Fout advies
Op advies van Warmteservice een bedrijf ingeschakeld voor onderhoud CV. Dat blijkt een bedrijfje te zijn met veel te weinig ervaring, hoge prijs en zeer klantonvriendelijk. Op verzoek van Warmteservice om telefoonnummer door te geven ga ik niet in. Wil niet geconfronteerd worden met het bedrijf waar ze mij naartoe verwezen.

Verkoop van onverpakte artikelen
Mijn Geberit Bodemventiel was kapot, ik rijde naar vestiging Maarssen aankomst in de winkel ongeïnteresseerd personeel! Treurig aanwezig personeel zegt bij binnen komst niets geen goedemorgen of ik kom zo bij u helpen, uiteindelijk gevraagd voor een nieuwe Geberit bodemventiel personeel Sven loopt naar rek en pakt een onverpakte bodemventiel en komt terug, ik heb gevraagd waroom het artikel niet in origineel verpakking zit antwoord was deze zitten niet in verpakking, daarna heb ik het artikel gekocht en naar huis gereden ik had ook een klusjes man geregeld om te vervangen klusjesman zij gelijk er klopt iets niet deze Geberit bodemventiel hoort in origineel verpakking te zijn en later kwamen we achter dat er een pakking miste! Dus weer terug naar de winkel gereden probleem verteld weer ongeïnteresseerd personeel deze bodemventiel was niet verpakt en ze wisten niet wat er mee gebeurt was en enige advies was volgende dag terug te komen en nieuwe ophalen die wel in origineel verpakking zat dus weer terug gereden naar huis en volgende dag weer naar Maarssen gereden weer klusjesman gebeld om te vervangen uiteindelijk werkte alles weer! Vind wel jammer dat zo gegaan is een artikel van 31 EUR heeft mij nu 125 EUR gekost inclusief klusjesman betaald benzine 3 keer heen weer gereden!

Hier doen ze moeite voor je.........
Ik woon in Duitsland nabij de Nederlandse grens. Ik zocht een koppeling. De juiste koppeling was onvindbaar en ik wilde niet naar de Duitse vakhandel. Die willen alleen nog zaken veel te duur verkopen. Toevallig kwam ik in kontakt met een medewerker van Warmteservice Gennep. Hij adviseerde mij bij hun bedrijf te vragen. Ik ben daarheen gegaan, door de medewerkers van Warmteservice werd serieus moeite gedaan om de juiste koppeling te vinden. De geleverde koppeling bleek dan ook nog te juiste te zijn. Een aanrader dit bedrijf en zijn medewerkers.

They use delivery company’s that are not insured to come into the house to put the underlay. They literally left four heavy rolls of underlay in front of my door step. I was alone in the house and had to drag them in to be able to shut the door. They don’t state that on their website. You pay for delivery for it to be left outside the house. When I called them, they said their delivery drivers not insured, it’s bloody ridiculous as it is heavy and one person cannot drag it into the house. Never using them again.

Not worth the slight saving
Whole Pallet of underlay magically disappeared between supplier & courier. Was told on the afternoon of delivery and was too late to dispatch another load for next day. Cancelled order in the end. Strangely enough, I was told this never happens, obviously apart from all the people on here that it has happened to. Certainly wont be using them again.

Awful customer service
Prices are good, but the customer service is awful. when some of my goods went missing in transit, they did not care about when the carpet was being fitted but told me they would have to investigate first and could take over a week. They then offered to send the carpets out on Thursday for delivery Friday delivery never happened and they blamed the delivery company. When the goods finally arrived on Monday they had packaged the wrong carpet and the packing note says it was packed on Friday for delivery on Monday. At this point, I gave up on their customer service. It’s all lies, and they just don’t care.

Best prices on the net!
Put it this way, I work for a national carpet retailer and all my nice customers looking to save money are referred to Trade Priced! I should be on a retainer the amount of business I’ve put their way! Excellent products and unbeatable prices, especially compared to Tapi and Carpetright. Have used Trade Priced personally for fitting jobs and the delivery is quick and the products are great. Honestly, you won’t find these branded items cheaper. Sure, you can get ‘underlay’ cheaper, but the trick is to look at the density (TOG) and not the thickness. The cheap underlays elsewhere are not very dense at all. And a top tip. Always go for the foam underlays. Forget rubber unless it’s specific underfloor heating or durafit types!

Appalling service - dont buy - still not got goods
Placed an order in early December - never arrived Customer service non -existent when chased and conveniently used Covid as reason no telephone service so had to send enquiry form- no reply 4/5 times (in fact lost count) Emailed again to be advised that another company has bought the asset and have no info on orders placed before January. No idea where to go next as email given by new company - no reply and no goods but they have had my money!

Beware!
I've given two stars for the impressively prompt delivery -no faults there. However, customer service if something goes wrong is non existent. Once they have your money, you are in trouble if there is a problem! In my case I spent nearly £200 on wool felt underlay and double sided carpet tape. The wool felt underlay arrived in bags utterly filthy (as in black grimy filthy), covered in orange (rust?) stains and torn in multiple places leaving the underlay exposed and unprotected. The underlay stinks, not of wool but of diesel fumes and grime. The sample I received of the same underlay from the same seller smelt of wool, was warm to touch and was soft and springy. The underlay I actually received smells of an old bus station, is much thinner, has no spring and appears to be perished as it feels dank and is disintegrating badly. I dread to the think in what adverse conditions and for how long it has been stored. I also recived two rolls of N.E.C (temporary) tape instead of the double sided carpet tape I had ordered! As the phone line was not working, I emailed the company and as yet, several weeks later, have received no reply. I chose this underlay carefully based on the the lovely sample I received and have been looking forward to getting an underlay and carpet for 5 years now. £200 is a huge amount of money for me and to receive something in such poor condition has been very upsetting. It is not acceptable to simply ignore a complaint from a customer when you have their money. I have never received such poor customer service and would not recommend this company.

Axe to grind?
I'm so glad that I wasn't put off from ordering by the tiny minority of dissatisfied customers, out of the tens of thousands of happy ones. Great price of course. Order acknowledged and further notification that the order had been dispatched, with my three rolls arriving in just two days. It is true that Tuffnells only advise of the delivery day and their tracker, for me at least, only said "out for delivery", giving no indication of a time slot, but that was fine for me. In my experience, you can order with complete confidence.

5 Stars turned to 1 Star ! Bought from TradePriced a few times before…always fine. This time, absolutely rubbish. Bought specifically because of 2 day delivery promise…now 10 days, still no underlay and carpet & fitters arriving Wednesday. Have now ordered more from somewhere else. I could forgive a mistake, but failings on every level is not an accident. No order delivered, no quick response to query, no explanation or apology given, no follow up despite an email saying it will be sorted. I don’t believe they have any intention of delivering anything, including a refund. I am going to Hull first week in December so I shall pop in for my underlay or my refund.

1 Star Turned Into 5.
So I've ordered from Tradepriced on plenty of occasions and normally got my stuff without a hitch. This time things were a bit different. Unfortunately, 2 rolls of underlay vanished in transit. Having read recent reviews I did fear the worst and it would have been very easy to jump on the bandwagon and deliver an instantly scathing review as seems to be norm with people these days. However, credit where its due. After no more than a few emails back and forth over maybe 7-10 working days Tradepriced replaced the undelivered items and these were duly delivered the next working day. If I was being super critical then I'd say Mark should perhaps leave Judy to reply to correspondence but at the end of the day, a quick and curt response is probably better than no response for days on end. I would suggest the problems and resultant shoddy reviews lie with the courier Tuffnells. In summary, it's easy to give good reviews when everything goes well but you really get a measure or a company by how they rectify matters when things don't go to plan and on this occasion I can't fault Tradepriced. Therefore, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again as I have in the past.

Dårlig service og transport, flot møbel. Bestilte et bord fra warmnordic. Leveringstid 5-8 hverdage. Det kom 4 uger! efter. Jeg var i kontakt med warmnordic efter 2-3 uger hvorfra jeg kun fik et lunket "det eneste hun kunne gøre var at kontakte transportfirmaet! Det blev leveret med LGT, som kun havde en mand på transporten selvom der var tale om en tung sag på omkring 80 kg (ifølge to flyttemand, som blev tilkaldt til opbæring af møbel) - havde selv skønnet det endnu tungere. Som fremstiller og forhandler af designmøbler har man altså også et ansvar for at vælge en leverandør, der kan leve op til aftalerne og byder på ordentlige arbejdsforhold! Jeg havde gladeligt betalt lidt mere for at få det leveret og kunnet vælge at bordet blevet båret ind. For dårligt, warmnordic. Simpelthen for dårligt. Flot møbel dog.

Ordered in January. Took over three weeks to receive order. They wouldn't believe that it hadn't been delivered. Returned one of the items in early Feb. Been due a refund for a MONTH, unable to make contact now and just terrible service throughout.

Jeg bestilte et sofabord hos Warm Nordic. Det tog desværre 3 uger at modtage det på trods af, at de sagde op til 10 dage. Derudover var det desværre en lidt dårlig service at jeg fik. Jeg forventede en langt bedre service deres priser taget i betragtning. Årsagen til de 2 stjerner er, at bordet levede helt op til mine forventninger.

Lækre lamper - virkelig dårlig service
Lækre lamper men virkelig dårlig service. Det tog næsten tre uger at fragte en standerlampe fra Viby til København, på trods af at de sagde op til to uger (10 arbejdsdage). Derudover kunne jeg ikke få noget som helst information, når jeg ringede til dem (de sagde bare at jeg ville få et opkald fra fragtmanden snart..). Deres fragtmand er absolut heller ikke super - Warm Nordic skriver at fragtmanden vil tage kontakt for at aftale nærmere vedr. levering, men han ringede kun med 15 minutters varsel, hvilket er jo fuldstændig useriøst. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse med Warm Nordic. Vilde med deres design, men de forstår ikke konceptet service... Jeg tvivler stærkt på at jeg vil købe noget der igen.

I didn’t pay over $250 for flowers, to have them delivered after Valentine’s Day. You can keep them and give me a full refund for not holding up your end. The excuse of the carrier not doing their job has nothing to do with us and also if you had it shipped next day delivery or 2 day delivery it would’ve been on time. Placed an order and have not been able to reach anyone from the company. I received a notification on Monday noon, that the flowers for Valentine’s Day were at a shipping partner and awaiting usps. As of tonight (Wednesday night) the flowers have not moved and no updates on the tracking website. The shipping partner is not responding either. I paid for expedited shipping and that seems to have been a waste. I have tried to email and call Rose forever and get no response. To spend $150 for Valentine’s Day surprise and be left empty handed is unacceptable.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid purchasing flowers from Rose Forever . I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I placed my order and completed a card to be sent with it. Then, leading up to the purchase, I didn't see any indication that my message was acknowledged, and I had no option to go back. So, I placed the order and followed up with an email and phone call to ensure it was received. I checked my confirmation email, invoice, etc., and nothing was there. No callback, no email, nothing. Then, I received a message from FedEx saying they tried to deliver the flowers this past Sunday. I ordered for delivery on Valentine's Day. Since I received the delivery attempt email, I again called and emailed the company, and guess what... no response.

What is even going on here?
What is even going on here? I called carpet one and though I was met with rudeness, I went ahead and scheduled a measurement. I was indecisive about flooring type and they recommended a certain LVP or Luxury Vinyl Plank. They offered to have the gentleman bring a sample when he came to do the measurements which I agreed to. Besides being late to his appointed time, he was unresponsive to most questions and gave vague uninterested answers. He also did not bring the sample in question and had no idea about it. When I called in a week later to obtain the quote I was met with more snooty rudeness. From just asking a question. "Hey I had a measure last week but haven't been emailed the quote, I think the guy said he would have it in a couple days?" Um, no. It takes atleast a week. Who even told you that it takes less than that? If one can't even ask a couple relevant questions without being met with hostility and being talked down to, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ik kocht nieuw tapijt bij de kwantum ,dacht we doen niet de goedkoopste , Het tapijt wat we uitgezocht hebben kost € 24,00 de vierkanten meter ,en we hadden 23 vierkante meter nodig ,ongeveer € 2000,00 Maar helaas waardeloos tapijt bij het uitrollen door de stoffeerders zaten er gelijk al lussen in, ik had er nog niet eens over gelopen , het was zeer moeilijk te snijden, en nu bij het stofzuigen durf ik niet langs de kanten te zuigen ,omdat het tapijt rafelt als de pest!! Voor mij een grote miskoop !! Kom ik toevallig bij Carpetright zie ik het zelfde tapijt hangen voor € 10,00 de vierkante meter goedkoper, het had ons € 800,00 kunnen besparen!!! Lieve mensen koop aub niet het tapijt Manon Beige € 24,00 u krijgt er spijt van! Als ik kwantum zou zijn zou ik dit tapijt uit de collectie halen, En ook niet ergens anders kopen! Ik denk dat kwantum hier al veel meer klachten over heeft gehad.

This complaint is about their poor aftersales
This complaint is about their after sales and total lack of reply to emails and phone calls . A builder badly fitted Timbertecks Aluminium impression fencing,I have asked via phone and 2 emails for some lengths of the plastic capping that hides the joints so that I can complete the job. I have recieved no response . (I have phoned them again since writing the review and am now waiting to see if they can supply the pieces I need)

Great sales pitch, terrible management and aftersales care
This company has a great website stating "We don’t just sell deck boards – we do whatever it takes to help you to create your perfect outdoor space" Couldnt be further from the truth. They are great at sales, leaning on their supply of a reputable US product, however once you are over to aftersales, the care is non-existent. They have caller id so wont pick up the call if the salesperson you dealt with isnt there. The customer services team have no technical knowledge or authority to do anything - they will only pass on messages. I spent nearly 3k on decking and encountered a challenge during the build with their screws. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, and complaints to the leadership there was no comeback or help or advice on how to overcome the issue. Instead I was offered an alternate very large box of 300 screws for 100 pounds as they might help fix the issue. Unfortunately poor management lets this company down. Better off with Millboard I say.

Quality product let down by poor management
We had a very poor experience collecting some decking from the warehouse but the quality was good and the price was bearable so reordered more. Decided to get it delivered to avoid having to deal with the silly little man managing the warehouse again. For some reason there was over a week delay in dispatching. Then nearly two weeks later it was apparently delivered to site. Then told it was actually delivered to a neighbour which is odd given our site is manned 24hrs. No indication which neighbour received it and no signature so can only assume we're being messed around by a sad individual back at the warehouse. Ruslan was a great sales rep and the product was decent price and quality, but the company is being totally let down by poor warehouse management. There's still no sign of the goods we paid for at the beginning of the month.

Large composite decking to the rear garden
We have just completed a large deck area using TimberTech Sea Salt Grey boards. Ruslan at TimberTech was very helpful throughout the order process and even arranged for the stock to be held until we were ready to start our project. It is our first use of composite decking and are hoping to get many years use out of it, all fitted in accordance with the install instructions and looks fantastic, a big upgrade on our wooden deck of old.

Spent an extremely large amount of money on a vast decked area which was constructed and fitted by the team at Timbertech structure and boards which cost around £14k. This was beautiful when first put down but only 8 years on and the structure has sunk due to lack or correct installation (not enough concrete) and screws have snapped due to this movement and boards have bowed and risen. I have been advised by the company that they is nothing that they can do as the structure is only on guarantee for 5 years!! I have been advised to get out some experts to look at this but as I have just pointed out to the company the boards will get damaged if unable to remove the snapped screws but alas they are not interested. Disgusted with this response and did recommend Timbertech a few years ago to friends but won't be doing that again!!! Paid all that money to think I was going to have a beautiful decked area for many many many years but now have to fork out more money for someone to come out and do a proper job

Professional truthful opinion - v.good
As a professional landscape gardener, and preferred installer I've used Timbertechs' products on a variety of projects. The boards are of great quality and really sturdy, and really look great when installed correctly. Clients have nothing but praise when they see the finished deck, it is more expensive than some online decking products but you get what you pay for tbh. The sales and aftercare team are super helpful. Honestly, I am super happy with Timbertech's products.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
TLC floor sanding services took our deposit and payment for materials upfront and didn't show up for the job 3 times. They finally sub contracted someone to do their work, started the job and then half way through asked for more money doubling the cost of the work. When we refused they were completely uncontactable so we employed the sub contractor to do the work directly. We were promised money back by Natasha Pratt the owner of TLC floor sanding for the material but it was just another lie. Don't waste your time and money with this company it is a complete con.

Men levert vloeibaar rubber in enkelwandige dozen ZONDER enige bescherming. Emmers gaan vanzelfsprekend kapot in de verzenddoos. De koerier ziet niet dat onderkant doos kapot is en besmeert heel onze zaak vol met vloeibaar rubber. Schade: 2000 euro! Men houd ons eerst 4 maanden aan het lijntje betreft de schade. Na 5x een reminder, een belafspraak. Mnr Bijnen begint met ''weet je hoeveel emmertjes verf ik moet verkopen met 6 euro marge om jullie schade terug te verdienen?''. Daarna enkele opmerkingen als dat we van plan zouden zijn de eventuele vergoeding in eigen zak te steken, op een minachtende toon. Een duidelijke onderbouwing met facturen aangeleverd van hetgeen dat onherstelbaar beschadigd is, wordt direct van tafel geveegd. Daarna nog enkele opmerkingen als ''ik ben echt niet van plan dat te vergoeden''. Al met al denkt Quofi/Destil nog niet een klein beetje mee met een klant waarbij 2000 euro aan schade is veroorzaakt. Succes met de verkoop van je emmertjes! Blijf besparen op de verzendverpakking, anders verdien je nóg minder.

I ordered seven vertical blinds and so far as quality, price and delivery is concerned I would award a 5 star rating. Having submitted my order online I discovered the next day that I had forgotten to include the “mis measurement” insurance cover. I telephoned and emailed Customer Service to ask for this to be included and to raise an additional bill for me to pay. I heard nothing for several days when I received a message to say that my blinds had been made and an estimated delivery date. Fortunately all of my measurements were spot so Customer Service’s saved me the insurance premium. Despite their failure to answer my query I would still use Shade and Story again.

El 7 de febrero de 2025 pagué el pedido 6225001859 [sanitino#1568199] por un importe de 225 euros. El pedido no fue enviado dentro de los 2-4 días hábiles prometidos y el tiempo de envío se modificó a 16 días. Solicité la cancelación del pedido y el reembolso del dinero a mi cuenta bancaria. El pedido fue cancelado, pero recibí una respuesta de que no habían recibido el pago. Esto es mentira. Les envié la confirmación del pago cuatro veces esta semana, durante cuatro días simplemente ignoraron mis cartas, luego el viernes me enviaron una respuesta con disculpas, pero todavía no me han reembolsado el dinero.

hemos realizado tres pedidos. En los últimos dos, parte del material pedido ha venido roto. Creemos que el problema es por el mal embalaje interior de la caja, que ha facilitado el movimiento de las piezas y ha hecho que se rompan, sin evidenciar golpes en el exterior de la caja. En ambas ocasiones, la ayuda prestada por su Servicio al Cliente ha sido nula. El importe de la compra total ha sido superior a los 750 euros. Recomiendo no comprar aquí: lo que intentas ahorrar te sale caro. Edito para contestar al proveedor: Gracias por responder. Es un ejemplo claro de haberles proporcionado una muy baja valoración el hecho de que únicamente nos hayan contestado tras conocer de la existencia de nuestro comentario en Trust Pilot. Un servicio al cliente competente debería haber contestado alguno de los múltiples correos interpuestos. Les contestaremos por email, ya que su información es sesgada.

No compreis en esta empresa, compramos un fregadero de la marca Franke el 29 de Noviembre del 2024 y UPS lo entrego 5 dias tarde de lo que teniamos programado, y llego dañado con una grieta que lo hace inservible.. Les contactamos dentro del plazo de los 14 dias legales informandoles de que el producto estaba dañado y esperando una respuesta del departamento de reclamaciones en como teniamos que proceder y tras varios correos recordatorios, nos dicen que ni nos devuelven el dinero ni nos hacen el cambio porque no comunicanos que el producto estaba dañado en los dos dias posteriores a la fecha de entrega que segun ellos es la fecha preferible de comunicarlo segun sus condiciones. Esta empresa vulnera los derechos del consumidor ya que el producto llego defectuoso, y su politica de devoluciones por la que se acogen y por la cual no te devuelven el dinero ni tan si quiera te ofrecen cambiar el producto, contraviene la garantia legal del derecho a devolucion para productos nuevos defectuosos.

J'ai acheté des chaussettes en laine il y a un an, ce qui me permet aujourd'hui de donner un avis. Ayant les pieds sensibles au froid, avec des rougeurs et des picotements, ces chaussettes m'ont mieux convenu que des simples chaussettes en coton, mais elles n'étaient pas suffisantes pour mon confort. Elles sont superbes et de grande qualité, mais si vous avez les pieds très froids malgré la laine, elles pourraient ne pas être assez chaudes pour vous. Cela dit, chaque personne est différente, et elles pourraient parfaitement vous convenir ! Actuellement, je teste d'autres chaussettes en laine Bleuforêt, plus fines que celles de La Ferme du Mohair, et je constate que mes pieds sont mieux protégés et plus chauds. Il suffit de trouver LA chaussette qui correspond à vos besoins. En tout cas, le service et la livraison étaient impeccables, ce qui est toujours un plus ! Je re commande

Refund policy does not make sense
I bought (hired) a gas bottle approximately 6 years ago and kept going back to Ace for either topping up or replacing with a new full one. Also bought copious amounts of coal when I had my log burner. Now sold my patio heater so went to return the gas bottle to them for my refund. Was told this could not be done without the original receipt. I have moved house since and also this is 6-7 years ago since I originally bought this. Even though the bottle is evidently orginally from ACE, having the logo, telephone number etc engraved on to it, they refused to give me my money back and stared blankly at me when I politely challenged this as it does not make sense. Surely even without the original receipt dating back all those years, is it not common sense that this does belong to ACE? Obviously not! Now found an alterntive supplier with much better customer service in Huddersfield.

Disappointing Service from a local supplier
Have previously purchased a larger can with ACE. Took my can into the shop over the weekend and explained that this would not fit in my new BBQ and if there would be a chance of downgrading it or looking at a smaller unit. Was told they had stock but not for new customers, even though I had an ACE Energy can in my hands. Said I could leave the other can there even though I explained it was pretty much full then stared blankly at me when I asked if there was no way of helping. Really disappointing given I only live round the corner - will travel out to get elsewhere in future.

Har netop købt ovn+mikrobølgeovn hos Køle-Møller HCØrstedsvej. Begge dele skulle leveres og installeres. Ovnen blev indsat uden problemer; men mikroovnen gled ikke umiddelbart på plads, hvorfor personen, der skulle installere ovnen, med det samme opgav med en bemærkning om, at jeg skulle have en tømrer til at afhjælpe. Han ville ikke hjælpe mig. Med en god vens hjælp viste problemet at skyldtes, at den hylde, hvor ovnen skulle stå på, gled mod bagenden, hvorved ovnen ikke kunne stå rigtigt. Problemet blev afhjulpet på ganske kort tid. Attituden hos den person, der skulle installere ovnen var ganske lidt kundevenlig. Han burde have forsøgt lidt længere at hjælpe sin kunde, end bare at slutte stikket til strømforsyningen. Da jeg så tog ned i forretningen for at give forretningen feedback for, at den måske i fremtiden kunne give en bedre kundeoplevelse, blev jeg mødt med stor arrogance med en besked om, at man ikke ønsker at forbedre sin service. Tja- sådan kan man jo godt behandle sine kunder; men det er nok ikke forretningsmæssigt særligt smart. Jeg køber aldrig mere produkter hos Køle-Møller H.C. Ørstedsvej

Dårlig købsrådgivning
Jeg har i min levetid (81 år) haft adskillige køleskabe og derfor også oplevet at pæren i skabet skulle udskiftes efter 5-6 år. Dette har aldrig været vanskeligere end at skifte pære i en lampe. Da vi købte vores nuværende køleskab (Electrolux) kiggede vi mere på indretningen end lyskilden. En dag var der ikke længere lys i skabet, og jeg ville afmontere pæren for at gå hen og købe en mage til. Hos Køle-Møller fik jeg imidlertid at vide, at dette skab fik lys fra et armatur, som en servicetekniker skulle komme og udskifte. På mit spørgsmål om hvad det så skulle koste, var svaret "i omegnen af 1000 kr. incl. materialer. Når man sælger et køleskab med funktioner, der afviger fra de traditionelle vil en ansvarlig og redelig sælger naturligvis gøre opmærksom på forholdet ved købet. Især da pærer ikke holder så længe som skabets øvrige bestanddele, er det væsentligt at blive informeret om at man om 5-6 år må påregne en udgift i 1000 kr klassen. Det kunne få en og anden til at vælge et andet skab. Da Køle Møller ikke har sælgere med de af mig ønskede egenskaber, vil jeg fremover vælge en anden leverandør

Levering og tilslutning forfærdeligt
Købsoplevelsen var faktisk rigtig fin , men Levering og installation var forfærdeligt . Før havde jeg en defekt opvaskemaskine . NU er jeg efterladt med en maskine, der ikke virker, et afløb, der ikke fungerer og en utæt håndvask,der ikke fungerer. . Jeg fik naturligvis at vide, at alt var mit problem og min skyld. Jeg må bare konstatere, at jeg før dette besøg idet mindste havde en fungerende håndvask, der blev utæt under installationen, den er nu helt ubrugelig. Kommunikationen var vredladen og på ingen måde løsningsorienteret. Jeg har opgivet, idet den, der skulle installere helt åbentlyst ikke havde kompetencer til at få det til at fungere . Jeg blev rådet til at købe en drypbakke tillige , men den er efterladt så skævt, at den ikke fungerer. Det koster mig et vvs besøg herefter . Alt i alt en dyr affære .

Terrible!
Terrible!! Vicky was very nice until I pay the deposit From this point she pushed every minute to get pay before anything happen. She even threaten me by text while I was still opening the gate for the van that she will have to stop her team and the van if I do not pay now! I’m shocked! Never seen such a rude way to run a company. After that they ask me to pay an extra 1,1K£ because I was over the weight initially quoted (they never talk about weight in any email) you have to read all terms& conditions. They consider 8m3 is no more than 450gk which is just impossible. Anyway I had no choice to pay. After that I called few times to get ETA of the driver as no one lived at the flat yet, they said they were stuck at the border at 9am and the driver called at 10am saying he was here waiting and no one was there!!! I had to call my dad in emergency to open the door and the driver left everything outside in the rain because he was in the rush and upset that he had to wait 15min! Of course in the meantime no communication with Vicky, she even blocked my number. I can’t believe this kind of company still exist in uk. Terrible experience. Update: I’ve been contacted by the company and they threatened me by text messages, I’m shocked! They said they’ll take me to court and that I must not forget that they have my full address!!! I’ve got pictures to prove that. How dishonest and unprofessional and rude people can run a company.

Stay away from this company
Please note that the company is reporting all negative reviews on Trustpilot as harmful or not legit in order to get them removed from the website, and their Google Maps profile is full of 5-star reviews from users which are all very similar and super generic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst moving experience I ever had - moving company solely driven by money with zero care for customers. Dishonest people, stay away from them. Arranged dismantling/packing/collection for ~25 small boxes of clothing/shoes/pots, 2 bikes, four chairs and two work desks for a move from London to Amsterdam. Found the pricing (£2.4K) and the timelines to get the stuff into Amsterdam offered by the company extremely attractive. On the moving day, two very rude and without much moving expertise men showed up at my door, and initially refused to dismantle the desks and chairs claiming they were not paid for doing so - had to literally persuade them to do so, and eventually they were not even able to dismantle a simple Ikea chair and messed around with the work desks as they did not have all the necessary tools. However, the worst still had to happen - on the same day of the collection, late at night (around 10pm) Vicky from Customer Service sent me an email informing me that my stuff weighed more than 1.3 tonnes (vs. an agreed weight of ~450kg), hence had to pay right away £1.6K extra to get my stuff delivered to Amsterdam. She attached only a receipt of the weight taken in the afternoon without context on what was actually inside the van (was it even "my" van?) when it got weighted. She claimed the receipt was correct because of the time shown in the receipt and the license plate of the van (am I supposed to know that?). I found the email extremely suspicious (because of the time it got sent and the nasty wording used by ExpressRemovals when I asked for explanations on the process) and Vicky got extremely pushy to get paid as soon as possible to process the shipment. The day after (on Friday 21-Apr) I asked to speak with her manager to get an understanding of what happened but it was impossible to get hold of him as "too busy". I knew for a fact my stuff didn't weigh that much (shoes and clothing cannot weigh more than a car!), however I did not have any choice but to pay. They were not willing to let me go to their depot to check the weight together (they mentioned some random reasons on the phone) and obviously they were holding all my belongings as "hostage". I eventually paid £1.6K extra, and the extra fee included transportation of all the goods to the 4th floor, clearly shown in the receipt. On the delivery date (one week after the collection), the driver showed up very late at ~11.30pm (with extremely poor communication from Vicky/ExpressRemovals on the ETA) and refused to take my stuff upstairs since his service fee did not include transportation to the 4th floor. I showed him the receipt proving that I paid exactly for that service however he dropped all the boxes and left right away. He even asked me to get paid £400 cash to bring the stuff upstairs, a job I already paid for! Thankfully most of my belongings arrived in one piece (two pots got broken), as I was fearing for the worst. The day after, when I challenged Vicky and her "management" team on this massive inconvenience (I even included pictures and one audio recording of my conversation with the driver), Express Removal refused to take any accountability for the miss in the service and claimed that the driver offered to help but I refused. I was there with my partner willing to bring the stuff upstairs with him to end the job as soon as possible as it was super late already; the audio recording, which I can attach to this review as well as all the emails with Vicky and receipts in case they reply to this review, proves the exact contrary. ExpressRemovals eventually stopped replying to my emails/answering my phone calls, and I am currently seeking legal advice with the audio/video proofs. Do yourself a favor, if you are in need of a moving company: go to someone else even if they cost slightly more and DO NOT trust the Google reviews (they are exactly the same across multiple customers). Any accredited moving company can surely do a better job than this dishonest bunch of people (just to finish, Vicky and Louis from the management team on their electronic signature claim 5-star on Trust Pilot which is a big lie as of 29-Apr).

Driven by money with zero thought for…
Over charged us with zero thought for the customer, clearly driven by money. Paid for 5 hours and we needed some extra hours and had to pay more for less hours then the original job price!. If they didn't have my items on the van I wouldn't of paid but believe they knew this ans took advantage of the situation. I wouldn't recommend this company. to add to the reply. clearly they are hiding the truth as I paid for 5 hours with was recommend by them. then we had issues and needed more hours. i paid an extra 4 hours which was more then the original quote. Will upload both invoices just to prove in due couse. Regarding the extra hours they wanted an extra 6 with was ridicules. For one house move it was costing over 2k! I would definitely not use as there seem to be no honest too. Avoid

Used this removals firm today for our house move, have to say they are absolutely brilliant also really polite. Took their time a d care about our items, and did a great job !!! Would definitely recommend them!!!! Resonably price too
