I lost a huge amount of money on ACC no. 191473 at a time when I had no income. I am broke now. The biggest mistake of my 58 year life. I can’t believe the fool I was. You get assigned a charming very friendly advisor, who calls every day to suggest trades based on investing.com website, and help you understand how it all works. They tell you to always to add more money into the account. No matter if it is doing well or not, until you have no savings left. Even if you tell them you have nothing left, they suggest you borrow money to give to them. Especially when trades are going bad, they tell you to add more money to “save” your account. I did make 30K in one month, then lost it, and all of my own $35000 cash deposited, in Feb and March 2025 when "trump’s erratic policies caused trades to not go as predicted". You have to be prepared to watch your trades all of the time. Can you do this? If you don’t close a trade the same day as opening it, you get charged massive fees, that they call “swaps”. They multiply everyday the trade is in loss, and often end up being around 40 -100% of the loss or profit amount, meaning the trades get stuck, and the fees get keep climbing. I was charged $12k on on a single trade that made $5k in profit, so lost 7K on a trade in profit. I was charged $4,266 on a trade that made $4,321 in profit. That is 100% fees on a trade, so made only $55 They don’t allow you to withdraw your money, even if you have the equity, if you have open trades. They do not respond to emails or call you once you lose everything. I was so gullible and stupid to trust the sales people in this company. I am completely financially ruined now! Wolves of Wall St.

Il prezzo pagato per i loro prodotti è assolutamente sproporzionato alla qualità. La qualità è mediocre ed il prezzo è quello dei prodotti di altissima fascia. Ho acquistato un rack e la distanza tra i montanti è eccessiva, tanto che i perni del bilanciere olimpionico urtano i ganci su cui lo stesso andrebbe posizionato. Assistenza clienti inesistente, incapace. Non rispondono alle e-mail. Per rimborsarmi un reso, in ben due occasioni, mi hanno fatto attendere 4 mesi, non restituendomi nemmeno quanto effettivamente dovutomi ed accampando scuse varie. Non è un'azienda di cui fidarsi ed i loro prodotti non sono assolutamente all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Vi consiglio di acquistare da altre azienda. Con una spesa inferiore la qualità sarà garantita, rispetto a quanto offerto da Kingsbox.

Contento del macchinario, solido e ben fatto. Vorrò un giorno rivolgermi nuovamente a KingsBox, non allo stesso venditore.

Durante il pagamento online il sito internet si è bloccato scalandomi tuttavia l ammontare dell'ordine (circa 720 euro) dal mio conto. Il servizio di assistenza al cliente è stato pessimo, fatto di risposte simil automatiche e ulteriori domande su dettagli già forniti. Solo dopo 3 mesi dall'ordine ho ricevuto il pacco, che come mi aspettavo mancava di un componente, che ancora sto aspettando e per il quale non ricevo alcuna risposta da settimane. In più ciò che mi è arrivato, l ho ricevuto senza alcuna fattura e nessuna tracciabilità dell'ordine fatto. Peccato perché i prodotti sono di buona fattura. In ogni caso non mi servirò mai più da loro, anche perché è impossibile contattarli telefonicamente.

The website doesn't give any shipping estimates. You have to choose expedited vs regular but it gives no ranges, so how would I know? As soon as I ordered, I contacted customer service to let me know the shipping time. I didn't hear anything back for 2 days, and even then, I didn't get an answer. Finally, I told him I'd have to cancel my order if I couldn't be told if it would arrive by a certainn date. By the time, many days later, he told me when it would arrive, which was a day too late, it had already shipped. Soooo frustrating. I could've gotten it AFTER the needed date for $10 cheaper through another site. Wish I hadn't ordered it now.

I received my paella pan 15” a few days ago and was very happy to get it. Machika kept me up to date on the shipment and it was received in a very timely manner. However, yesterday I followed the cleaning instructions before the first use and noticed several scrape marks on the edge by the handles. I know this will not effect the performance of the pan but was surprised to see them. That’s why I gave four stars instead of five.

A comme Assure refuse par 2 fois en évoquant des motifs totalement fallacieux (délai soi-disant dépassé rapport à la date anniversaire du contrat alors que ce n'était pas le cas / je n'aurais pas le droit de résilier moi-même). Leurs pratiques sont illégales et ils savent très bien qu'ils sont en tort. Seule solution : bloquer le prélèvement. Je laisse cet avis, car je sais que des personnes qui ne connaissent pas leurs droits se laissent intimider par ces pratiques et continuent de payer (parfois même alors qu'elles ont déjà souscrit un autre contrat) alors qu'elles n'ont pas à subir ça. Which was not true! They told me to buy a ”spännband” to hold the machines together, and quickly left the house. Once they left I went checking the problem and saw that it could easily be fixed, and the real problem was that they didn’t lower the back feet of the machine enough to be able to fit the support rack on the back. I had to somehow, by myself, figure out how to lift up the machine (which is very heavy) and at the same time lower the back feet to be able to properly secure the installation. I’m a woman and it was heavy to fix this… I paid 1500kr for the installation exactly because I didn’t want to lift any heavy weight and risk another back injury (since I’m recovering from one). So I wish the installation service was more efficient and had more consideration, they lacked problem-solution-solving skills to figure out something simple.

Habe Anfang des Jahres (lange vor Corona) einen Flug nach Danzig über "fluege.de" gebucht. Dieser Flug wurde erst vorverlegt und dann gecancelled. Am 13.01.2020 wurden zwei Beträge (23,95€ und 119,92€) von "travel24" abgebucht. Ich versuchte mehrfach telefonisch mit der Referenznummer den Grund zu erfahren. Sehr unfreundliche Bearbeiter konnten die Referenznummer nicht finden, E-mails liefen ins Leere. Das Geld ist weg. Also Finger weg von "Travel24" und "Fluege.de" Warum ist es nicht möglich keinen Stern zu geben? Bemerkungen zur Antwort vom 05.11.2020 1. Ich habe nicht über Flug24.de gebucht, sondern über fluege.de. 2. "Travel24.de" hat als einzige Leistung nur zwei Beträge abgebucht. Ich habe dazu, selbst auf mehrfache Nachfrage (telefonisch und E-mail) keine Antwort erhalten, geschweige denn eine Rechnung. Ich habe "Travel24.de" nie mit irgendetwas beauftragt. 3. Eine "Vermittlungsgebühr" ist völlig neu und schon garnicht von Travel24.de, die ich nie beauftragt habe. In den Betreffzeilen der Abbuchung war angegeben "Premiumpackage" und "Buchungsgebühr", Begriffe, die im Internetauftritt nirgendwo zu finden sind 4. Tavel24.de, fluege.de, Flug24.de....... wer soll da noch durchblicken. Der Leser dieser Kritik möge sich selbst eine Meinung bilden. Aber ich meine, die hier kritisierte Antwort ist eine Selbstentlarvung obskurer Geschäfte.

Hatte leider vor der Buchung nicht die Bewertungen gelesen :( Und bin jetzt auch nur auf diese Seite gestoßen, weil ich einen Servicekontakt suchte.... ALSO: Ich musste 60 Euro Kosten zusätzlich zu den Flugkosten für 3 Tickets zahlen, meiner Meinung nach ohne dass zuvor darauf hingewiesen worden war. Auf meine die Buchung betreffende Frage per E-Mail - zu den Flugzeiten, die sich ändern sollten - kam keine Antwort (nur eine automatische "Eingegangen ..."-Mail. Angeblich haben sie "wegen Corona" gerade so mächtig viel zu tun - was ich jetzt im Herbst nach 7 Monaten Buchungsflaute erstaunlich finde. Eine Service-Tel-Nummer finde ich weder im Internet noch auf den Flugunterlagen. Werde jedenfalls keinesfalls noch einmal über dieses Portal Flüge buchen.

Der letzte Abzocke - Verein! Finger weg! Mussten alles Leistungen wie Gepäck und Sitzplatzwahl nochmal bezahlen, um überhaupt bei ryanair online einchecken zu können. Für das Geld hätten wir auch bequemer und komfortabler mit LH fliegen können. Wäre genauso teuer gewesen. Das ist Betrug.

Für Stornierungen faktisch nicht erreichbar... Unmöglicher "Service". Nie wieder! Als ich dann für Buchung angerufen habe wurde ich sofort durchgestellt und die Dame konnte mit weiterhelfen.... Frechheit sowas!

Die Erstattung der Tickets hat Monate in Anspruch genommen. Laut Aussage der Fluggesellschaft war der Anspruch bereits seit geraumer Zeit erstattet worden. Erst nach Drohung mit dem Anwalt kam plötzlich die Mitteilung von Flug24, dass das Geld jetzt erstattet werden kann. Selbst da wurde versucht zu betrügen, da lediglich drei der vier zeitgleich gebuchten Tickets erstattet wurden. Erst bei Widerspruch und erneuter Drohung wurde jetzt auch das 4. Ticket erstattet. Kundenservice: nicht existent. Freundlichkeit: nicht existent! Kompetenz: nicht existent! Absolute Frechheit der Laden!!!!! Alles unserer laschen Gesetzgebung zu verdanken. Solche Geschäftspraktiken gehören in den Knast!

Lieber nicht Abzocke Flug selber übers Internet gebucht, ohne erkennbaren Hinweis, eine Vermittlungs Gebühr verlangt von 79,96euro, habe versucht über Email sie zu erreichen, man bekommt keine Stellungnahme dazu, seriös geht anders, reine Abzocke 1Stern noch zuviel

Service-Gebühren (140 EUR) wurde nicht erstattet, nachdem der Flug von Lufthansa storniert wurde. Die Rückerstattung für den Flug habe ich am 17.08.2020 bekommen (gebucht am 21.01.2020). Buchen Sie immer direkt am Fluggesellschaft.

Sind sehr enttäuscht über dieses unseriöse Verhalten dieser Gesellschaft! Hatten im Mai New York Flüge gebucht und bezahlt! Keine Reaktion...wie bereits von anderen Kunden beschrieben! Nie wieder!!!!!

Jag beställde tujor i höstas och hade trott att jag skulle få tujorna då. Jag får en orderbekräftelse där det står att de levereras så snart som möjligt. Jag ringer en vecka senare och då meddelar de att de inte kommer att leverera på våren. Vi visste att vi skulle ha svårt att ta hand om de då. Men då var det omöjligt att avboka trots att informationen om att de inte levererade på hösten var högst bristfällig. Nu har de tydligen stått på vår uppfart en vecka och vi har inte varit hemma. Otroligt dålig service och oskönt bemötande.

Vid beställning kom vi överens med Thujor.se om leveransdatum så att vi skulle hinna förbereda för plantering av häck. Trots överenskommelse kom plantorna flera dagar tidigare vilket vi påtalade för Thujor.se. Trots skriftlig överenskommelse om leveransdatum vägrade Thujor.se att åtgärda den tidiga leveransen vilket medförde att plantorna tog skada. Dessutom på ett otrevligt sätt med tråkigt bemötande per telefon. Avråder starkt från att använda detta bolag.

Fraktfria varor kostar 299:- att få hem, de lägger nämligen till en "Pallavgift" på 299:-. I kontakt med kundtjänst förklarades att pallavgiften "behövs för leveransen". Men man verkade inte förstå att det innebär att leveransen då inte är fraktfri.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! These people commit FRAUD every day! We bought a car and purchased GAP insurance with the car loan. One year into the loan the car was rear-ended and totaled. We contacted Pierre Money Mart multiple times to get a copy of the gap insurance paperwork and we were promised that it would be provided. After months of contacting them, dozens of promises and excuses with NO follow through the commercials stopped running and they stopped answering the phone. I had assumed they went out of business. These guys took our money and REFUSE TO PAY! Don't be the next victim!

My credit is pretty bad. Pierre figured out how to get me out the door with a super awesome car. The customer service was great. I will definitely go back when it's time to get another car, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I worked with Katie and Pete and they were inviting and informative and really amazing. They informed me of all the information on the car and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Wish there was an option for rating negative zeros. this place is terrible has extremely deceptive business practices targeting people that have little options and thinking that everyone that comes in there is desperate Peter had lied to us about a bank approving us for a loan on a vehicle because he wanted to mark up the loan amount and interest rate so he could make money because it was a zero down purchase. I know this because I called the bank and asked them and they told me that they approved it and never heard anything else from Pierre money Mart. The bank also confirmed that they don't charge extra fees for using an ITIN number. they told us that we had to pay $740 a month for 84 months For a $17,000 car . he told us that because my friend was purchasing using her ITIN instead of a social that the bank was charging more for that and the interest rate was well over 20%. and the bank approved her for 10%. my friend Who use her ITIN to make a purchase for the vehicle has a 790 credit score which is well more than efficient enough to purchase a vehicle zero down with Attractive financing terms. he kept changing the terms and the necessary documents required, and all the information around right before we were to finalize or sign something. we also advise that we did not want any of the extras no warranties no nothing except for gap insurance that we were going to purchase through our car insurance and he ended up throwing it all in anyways, and then saying that he could not remove it once sign, which I also found out is a lie and can be removed even after a contract is signed . She never even got a copy of the contract after signing in the keys were given out a week goes by and still no copy of the contract and the bank not receiving any copy of the contract as well. everything about this place was shady Katie who has an attitude problem should not be working in that field. If she can't handle her emotions dealing with customers that whole entire place is sketchy shady and really I don't understand how they're in business and have the rating they do on this site when all of their reviews are bad terrible place do not buy a car here run away fast .we ended up, bringing the car back and dissolving the loan if they were just be honest with us and offered us a fair interest rate and payments per month for making us pay $63,000 car overall we would've been happy to make a purchase there do not go stay away. Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.13.2022 and on 06.28.2022 the transmission started having issues on 509 while I was with my kids. I called the dealership, spoke to christian and was told that they only provide 90 day warranty on vehicles that are under 100k. My vehicle had 110K and was told because my vehicle was over mileage and because I didnt take the extended coverage they couldnt help me. I am a single mother of 3 and had a hard enough time getting a vehicle in the first place. I made one payment on the car, now I am without a vehicle literally 45 days after my purchase. This is insane and the fact that they didnt offer any help because I declined the extended coverage is ABSURED. Preditory company is what they are. They kept running my credit until someone took me and its not like I can go and get another car. Peter in finance said that it was pointless for me to accept the ext warranty because it would be void once the vehicle hot 150k in miles. 06.29.2022- learned that there is an safety open recall on my vehicle regarding the transmission shifting gears while driving on its own. Reading WA state laws says that all recalls on new and used vehicles myst be performed PRIOR to being sold edpecizlly when it affects the safety of the vehicle. The Safety Recall U63 / NHTSA 18V-332 Reprogram Powertrain Control Module explains what issues the transmission has and it could potentially cause an accident. Pierre money mart did not do their job and did just enough to sell the vehicle. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to pursue further action and have reported this to the AG. Enough is enough and I will not be stuck with a safety hazard vehicle and risk my life, my family’s lives, nor the lives of other people. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND BUY A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP WHO ACTUALLY CARES!!!!!!! P.S- they refuse to issue me a new temp tag because peter says my plates were mailed out but dept of licensing and bill pierre title says my registration and plates are not ready… GET YALL $h!t together!!!!! I started using colorhouse 5 years ago when we moved into our house. We painted every single room with colorhouse paint, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining, kitchen and hallways and all ceilings. We have had no issues with any bad smells or poor coverage like other reviewers. This was in 2015 when they were selling the paint at home depot. In 2017 we renovated a 1 bedroom apartment downstairs in our multi family home. I wanted colorhouse again but they stopped selling it at home depot. Luckily we found a retailer in our city. We had the contractor use the paint in every room, it was a gut reno. Again no issues. Last year there was a small leak and our tenant asked if we had any leftover paint to paint a hallway. We did and he used it. Again NO ISSUES. This is paint that was sitting there for years and was easy to mix and quality was not affected. I wonder if the retailer has any influence on the quality of the paint. I.e. using an authorized and highly rated retailer, or if the quality has in fact gone down. We bought new paint last in 2017 so as far as I know it was still a quality product at that point. I am genuinely sad about the negative experiences other people have had, it doesn't sound like the paint I've used at all.

WARNING: I've learned the hard way to always check the ONE STAR REVIEWS. This paint STINKS LIKE OLD RUBBER. I used two different colors in two different rooms and AFTER TWO YEARS they still have a SOUR, CHEMICAL SMELL. I've been lingering on making this review, but now that it's getting cold, and the windows need to be closed, that wretched smell is coming back. I feel like IT'S MY DUTY TO LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW that my experience with this paint has been CATASTROPHIC. I wrote them and they responded with "WE ONLY MAKE SUBSTANTIATED CLAIMS ABOUT OUR UN-TINTED PAINT FOR A REASON, ITS THE ONLY THING THAT WE ARE AT ALL IN CONTROL OF." (So in other words, ONCE TINTING IS ADDED, IT NULLIFIES THE WHOLE "LOW ODOR. LOW VOC" CLAIMS THEY MAKE) Picture pouring motor oil on an organic salad. All these vibrant colors they advertise are the very thing that will turn it into exactly what they are advertising it isn't!!! It's just another big, overpriced scam, trying to cash in on the new "Back To The Earth" movement. I wish I'd read the fine print.

This painting it's manufactured at the Phoenix warehouse. It is used by rework paint horrible. Very watered-down paint the paint is so old a half of it is expired and still send out to venders for sale

This is my experience using Colorhouse paints. 1. Colorhouse paints are creamy. Decades ago, Benjamin Moore used to have creamy paints that literally put a skin on the wall. I think BM is not what it used to be. 2. The colors are nice. For example, Bisque white looks like white clay. I describe it as "classy, Manhattan". 3. It has no odor. Regarding the review that says the paint smelled, I just don't know how that review is true. 4. It dries fast. 5. The first coat covers about 90%. After the second coat, the paint is deeply opaque, showing the true color. Regarding the review that said they are professionals and the coverage is poor, I have difficulty believing that two coats of Colorhouse paint can't cover anything. I must admit that I do not use primer. I have gotten great results with two color coats only. I must also admit, I paint by brush only, no rollers. I have a dozen Purdys and Woosters. A 4" brush will paint the center of a wall very quickly. Have the courage to try it. Some high end customers order brush only paint jobs. Regarding the review that says two coats of paint comes off and is still tacky after two weeks, this is hard to understand. Are we talking about normal sheet rock walls? I have painted coat #2 after four hours and have found that after two weeks, the eggshell finish paint is hard and doesn't chip off. 6. This paint has given me "blow you away" results. 7. Using this paint means that you care about the person who is living in the space because it has no chemicals that are deleterious to your health. The old chemical laden paints have been found to still be leaching 50% of their dangerous chemicals even after two years. 8. I had the pleasure of speaking with the President. She is enthusiastic, intelligent, open minded, hard working, and cool. 9. Why would you prefer buying paint from a ginormous corporation instead of an American grass roots company run by people who love and live their paints every day? All these reasons make me love this paint. This paint makes you feel good. It's the new Benjamin Moore but healhier. The review that said they can't wait to paint again is true. I'm about to paint two more rooms. And I can hardly wait to get the awesome, "blow you away" results that I got before. Good luck and God bless.

Worst paint ever. Worst customer service ever. The bedroom I painted has such a bad odor I have not been able to be in the room without my eyes burning. Called company and asked for help. They made me send in a picture of a my paint can, took 2 weeks to test it, then told me it was negative so I was SOL> No other help. They have not even answered if this is toxic. A question I asked day one. The didn't even offer a refund. This paint has cost me dearly. I cannot use my bedroom, I have had to sleep on the floor making my sciatica worse. We have had to keep the window open in over 100 heat. I have never hated a product more in my life or the company that wont stand behind it.

We bought two colors from the Crate and Barrel color line. We thought it would be great to have a less toxic alternative from a small, independent company run by designers, with great colors to boot. We also thought it would be high quality. We're pretty disappointed in the paint. My husband is a high-end contractor and a home improvement expert, so we know we did everything to the extreme best; we are far from amateurs. The paint does not cover well, even with the appropriate compounding, taping, sanding, and primer used before it. It also comes off extremely easily and this is after two coats. This is incredibly annoying especially on the walls that have the dark blue (Crate and Barrel Blue 6) which require touch ups already. The walls were initially painted only two weeks ago. The eggshell finish has a slightly tacky feel even though it's been dry for two weeks. This paint was expensive for the poor quality. We would have been much better off sticking to Benjamin Moore or Pittsburgh, which we've already discussed using to cover this paint sooner rather than later. I cannot comment on customer service as we did not have to contact them for our order. It did take longer than expected to ship to us, though. That is also disappointing, but would have been worth it if the paint was high quality.

I stumbled into Colorhouse because it was only a few blocks away from my condo. What I found inside was a passionate company that has created an amazingly environmentally friendly product. To top it all off they had one of the most customer friendly teams I've ever met. I am not an experienced painter nor was I attempting to do a very large project but the Colorhouse team was truly amazing in helping me through the process. Lynn Morgan in customer service was my panting angel and if she hadn't guided me through the process my entire place would have looked like a kids nursery! I'm so please with how the project turned out and I couldn't be more thankful for Lynn and the Colorhouse team! What's not to like about Colorhouse Paints. They are eco friendly, come in an amazing array of colors for any palette. They are a dream to work with.Their customer service is top notch and are more than happy to help. I really can't say enough good things about the product and the company. These are the best paints on the market and we are proud to use them on our products.

I'm a one coat paint snob. So I like good quality paint. Wasn't sure at first if this was going to be it, since I was going with a lighter paint over a mid-blue color. But it dried beautifully and only had to do a few touch ups over some of the brush strokes. The quality is really outstanding. Will definitely be using again.
