Purchased a raw 20 inch Italian curly frontal which turned out to be a frontal with synthetic fibers . I was willing to return the frontal back all I asked for was a refund . The raw Italian frontal was for a replacement on my raw Italian curly wig I purchased from them. This is now the second time they’ve gotten over on me . My business with them is officially over .

Bait and switch. A couple of days after ordering a 360 kinky straight frontal, I got an email offering to send me a wavy frontal instead. When I said I didn't want a wavy frontal, they said I would have to pay an extra $40 to get a custom-made 360 kinky straight frontal I ordered. I declined. One star for promptly issuing a refund. Very frustrating--they should either indicated the piece is "sold out" or up the price $40. UPDATE: Someone from the company did reach out to me.

OPLICHTING!! Na heel veel gesprekken en gedoe hebben ze eindelijk gezegd stuur de fiets maar terug en krijg je geld terug van klarna. Nu claimen zij het nooit in ontvangst te nemen. Geld weg&/&/€@-“. Ik ga juridische stappen zetten naar dit bedrijf. Iedereen die wilt meehelpen in deze zaak wees welkom. Want als ik alle reacties lees ben ik bij lange na niet de enigste. Wat een oplichters en asociaal volk.

Twee Spirit transportfietsen gekocht in july 2023. Helaas is het de grootste miskopen in jaren geweest voor ons. Zeer slechte fietsen en de klantenservice van deze webshop geeft niet thuis. Het advies is dus ook om hier geen zaken mee te doen.

Dit bedrijf levert. Daar is ook alles mee gezegd. De fiets dient zelf gemonteerd te worden, geen probleem. Echter waren er onderdelen reeds beschadigd en begon de fiets dus binnen een week of twee al flinke roest te vertonen. Nu zijn het voordelige modellen en verwacht ik geen parel, maar nu in februari is de fiets praktisch weggeroest. Best sneu. Na meerdere contactpogingen blijft het bedrijf niets van zich laten horen. Zeer slechte klantenservice dus. Ik heb gebeld en ontving telefonisch het 'correcte' mailadres. Ik word gewoon in de maling genomen, want hier had ik mijn voorgaande mails al naartoe gezonden. Reacties blijven wederom uit. Bestelling is in juni '24 geleverd. In feb '25 nog steeds geen reactie. Het lijkt mij dat ik hen genoeg tijd heb gegeven om het met fatsoen af te handelen. Een negatieve recensie lijkt mij helaas dan ook op z'n plaats.

Cortega fiets gekocht afgelopen. Vanaf begin alleen maar ellende. Ketting valt er telkens af, remmen zeer slecht, zadel kapot, trapper afgebroken. Frame scheef gemonteerd. Ik kan door blijven gaan. Vervolgens is de service zo niet nog slechter. Ik wacht inmiddels al een maand op een trapper die is afgebroken. Vervolgens krijg ik na een maand een melding kunt u niet zelf een reflector kopen bij de action, terwijl er dus een trapper geleverd zou worden. Deze cortega fiets is van inferieure kwaliteit, welke bevestigd is door een fietsenmaker. Service ook dramatisch. Kortom de op het eerste gezicht relatief goedkope fietsen, zijn uiteindelijk duurkoop. We hebben alsnog een andere fiets kunnen kopen en de huidige kan bij het oud ijzer. City bikes doet geen enkele moeite om met ook maar iets van compensatie te komen. Ik ben sprakeloos van zulke service in deze tijden.

Aankoop ging goed, was in de winkel in Rotterdam en werd netjes geholpen. Samen model wat ik wilde was er niet, wat diegene van de chat van Rivena wel aangaf.... Maar proefrit gemaakt op ander model, fietste goed. En toen ging het mis.... Netjes betaald in de winkel en fiets zou 4 dagen later geleverd worden. Maar na 4 dagen geen fiets, gebeld zou over 2 dagen geleverd worden was gaslek op hoofdkantoor, weer gebeld zou iets vertraagd zijn, paar dagen later weer gebeld, computerstoring, konden nu weer in systeem dus komt eraan. Inderdaad paar dagen gewacht weer niks. Bellen duurt lang soms een uur in de wacht, telkens beloftes maar geen fiets. Ik heb op een gegeven moment de bestelling geannuleerd dit werd geaccepteerd en prompt een paar dagen later bericht van transporteur fiets is onderweg, snel de mail doorgestuurd en de transporteur reageerde adequaat en haalde de rit uit de planning. Echter heb ik weken in onzekerheid gezeten of ik het bedrag terug kreeg, ik heb het terug echter zijn er kosten in rekening gebracht voor het retourneren.... Zeer triest alllemaal, recensies op Rivena waren goed echter had ik verder moeten kijken. Retourgeld is leergeld... Dus wees gewaarschuwd.

Unfortunately, this company doesnt realise its legal responsibility in the UK. I purchased L-Carnitine ampules and on delivery 4 of them where smashed. I had CCTV and Ring Doorbell footage of the parcel delivered (dent free) and I contacted them to let them know of the damage. I was given a very cold email stating that as I had not taken out the delivery insurance I would need to await the outcome of their investigations before any further actions could be taken. As a previous ecommerce business owner, I reminded them of their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and then they came back offering my refund on the damaged vials as well as on the postage which I didn't expect. Had they offered to refund or replace the four damaged vials, I would have been leaving a positive review and continue to use them going forward. Now they are receiving negative reviews and I won't buy from the company again. When I saw the offer of "Postage Insurance" it was a concern but I ordered anyway. Looking at the reviews around the net I now see they have an ongoing problem in selling insurance or I should say a problem for those who don't buy it. Know your rights, you do not need to buy insurance from any company online! 1. Seller’s Responsibility – The retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer, not the courier or the buyer. 2. Risk Does Not Transfer to Buyer Until Delivery – If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the retailer must provide a replacement or refund, even if the customer did not purchase additional postage insurance. ------------------ I absolutely love the fact that you reply and still try to justify insurance!! IT is a joke, you do not have the right to charge a customer to ensure they receive the goods they have ordered. It is 100% your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive fit for purpose (or indeed actually arrive) It is not the customers job to insure your parcels. Get to know your legal obligations please. I am going to pass this on to trading standards as a little look through other reviews makes it clear there are many many people being stung because they didnt take the insurance that you are responsible for and is generally included in the shipping cost with your shipping company. Also I would like to add, my box of vials was inside a box that was too large with one tiny piece of "token gesture" bubble wrap! I'm really happy with the purchase (and it was a very fair price) and highly recommend them.

Very good customer service! I bought something but I couldn't get it connected. I received an immediate answer and after sending photos, it turned out that I had ordered it for the wrong Tesla model. Sending it back was not profitable. I received the correct product and I only had to pay the shipping costs. And this while it was actually my own fault. They were also very friendly via email.

I bought an electric Westhill Classic bike some 6 years ago and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Great to ride, fantastic brakes. I keep one pannier permanently attached and it seems to be cavernous, the day's shopping slips in. Stand works well and the spring on the rack holds a cable lock in place. All very easy. I wish it had a rear light and a lock built into the body.

I loved my Westhill Classic until the other day when I was normally cycling and the large bottom weld snapped. No problems in 4.5 years of ownership otherwise. It's knackered already

The bike was delivered in August 22. Had problems form the first ride and left messages for a call back but nobody ever does call you back. The communication is non existent and attitude is clear they do not care at all once they have your money. Their independent dealer who is local to me confirmed that the bike was faulty and should be replaced but they refuse to acknowledge this. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, you have been warned!

I love my classic Westhill electric bike. It's brilliant with my saddle bags when I go swimming or shopping and gets me around quickly and easily. When my screen got damaged recently in the very high winds, Austin and team were really helpful identifying the replacement screen I needed to get that out to me. The bike is great, performs well and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Just received my Folding Ebike and its perfect, light enough to get in my motor home easily, battery is very simple to remove and the ride quality is amazing I forgot that it was a folding bike.

The bike arrived very well packaged and protected. I had a spot of bother putting the bike together but I rang them and they video called me straight away to talk me through what to do. After taking her 1st trip on her new Westhill Venture E-bike my wife is over the moon with it, 7 as I had already made my review we thought it would be only right to say how she felt about owning her 1st E-bike which is the start of our new Adventures on E-bikes, this model is just 24kgs with the battery & is easy to operate & ride, also the help we had from all concerned at Electirc Rider & Westhillbikes was great as there is nothing they can't help you with, we would recommend both companies for future sales for sure.

We bought a Classic step through model, thus far it has been brilliant. It will easily do 60 miles assist on reasonably flat runs. We also have 2 pannier baskets from Westhill. They look a bit strange but work well, wife likes them because they make the bike look wider and cars give her more room. British quality.

Print quality was good, shirt quality was very good. There is no option to select shirt size for kids. I ordered medium sized through size guide and noticed it was 1.5 cm shorter in length, if I knew it was coming shorter I'd have ordered the larger size, hence please recheck your size guide.

Shirt graphic was exactly as the picture I used and T-Shirt quality is perfect. Only wish the print texture was a bit better but everything else is great.

It took about a month for my order to arrive, but this was due to a national holiday and then the parcel got returned for unknown reasons. But, PrintyWorld lacked in keeping the customer updated on their order status. I had to continuously ask them to update me.

Es una pena tener que escribir una crítica negativa, especialmente porque la tienda hizo todo bien: buen precio y envío urgente. Sin embargo, la experiencia se convirtió en una pesadilla por culpa del servicio de transporte (DHL). El pedido se retrasó más de una semana. DHL mintió deliberadamente sobre la ubicación del paquete e indicó en dos ocasiones que no había nadie en casa, cuando siempre hay alguien. Luego, lo enviaron a un punto de recogida donde no estaba el paquete, y para colmo, terminaron dejándolo en otro punto que cerraba temprano el viernes y no abría hasta el lunes, alargando aún más el calvario. Reclamé tanto a la tienda como a DHL, ya que me parece injusto que yo haya elegido una tienda precisamente por su rapidez, y al final haya sido la entrega más lenta de todas. El artículo era unas botas de presovterapia que necesitaba con urgencia para una recuperación, y tuve que pagar sesiones en clínica. Después de todo esto, ni la tienda ni DHL me han dado respuesta alguna. Muy decepcionado.

La BH tiene algún movimiento de mas, pero es lo que tiene no ser profesional. Double glazing replaced in several windows,and the final product is great. The fitters were on time, polite, tidy, and cleared up well. No damage was done to any of the surrounding windows and I am delighted with the quality of finish.

Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I mistakenly put in the county reg of my old van when ordering plates for my new van, I immediately realized the mistake and I tried numerous calls to the office to notify them only for the line to be engaged for over an hour. I also emailed apologizing for my mistake and that I had tried calling numerous times only to receive a one line response telling me "its done and cant be altered" brutal customer service.
