call to place your order. However, calling doesn't ensure that you're going to get the right information either.

Used Biocomplete, Phenols, Reds and MCT Oil. Products perform ok but are overpriced when exactly the same formula can be bought elsewhere and cheaper. Product sells primarily on Gundy's name. One major problem is that some products fail to list fish oil and for those allergic they can cause shock and/or death without an Epi pen and hospitalization. Their CS seems unaware of the contents when questioned on the phone with a live person.

I love olive oil so thot I’d try Gundry MD brand for all the benefits stated by them. It’s very expensive, 8oz for $39, I will say it’s really tasty, it’s very peppery, I’m vegan so I used it on just about everything. But other than the taste I didn’t experience any of the other benefits they promised within 99 days, my skin was about the same, didn’t drop a pound even tho I’m about 8lbs overweight, just really no changes. So I did return it and recd my refund 1 week after mailing back the bottles, that cost $20. I’m on the east coast and their address is in California, the further away you are the more expensive the postage, so I probably paid the maximum. Not a bad experience overall for sure, I was glad I could try it, but there’s many other brands if you search for high poly phenol olive oil.

I contacted Supervisor Kia and sent two emails requesting a refund. I used the product and decided to return it within 90 days, as your support representatives have consistently advised over the past five years. They always recommended giving the product the full 90 days to see if it provides any benefits. This time, I used it for 88 days from the date I received it but did not notice any difference. Now, I am being told that the 90-day period includes shipping time, making me two days past the trial window and ineligible for a refund. This contradicts the information I was previously given. A stain on Dr. Gundry's brand
I'm extremely disappointed. I had very high hopes for this product. Dr. Gundry was impressive. In a very long video sale - I don't think they warned that the product contained shellfish. I am allergic to shellfish and I'm sure many people interested in this product are similarly allergic. I wrote several email messages asking about returning the product. Not 1 response in over 7 days. I went to the chat - they kept trying to end the chat while I was typing and eventually did so. I am having to pay for the return shipping which I think is unfair because it's their fault that I was not warned about the allergen contained. I have spent a lot of time trying to get this far and now I will have to get them to discontinue monthly (membership) shipping which they are big on. This is uncommonly bad customer support.
