DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Appalling service. My order was cancelled without any notification, I only found out when I called them. I have also only been re-embursed for 50% of what I paid. The reply is nonsense, just words. I have the bank statment to prove that I have only been partially refunded. You have done nothing to help and simply assumed that I am mistaken. You think it's a coincidence that other reviewers are also complaining they have not been fully refunded???!?!

Fick aldrig Fåtöljen som beställdes i julli
I juli min syster beställde en Oslo fåtölj XL lift-up svart läder fåtölj. I sent augusti fick hon meddelanden att stolen skulle levereras idag den 14 oktober. Förra veckan var pengarna tillbaka på hennes bankkonto. Hon fick aldrig någon förklaring varför hon får inte fåtöljen som hon beställde. Hon är handikappad och verkligen behöver en extra bred lyft stol. Jag ville ha svar varför hon får inte sin stol.

Ingen leverans men pengar skall dras från kontot!!!
Har gjort en beställning i Augusti på 4 stolar från Artwood. I lång tid får jag besked att dem förväntas komma i slutet av Oktober. Det sista jag får höra är först 30 eller 31/10. Efter det är det i slutet av vecka 44 dvs idag lr imorgon. Skall få stolarna via DHL, pengarna dras (ca 18.000 kr) idag men fortfarande inget notis från DHL, inget svar när man ringer till Trosa möbler. Man får panik över att man blivit lurad!! Varning för detta företag! Hade det bara blivit försenat hade det varit ok, men att jag själv skall ringa o försöka få tag i information hela tiden samt att det finns inget spårningsnummer att få tag i. Under all kritik!!! Får jag inte mina stolar kommer ärendet att polisanmälan!!! Arg kund!!!

Förargad
Allt var bra till jag skulle få kompensation för att de strulat och lovat mig leverans som uteblev i nästan 3 veckor. Då fick jag en kompensation på 40 kr och de sa att de fanns de som haft det värre än jag, vilket mest retade mig. Det är inte godtagbart tycker jag ................................................................ ca 2 timmar efter att jag publicerat ovanstående ringde en medarbetare från företaget och så att hon läst mitt inlägg och ville ställa allt till rätta. Det borde inte behöva skötas genom denna omvägen, utan löst sig direkt innan omdömet. Men vi kom överens, så nu får jag säga att jag är nöjd.

KØB ALDRIG HOS PABON!!!!
ADVARSEL!!!! Denne butik gør alt hvad de kan for IKKE at levere varen til deres kunder. Vi bestilte nogle lamper og et ur og der gik lang tid uden vi hørte noget på trods af at varen var på lager!! Daglige telefonopkald og mails til C (der ikke længere er i butikken) og den såkaldte nye ledelse, hvor vi enten intet svar fik eller fik en melding om at de ville kontakte os senere (uden nogensinde at blive det), gjorde ikke det store udslag. Efter flere måneders kamp, ville Pabon pludselig ikke levere varen pga ophør af samarbejde med leverandøren (på trods af at varen havde været på lager!!). Først da vi gjorde opmærksom på at man pga. den gældende lovgivning ikke kan ophæve en aftale på denne måde, ændrede deres opførsel sig og pludselig kunne alt lade sig gøre og vi modtog varen et par uger efter. Det kan godt være at vi modtog varen, men det er absolut ikke kampen værd. Derfor... køb aldrig i denne butik. De er fulde af gode (og meget dårlige) undskyldninger ... medmindre man kender lidt til lovgivningen og har argumenterne i orden, så skal man ikke regne med at modtage sine varer. Jeg forstår ikke hvordan man kan få en butik til at løbe rundt på denne måde...!!!!

Det virker som svindel
Bestilte online et bord 20. januar 2015 men har ikke fået varen endnu. Talte to uger med en person, der oplyste at de havde svært ved at få varen fra leverandøren. Det nærmer sig begrebet SVINDEL
Har indtil nu fundet 6 leverandører / importører, hvis varer, - kvalitetsvarer, Pabon annoncerer med på nettet. Alle 6 påstår, at de ikke vil levere til Pabon. Kunderne får omg en fakture, men varen dukker af indlysende grunde aldrig op. Email og telefonforespørgsler besvares ikke eller meget henholdende. Vi kunder burde rotte os sammen og rette henvendelse til Forbrugerombudsmanden ! Hvem ved, hvordan man griber det an ? Her i april 15 er deres hjemmeside lukket, formoder at de er gået konkurs. Og heldigvis, for mage til snydefirma skal man da lede længe efter ! Undersøger pt om der er grundlag for politianmeldelse af bagmændene...

Vi bestilte et bord den 22. januar 2015 ogt fik mange og lange forklaringer på hvornår bordet kunne leveres - Det viser sig at Muuto ikke vil levere borde til Pabon og at Pabon ikke siger dette til kunderne. Man ringer og skriver og ingenting sker - Jeg bad direktøren Alfred om at ringe men ingen reaktion . Super produkter - dårlig salgs og leveringsoplevelse. Forsætter dette er de nok færdige i branchen.

Bestilte et tæppe og en plaid fra muuto via hjemmesiden. Der var iflg. hjemmesiden 1-2 dages leveringstid. Kontaktede efter 5 dage pabon, der oplyste at leveringen normalt var 8 - 10 dage (??). 14 dage efter bestilling og de efterfølgende 3 uger forsøgte både jeg selv og min kæreste med flere emails og telefonopkald til Pabon. De var venlige i telefonen og lovede altid at vende tilbage når de lige havde undersøgt sagen, men det skete nærmest aldrig. Efter i 5 uger at have ventet på varen og uden at kunne få svar på hverken forventet leveringstid eller hvorfor varen var forsinket, endte vi med at afbestille varerne. Kan iøvrigt på hjemmesiden se, at de har lavet leveringstiden om på de bestilte varer til 4-6 dage - noget der således ikke rigtigt stemmer overens med virkeligheden.

De har IKKE forbedret sig !
Leveringstid overskredet, selvom varen angiveligt var på lager. Har emailet adskillige gange og får at standard svar, at vi kontakter vores lager og melder tilbage. Der kommer aldrig en tilbagemelding ! Har ligeledes ringet adskillige gange, telefonsvarer: vi har travlt, send en email ! Nej, de skal ikke have en ny chance, - det er et firma, som IKKE har styr på tingene, kan ikke anbefale at købe hos dem - det får I kun bøvl ud af ! RIP PABON !

Recibí una lámpara para techo lineal de 1 m, Edge Moderna Minimalista Lineal Metal LED Lámpara de Techo Negra 100CM / Atenuable, y la recibí en malas condiciones. La lámpara venía sin embalar, el transformador que trae venía suelto y desconectado de los 6 cables que salen de la lámpara para el transformador. El mando a distancia que trae la lámpara venía fuera de envoltorio, sucio, muy negro con polvo incrustado y, los tacos y tornillos de sujeción al techo sueltos en la caja, sin plástico ni nada de nada. Por supuesto, tampoco venían instrucciones. Estoy intentando hacer la devolución y el primer correo que recibo me indica que hay gastos de transporte y un posible 10% extra, cuando en la política de devolución claramente indica que no existirán costes si el problema es por Las Sola. En fin, muy enfadado por el asunto y esperando que se resuelva al menos correctamente.

Absolute oplichterij! Eric kuster stijl bed gekocht voor 3.200 euro. Na heel veel gedoe, toch het bed binnen gekregen. Kastjes vallen uit elkaar, is van goedkoop materiaal gemaakt, bed is amper goed gevuld, matras zakt in, geen ondersteuning. Na veel bellen en klagen nieuwe matrassen gekregen. Zelfde probleem! Annuleren kan niet, dan moet je als of 70% betalen. Pure oplichterij! Doe aub geen zaken met deze mensen. Daarnaast veranderd de naam van de winkel om de zoveel tijd!! Dat weerspiegeld hoe gehecht ze zijn aan hun lastige klanten.. ze lichten op en verdwijnen!! Laat je niet bereiken en doe geen zaken met ze!

Bespaar jezelf een hoop ellende en koop hier niks. Wij zijn bij een bezoek aan de winkel in Zoeterwoude toch overtuigd om over te gaan tot koop; een boxspring van €2300. Toevallig kregen wij dezelfde avond op facebook verschillende aanbiedingen waaronder een bed die exact hetzelfde eruit zag als die wij kochten maar dan voor €1600. De volgende dag besloten wij om telefonisch na te vragen waarom er zo een verschil was in deze bedden en prijs. Dezelfde jongen die ons de dag daarvoor vriendelijk heeft geholpen, is nu opeens (na de koop en aanbetaling) veranderd in een zeer onbeschofte verkoper. ‘Als je niet wilt kan je annuleren’. Annuleren levert namelijk 70% op van het totaalbedrag. Wij gaven aan dat dit niet onze intentie was maar puur wilden weten waarom er zo een prijsverschil was en hoopte op uitleg. Maar dat was te veel gevraagd. Prima.. Na 9 weken wachten hadden we nog niks vernomen. Bij het bellen kregen we keer op keer te horen dat we teruggebeld zouden worden. Dit is nooit gebeurd. Toen het bed eindelijk klaar was bij de fabriek kregen we de vraag om deze toch zelf op te halen ivm een beurs en drukte. Wij hebben bewust gekozen en betaald voor bezorging, omdat we het zelf niet konden ophalen. Als we dit zo graag wilden, dan moesten we wel 1,5 week wachten. Gezien wij geen keus hadden hebben we dit maar gedaan. De dag dat het bed bezorgd werd begon de ellende pas echt. Bij het uitpakken van het bed bleek het een ander model (zonder kader) en ontbraken de pootjes en alle schroeven. Daarnaast hadden wij 2 verschillende matrassen gekocht (een harde en een zachtere). Op de verpakking stond niks dus we wisten niet welke matras van wie was. Bij het bellen gaven ze aan de pootjes in de avond alsnog langs te brengen. Om 22:00 waren ze er eindelijk, maar je raad het al.. de verkeerde pootjes. Die van ons was blijkbaar bij iemand anders beland. Verder kregen we te horen dat we deze konden gebruiken totdat ze die van ons hadden. Voor wat het model betreft, het is waarschijnlijk een fout van de fabrikant gaven ze aan, maar dit is toch mooier zeiden ze! Ongelooflijk. Het verschil in de matrassen moest ik achterhalen door te kijken welke zwaarder aanvoelt. Tot op de dag van vandaag weet ik niet wat wat is. Ik betwijfel eerlijk gezegd of er überhaupt verschil in zit. Bij het in elkaar zetten van het bed bleken de schroeven van het hoofdbord te ontbreken. Snel naar de Karwei. Als kers op de taart pasten de pootjes niet (ondertussen het oude bed op laten halen). met veel pijn en moeite zijn er ergens na een paar dagen gebruikte (andere poten dan besteld) gevonden en die kon ik ophalen. Na een hele afstand naar Zoeterwoude op een zaterdagochtend bleken het andere pootjes te zijn en ook nog eens beschadigd. Na mijn ongenoegen te hebben geuit heb ik mijn weg naar huis vervolgd. Eenmaal aangekomen is er wat extra hulp opgetrommeld om te helpen met tillen om de pootjes te monteren. Je raad het niet.. ze pasten weer niet! Wat blijkt nou, de fabriek is vergeten schroefdraad te plaatsen. Er kunnen dus helemaal geen pootjes vastgezet worden. Dit telefonisch aangegeven en bewezen met een filmpje via Whatsapp geloofden ze het. Ze gaan zsm op zoek naar een oplossing en mij terugbellen. Dit was 18-01-2020. Vandaag is het 26-1-2020 en 0,0 vernomen. Ongelooflijk!! Het interesseert ze helemaal niks. Ik heb er ook helemaal geen zin meer in dus ik ga zelf maar op zoek naar een oplossing. Wij staan echt versteld hoe slecht klantenservice kan zijn. Zij spannen echt de kroon. Ze zijn aangesloten bij CBW maar dat zegt dus ook helemaal niks. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2. Besteed je zuurverdiende geld ergens waar ze wel waarde hechten aan hun klanten en service.

Schandalige behandeling !
Schandalige behandeling ! Tot meerdere malen terug gemoeten met ons bed. Ze hebben fout op fout gemaakt, achterkant van ons bed was fout gemonteerd met soort van deuken erin, wij hebben zelf een bus moeten huren en terug moeten gaan heeft ons extra geld gekost.

Wees gewaarschuwd: doe geen aanbetaling!
Klantvriendelijkheid is hier ver te zoeken. Deze winkel heeft mijn verbazing keer op keer overtroffen. In de winkel word je goed geholpen, maar eenmaal aanbetaald kan je er in stikken. Lang moeten wachten op de levering en onbeschoft te woord gestaan. Op de bon stond een afleverdatum, na het verstrijken van de datum heb ik maar eens gebeld. Toen moest er ineens een nieuwe datum in gepland worden 2 maanden later. Toen ze eindelijk kwamen leveren, moest ik speciaal vragen naar het topmatras wat standaard bijgeleverd zou worden. De bezorgers waren overigens erg aardig en hebben goed werk geleverd. Er is ook een verkeerde kleur beddengoed geleverd, maar ik was er ondertussen zo klaar mee dat ik daar niks over gezegd heb. De kwaliteit van het bed is goed, al was het geluid van de de elektrische boxspring in de winkel veel stiller dan degene die geleverd is.

Slaapt lekker
Zeer tevreden over het bed, ook netjes in elkaar gezet. Helaas een aantal dingen fout gegaan met de levering van de topper wat erg lang duurde voor het opgelost was, mede door vakantie periode van fabrieken e.d. maar uiteindelijk hebben ze het prima opgelost voor ons.

Just plain awful
Just plain awful! I'm still furious. After my experience with Period Style I would advise everyone not to use this company. I ordered a cast iron radiator and was told the lead time would be about 5/6 weeks. After 7 weeks I called..and called..and called. When someone finally answered the phone I was told my radiator was delayed (no kidding) and was told I would be told when it might come. After 10 weeks I called...and called...and called and when eventually I got hold of someone I was given a date for my radiator then heard nothing right up until this date. I needed to know whether to take a day off work so again I went through the usual tiresome phone calling to contact them. Again I was told it was delayed ('so why couldn't you have let me know?!') Anyway, by about 16 weeks after I first ordered the radiator, I was told, it was in stock (imagine my excitement) ...but, wait for it, it would take 3/4 weeks for the satin finishing! I felt they were having a laugh and cancelled. It took almost a month and several calls to get my money back during which time they must surely have lied to me when they said the money was being transferred and would be in my account in 4/5 working days. To sum up- no professionalism, no communication, lies ...and no radiator.

Shockingly poor casting
Bought a beautiful radiator and recieved a shockingly cast and pitted one with hardly any design left on it, period style finally told us to return at our cost for a refund so we will be out of pocket through no fault of our own. They take forever to reply and saybtheybhave when they haven't not proffesional at all. I wish Incould post a photo, This item should've been re-melted down, I dont want it in my house

Why oh why they sent me this link to rate them on Trust Pilot I’ll NEVER know. Absolutely useless and there’s no way I’d buy radiators from these jokers. One online form, 2 calls and 1 email and I still don’t have so much as a quote. Their rads aren’t the real deal either - copies of the traditional Carron’s. Online chat was hilarious, too. They can’t spell simple words for toffee and that doesn’t instill you with confidence does it!! Buy from these guys and you take your chances. I’m not placing an order. The woman on the end of the phone promised to get back to me and still hasn’t despite calling again. In fact it’ll be three calls they’ve had from me and not two. I could tell over the phone that customers were a nuisance to her.

Critically poor customer experience
We were advised the order would be ten working days. It’s over a month now and we’ve not received our radiators sadly. Communication is very poor and they rarely pick up the phone. One time we got through to the sales manager and he suggested £2400 was not a big order and not important in the long scale. What a shame, as it is for us. It’s just a case of wait and see now, as they don’t respond to any small request we ask for. I hope others wanting to decorate have a much better experience with them, yet it may be safer to stay clear. Good luck.

Had to chase too much, not worth the hassle.
Unfortunately I’ve had to chase the sales team on nurmerous occasions about the status of my order of radiators. I emailed with no response, and called twice when someone said they’d call me back - but they never did. They don’t provide delivery into the house, only curb side yet stipulate it’s the purchasers responsibility to ensure they can be brought in the house - and they way a ton! So I’m desperately trying to find out when my delivery will happen so I can do this, obviously wanting them to arrive sooner rather than later. Only reason I didn’t give a poor review is because I haven’t seen the finished product yet and I just hope they were worth the hassle but I will not use them again.

The size of the flowers delivered was significantly smaller than what was shown in the pictures on their website. After complaining & having to send loads of pictures at different angles they said, no that’s ok! Complete joke! I paid £50 for a large bunch of flowers & got a tiny bunch, it was embarrassing to be honest . Do not use this company

Not their problem, not interested!
Their contracted courier, Royal Mail, apparently left the large bouquet of flowers that I ordered for my Wife as a Valentine's Day gift on our driveway in full public view, having made no attempt whatsoever to ring the doorbell or even knock on the front door, there was someone home all day - my Wife! As Prestige didn't send a dispatch notification I wasn't even able to track the delivery, but when I called their customer service team 4 days later they were quite happy to send me the tracking information, which showed where the flowers had been left (at the time). I was away from home at the time and as you can imagine, in the absence of the ability to track the delivery, I hadn't asked her if the large bouquet of flowers I had sent as a surprise Valentine's gift had been delivered. By the time Prestige gave me this information it was of no use as the flowers clearly weren't where they had been left 4 days earlier. I spoke with Sarah who was very quick to tell me that as far the company is concerned despite my order not being received it had been delivered, and when I said that I had not asked for the delivery to be left in a [un]safe place I was told that it is at the courier's discretion and this is specified in Prestige's T&Cs, and I would need to take it up with Royal Mail myself. I did point out that I am not Royal Mail's customer, it is Prestige Flowers I have paid my money to but Sarah wasn't interested, I got the impression this happens regularly and the same lines are trotted out. By the end of the call I was pretty frustrated and asked for the details of the Managing Director - "Simon" I was told, but they couldn't tell me Simon's surname for data protection reasons, although if I searched online I could find it...!?!? I have since emailed Simon, Simon Crowther that is, but this has been ignored.

Untrustworthy company
An untrustworthy company. At the end of 2024, Prestige Flowers ran a marketing campaign at Trafford Centre in Manchester, promising gifts in exchange for sharing personal data and downloading their app. Unfortunately, this seems like a simple scam, as none of the people I know, including myself, ever received the promised gift or even any explanation when now over two months passed. For me, this company goes straight into the "no trust" bin. Now, I just need to figure out how to remove my personal data from their database.

Flowers dying on arrival, no refund
Ordered some flowers for Valentine’s day which unfortunately arrived well into browning and the roses drooped shortly after. Wasn’t a cheap (or particularly large, on arrival) bouquet. Contacted customer services with time-stamped images, who bartered continually over a resolution as if we were at a market when all I wanted was a refund. I would have accepted a replacement bouquet at any other time, however this was specifically for Valentines and I’d already replaced the flowers via another seller. Their final message to me has advised that they’re only able to offer either a replacement bouquet or a £5 refund (the flowers were about £30-35 total with delivery). Wouldn’t recommend using these guys as there’s plenty of other companies who won’t deliver dying flowers/will refund when things go wrong.

No refund for a £50 order
I mistaking put in the wrong address for a friend to receive flowers, due to the address not existing, the flowers never left and apparently I wasn’t eligible for a refund or to just inform them of the correct address. They didn’t even contact me over this incorrect address, I had to chase them up. £50 wasted over what can be easily rectified.

Do not order from this company
I made an order to Vita Interiors in early January . I paid up front for 2 Hans Wenger style chairs and an Eileen Grey side table . Delivery was very good , the items arriving just days after my order . Unfortunately when I opened up the boxes I was rather disappointed to find that the chairs were not matching ( 2 different colours ) and the table was just a frame without its glass top ! I have sent numerous emails and made many telephones calls , all have been unanswered ! I used this company because a friend recommended them to me , I now wish that I had researched this company more before I made my order .

Company no longer trading
I've spent almost a year trying to claim my refund. This company have been reported to Trading Standards, have refused to respond to any emails/phone calls and I am not trying to retrieve my money through the small claims court. When I spoke to the CAB they told me that Vita Interiors are no longer trading and have closed the business. The phone number has also been cut off.

As u know mostly only unhappy pepople comment on their experiences, so really wanted to give this company a half decent review... Didn't receive an order confirmation email, so initally concerned, but after a few days they returned my emails and the 2 chairs turned up on time and in perfect condition. ANNOYED!!!!! and the worst service I have ever received
So I ordered my chair around the beginning of October 2016!!!!! was told 8-10 weeks and nothing!!! Then was told 12 weeks - still nothing and finally got told in the middle of January to pay the rest of my bill and it would be delivered next week - i asked for some form of compensation for the wait and heard nothing!!! Finally after dozens of phone calls (none of which were answered) and numerous emails (none of which i have received a response) I asked for a refund on my deposit!!! It is now the middle of March 2017 - well over 5 months and all i want is my deposit back - Im gonna blow and this is just completely unacceptable. I have worked within retail for well over 25 years and this is just not on. If anyone knows of Rory Mcalpine (its easy to find out from google!!!) then please let him know that he needs to sort this out for me and the others!!!

Gone out of business?
I ordered a chair from Vita Interiors on 30 December and paid a deposit with an estimated 83 day delivery lead time. Fortunately I didn't have to pay the full amount as I have had no contact from them and they do not respond to emails or take phone calls. I did manage to get through once on the phone and was assured the order was going through but then I have heard nothing since and the long lead time is now almost up. There has been a 'everything must go' sale on their website and the chair I ordered no is longer listed so I assume they have gone out of business but I cant find any information about it. I am posting this as I saw another review with a similar problem.

Fantastic in every way!
I recently purchased a Hans J. Wegner style armchair from Vita Interiors. At first I was disappointed by the long delivery date, however it was so worth waiting for. I am so happy I chose this supplier over others I found offering similar price products. The quality of the chair is fantastic, it is absolutely perfect in every way. The quality of the customer service is fantastic, my emails were answered promptly and personally. Delivery was fantastic, driver was both on time, polite and helpful. They said it would be 3 months and it was about 3 months delivery. I am so pleased that I chose this company when searching for the Wegner style chair, I feel it's always a risk buying unseen, however I can say from my heart, with Vita, it was a risk that has paid off and was worth taking.

Disorganized and terrible service
I ordered some glasses in February 2021 for a friends birthday in March. There was a delay on the glasses so Do South wrote to tell me they would be back in stock in May. Come may I don’t hear anything and have to chase. They tell me there has been further delay in July and they will update me as soon as they can - no update to follow. I contact them end of July and they confirm that they will have them in stock on October 5th. I hear nothing and chase them on October 21st. Still nothing. They have offered me a refund but that just lets them off the hook. I have waited patiently for the products I ordered and have been understanding with no reciprocation on effort from them. It’s really disappointing and I’d suggest you don’t bother with Do South - they’re disorganized and pretty terrible service.

Garage door fix
Had a problem with my two year old garage door, very pleased with the service that I received. The fitter took off the cover to the roller and soon found the problem which was hastily repaired and everything now back to normal. Great after sales service.

Don't believe the warranty. Marketing only?
The service was a major disappointment. At first, during the sales process, they were attentive and prompt. Yet, after I inquired about the warranty, the quality of customer service declined sharply. Now, there is only silence. A warranty is valuable only when it is respected. Promising a 10-year warranty is simple if there's no intention to honor it. Ignoring a customer to avoid addressing the issue is even more disheartening.

Received damaged tiles upon delivery (driver rushed off without taking signature or giving me an opportunity to inform him). I immediately called the company to let them know. They said to email in images for a refund etc. I did this three times but did not receive a reply, leaving me with broken tiles. Also their website reviews will not allow you to post 1 star, so reviews are distorted and deceptive, which I will be notifying Trading Standards about.

Very poor company
Very poor company, I ordered my tiles and then was told that they had been discontinued and they could not supply. They pushed me to try and buy an alternative. I asked them to tiles I had originally ordered off the website and they are still in there over 1 month later. They continue to blame this on the website team. We all know it is because they want to take an order even if they can’t fulfil it. Very poor - avoid. They also collect reviews just for a tile sample. This is how they seem to have a decent review in Google. Avoid.

Awful experience, would not recommend at all
I can't tell you how much I regret ordering tiles with this company. Ordered the Orson Classic Patterned Tile after seeing a sample that we were happy with. Once we received the full order of the tiles, we realised that there is a 'distressed' look to the tile that makes it look continually dirty and smeared in mud. Contacted their customer service department who provided a very disappointing response as (1) didn't acknowledge that the sample didn't match the actual tile (2) wouldn't allow us to return the tiles as their policy is you can only return the complete order and not part of the order (3) wouldn't provide a link to leave a product review of the tiles so I'm not able to leave a product review on their website to warn other customers. They offered us £25 as a 'goodwill gesture' but this seems paltry in comparison to spending over £450 on tiles we don't want. I really don't understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews. This product alone seemingly has 46 reviews with an average rating of 4.8. It doesn't make sense. I wouldn't trust any of the reviews on their site or ever order from them again. Hope this helps other people who are considering ordering from them.

Brilliant service, great price and good range of tiles. The website insisted on charging me £35 for a pallet delivery which was clearly not needed for my order. However, I sent them a quick email and a frienly person rang me up and fixed everything in an instant. Highly recommended.

Really good service and great choice of tiles. I ordered a sample which arrived in about 2 days, even over the Xmas period. I then went on to order the tiles for my bathroom. I could pick up for free or pay for delivery; I wouldn’t expect free delivery on such a heavy item so whilst an annoying additional cost it’s got to be expensive. And the overall cost was still compatible to local tile retailers with less to chose from. They were delivered on the day requested even in the snow! And the deliver driver was brilliant. I would recommend.

Got a photo and ordered a sample (broken bit of tile arrived). Ordered the tiles, and what turned up looks NOTHING like the photo or the sample. Asked for a refund and for the tiles to be picked up, as they're nothing like what we ordered. Told that we could have a refund (or 10% off the price), but WE would have to organise the return delivery... What sort of company are you? Oh wait, did someone hear spurs and a pistol? Outstanding !!! Ordered 30m2 floor tiles 3 days ago. 8am this morning they arrived. The panic I’ve had ( phoned Customer Services too) about ‘ kerbside delivery’ was completely alleviated, the delivery man brought them up to my door. I had previously explained the access to another company before placing an order and they had a shocking attitude. I’m on my own, so this morning was a perfect delivery, they’re all inside the house within an hour. Not one mark on any boxes, well wrapped on a waterproof pallet. Really a fab experience, thank you.

Customer Service Sucks
I hate to be so blunt in my review title, but I have tried contacting this company to set up a return for the past few weeks. I have left phone messages at the merchant's, contacted through Amazon Pay, emailed, Instagram page, and on their chat on their website. No response whatsoever after dozens of messages. Do not believe the positive reviews, they can't possibly be true. Check out the negative customer service reviews similar to mine and you will run in the other direction. I'm left with a less than desirable product and out over $70.

It should me minus stars awful company spent £850 on a sofa of which £150 was delivery fee told me it was going to be delivered within 2 weeks so i place my order 2 weeks later no contact no sofa so i contact them on whatsapp feed me some crap and give me another date they did this a further 3 timss over a week or so then finally they sed it will he another 2 weeks so i fiannly get my sofa abiut 5 weeks after the original delivery date an the driver lets slip that they only deliver when they have a van full for a specific area so they had my sofa in the warehouse an didnt bother delivering it until it suited them even tho i paid delivery fee of £150 thay should be enuff to get a delivery date that dosent changes well after they bring the sofa in you have to sign a peice of paper to everyone that does chance this company do NOT sign the piece of paper my sofa broke within 4 days i contacted them and there response was i broke it there sofas dont brake the way that mine did and they said it looks like someone has flykicked the sofa now on why on earth would i fly kick the back of my new £850 sofa so as they kept refusing to give me a refund i contacted my bank & citizens advice nothing would work and they would use that peice of paper i was on about as proof there was nothingwrong with the sofa so people id think twice be4 use this absolute scammers

If only I could put zero stars! I ordered a sofa back on the 20th September and chose delivery for 8th October. It got to the 7th October and I had no contact what so ever with this company apart from to confirm my purchase when the order was first placed. So, I went on the website and the phone number did not work... this rang alarm bells. I then went on the live chat on the website and no one replied. Then I decided to go on the Facebook page and speak to someone on messenger. Thankfully someone started to talk to me and they told me I should of been informed that the sofa I had ordered wasn't in stock and it would be sent in the next few days. I was refunded the delivery fee, which I was very grateful for. Although I had already arranged for my current sofa to be donated to charity the morning my sofa was due to arrive so myself and my small children would have to sit on the floor for a few days. I also questioned why the phone number didn't work and was told that they had a lot of spam calls so had to cut their line. Now, I am not stupid, why would a business disconnect their phone number? I would understand a household line being disconnected for this reason, but not a business. The next week, I still had heard nothing and left it till mid week to confirm what was going on. At this point me and my children hadn't had any seating since the Friday and it was now the following Wednesday. I sent numerous emails, Facebook messages and on the live chat. I noticed they had read my Facebook message and not bothered to reply. So in the end I decided to call my bank to take over this situation as I have clearly been scammed. Its absolutely disgusting that you had my money for that long and didn't even bother to communicate with me. I will be sharing this review on my socials and I currently have a TikTok account with over 10k followers and I will be sure to share it there so no one else has to go through this. I am grateful my bank acted so quickly and also agreed that you are scammers. I am disappointed in myself that I didn't spot anything before I placed the order as I thought I had done my home work. But how wrong was I? I hope no one orders from this site as you will never get your order. You should be ashamed of yourselves- not that you probably care

Grund: Die Verkäuferin hält sich nicht an ihre Zusagen. Nach einem persönlichen Gespräch im Dezember 2024 warte ich bis heute auf ein Angebot. Meine originalen Team 7 Muster hat sie einfach entsorgt, ohne mit mir darüber gesprochen zu haben. Die angebotenen Produkte der Schreinerei Team 7 sind interessant, extrem empfindlich und übermäßig teuer. Nachträgliche Optimierung der Artikel durch Zubehör und Ersatzteile sind nicht möglich! Darum kann ich die Produkte bzw. die Verkäuferin leider nicht weiterempfehlen, keinesfalls!

Wirklich konsumentenfreundlich!
Die Möbel von Team7 haben wir immer sehr stylisch und doch nachhaltig erlebt. Besonders erwähnenswert jedoch ist die Serviceabteilung, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert, auch wenn der Kauf schon längere Zeit zurückliegt. Wirklich konsumentenfreundlich!

Benötigte nach 11 Jahren neue Gasdruckfedern für die Oberschränke. Haben mir die passenden Klappenhalter besorgt, obwohl sie aktuell gar nicht mehr verbaut werden. Sehr kompetenter Ansprechpartner und super schneller Service.

Schade!
Schade, „hochwertige“ Stühle entpuppten sich nicht als solche! Die Verleimung der Armlehne löste sich auch nach zwei Reparaturen. Nun ist der schöne Stuhl lediglich als Dekoration nutzbar. Spricht nicht für die Firma und deren Philosophie.

Nachdem wir mit unserem Team 7 Nox Bett so zufrieden sind, haben wir kürzlich ein Bett Light fürs Gästezimmer bestellt. Der Aufbau durch den örtlichen Händler hat gut geklappt und unsere Gäste sind begeistert über das schöne zeitlose Design dieses Bettes.

Package got lost, but service was attrocious.
- The order did not warn me it was coming from China. Then it got lost. - They gave me an invalid tracking number which they had not tested on AusPost website. - They did not reply to 4 queries over 2 weeks - not even to say they were working on it. - Their eventual 'sorry' gave no explanation - They declined to call when I asked for support. - After almost 2 months they finally admitted that the product was lost, but did not interact or even give me the option to send a new one. - Thankfully they did send a refund.

I order 2 packs of 3 of an item and received just 2 products not 6 which was paid for! There is no contact details to discuss how to get the rest of my order and email address is not working. Very dissatisfied as these were gifts.

Poor quality, slow delivery
Order took 19 days to arrive. Disappointed with 3 shirts I bought. Didn't look much like the pictures. One in particular was nothing like it. Quality for all 3 was poor and one shirt the neckline wasn't finished off. Will wear items around house and garden as I can't be bothered sending back due to hassle and cost. Won't be buying anything else. Was fun tracking my items progress across China once I found appropriate delivery company though.

Website info. misleading, followed slow refund.
Placed on line order after reading delivery info. Read that delivery was approx 3 days. Paid for goods. Received email telling me about 4 week delay. Not happy asked for refund. Money still not in my account 1 week later. Keep getting messages/calls from their people with a not guilty / not my fault attitude. Wrong to assume everyone has so much money that they can afford to go out and pay for a second shade.

Now our first and last point of call for Lighting..!
Craig at Shine Lighting came to our rescue in designing and supplying lighting for a large renovation and extension of our new home. We were confident designing most elements of the house, but the lighting was something we absolutely needed professionals advice on and we are so glad we found Shine Lighting! As a couple we're fairly particular in our designs, I admit, and always push for the best results we can. We found Craig a joy to work with, generous with his time and energy and offering advice from the overall lighting and layering design all the way down to the fittings themselves - we absolutely adore the final results in every room. Unafraid to say when a fitting we'd shortlisted was unsuitable or better served by a different (and often better value!) product and there for any questions we had throughout the build, Shine Lighting are from now on our first and last point of contact for lighting. Highly recommended!

Very helpful, efficient and quick service, great selection, good prices.
Do ask if there is something specific that you want, and you can't see it on the website... Not next day delivery, but nearly, and well packaged. Will source other stuff, but not necessarily bargain prices - only if they have an account for that company. Don't miss their very realistic flickering candles. Battery operated, and impressive.

Look at your wood planks before they are installed.
I purchased split rail fence from the split rail fence store, in New Castle, Delaware. I had the worse pieces of wood, bad quality wood! Nine posts had cracks in them and 15 out of 50-60 of the wooden planks looked so bad I wanted them replaced. The owner, Dan, came out and had an excuse on why the wood was splitting. He even told me that one piece that was banged up, wood indented/cut halfway the width of the wood and green in color was a "character look" that most people liked. I explained I did not like that so-called character look and wanted it replaced. He did not replace it and only replaced one post and 4 planks. The workers left wood chips in my gardens and yard. They also left concrete on my driveway that harden and left a lump on my driveway. I tell everyone I know, not to use this company!

Satisfied Customers
My family and I just had a combination of Western Red Cedar and Montage Ornamental Steel Fences installed on our adjoining properties. We worked, initially, with Chris Cox, who merged his company, Brothers Fence, with Split Rail Fence, during this process. There was some initial confusion after the merging of the two companies, but Chris responded positively to our concerns, was accommodating, and promised to follow our fence installation through to a satisfactory completion. Chris was true to his word. After the fences were installed, he personally came to inspect some of the work we were not satisfied with, and had a crew return to correct the problems in a timely manner. The work crew had a positive attitude, and did everything that was requested of them to our satisfaction. We are now happy customers who recommend Split Rail Fence to others who want to work with a company that cares about customers being satisfied with the final product.

Horrible work and bad customer service
Horrible work. Warranty for only 1 year and there is a reason. I called because my door won't shut properly and this is a new build home. Only 19 months old. They said sorry we only cover up to a year. It'll cost you $250 to fix it. !? Insanely bad customer service. Autumn is the warranty agent... took her 2 weeks to respond. Wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE. I am not want to leave a bad review so you know it's bad.

Bad costumer service/ false information
We had went in with our neighbor to the showroom we wanteded to see what a good neighbor fence looked like since both of us wanted mirror image and a finished look. They showed us a picture in their notebook what it would look like on both sides. It was more expensive then the regular fence. We picked the good neighbor since it was a finished look on both sides. As the fence was going up I could see on our side it was not the finished look I was told. I started questioning the workers they told me to call the office and they continued to work. I called the office and got the showroom they told me I had to talk to Chris who came out to do the measuring he told me what they tell you in the showroom is different then the way they put it up in the field, and since my name was not on contract he could not do anything. I went to talk to my neighbor about it since we were paying half of the cost for our side he did want to do anything about it and told me to "F" it. So we only paid half of what we were to pay. Now we are not on speaking terms with our neighbor because of this. My point is we did not get what we were told by their show room people. If we New what it was going to look like we would have went with the cheaper fence that has the unfinished side. We have been going back and fourth with split rail fence to correct the problem. Their answer is they won't do anything. Their customer service is awful/giving out false information/exspensive.

Excellent workmanship - Friendly and Fast Service
Split Rail came out to repair gates on my fence last week. Marcel was highly efficient, incredibly friendly, took a great amount of pride in his work and left a few hours later with an excellent finished product. Would recommend these guys to anyone for new fences, repairs, etc. Thanks Split-Rail!

New Owner Fixed their Mess up
My neighbor had their fence replaced and we share a 30 foot section. When they removed the section we share, they reversed the fence (so that I now had the backside instead of the finished side - which looked incredibly stupid). When I called to complain, the salesman told me that that was how it was drawn up in the contract (which I never agreed to, let alone even saw). HOWEVER, and this is where the 4-stars comes in, when I was able to escalate my concerns to the owner, he was appalled and apologetic. He had recently purchased the company and was working on changing the way business is done. Within a couple weeks he sent out a crew to put pickets on my side - free of charge without my persuasion. They may have erred to start with, but they did make up for it and did the right thing in the end. I am a big proponent of customer service and it seems like they are on the right track.

Requirements
In Backcountry at Highlands Ranch, fencing is required through this company. We had our yard enclosed. We asked for a specific gate. The salesman took our order and deposit, and we were told there was no extra charge to have the color match our railings (he even referred to a color chart in his book). Then, we learned the gate we chose was not allowed by the HOA. And, he came back and said the color was an up charge. We refused to pay, and his response was, "I'll have to pay this out of my own pocket." Well, too bad. I've experienced this type of trick before. Then, after all was installed, the installers did not return my property to it's original condition--rocks moved and not replaced, etc. I am happy with the final result but it was not a pleasant experience.

Excellent Workmanship
Split Rail Fence and Supply Co. installed fencing at my residence in a timely, safe and secure fashion. Two crews worked diligently to set posts and railing as planned and to my specifications. We were well pleased with their work and efficiently.
