Le personnel vous raccroche au nez, ne vous aide aucunement à résoudre votre question liée à une attente de livraison et s’en décharge complètement!!! Ils savent bien encaisser votre argent et pour le reste, s’en fichent royalement! J’attends toujours la livraison de ma commande. Finger weg von dieser Firma
Leute, lass die Finger von dieser Firma. Ich habe zwei Türgummis bestellt, die leider nicht passten habe sie versucht sofort umzutauschen musste erst mal ein bis zwei Wochen warten dann hab ich noch mal versucht umzutauschen und noch mal und noch mal jetzt nach zwei Monaten Inkassounternehmen Bescheid bekommen, dass man nur 14 Tage Umtauschrecht hat. Das ist doch wirklich lächerlich. Lass die Finger davon. Es gibt viele seriöse Firmen, die vernünftig funktionieren.

Finger weg von GastroHero...
Wer Nerven und Geld sparen will, sollte GastroHero weiträumig umgehen. Am 12.12.2024 wurde ein Weinkühlschrank bestellt, dem war eine Kommunikation per Mail vorausgegangen, in der explizit bestätigt wurde, dass das Produkt auf Lager ist (im eigenen) und eine Liefergarantie bis 20.12.2024 schriftlich gegeben! Es erfolgte keine Lieferung. Auf jegliche Kontaktversuche per Mail, Webseitenformular oder Telefon wurde nicht reagiert. Die "Hotline" ist nur für den Verkauf erreichbar. Selbst nach Androhung eines Käuferschutzverfahrens bei Paypal und Einschaltung einer RA-Kanzlei wurde nicht reagiert. Die Stornierung der Bestellung wurde ebenfalls ignoriert und natürlich keine Rückzahlung geleistet. Es ist stark zu vermuten, dass dieses Unternehmen nahe am Warenbetrug (§263 StGB) agiert, in dem es Ware verkauft, die es nicht liefern kann aber dafür sofort nach Bestellung den Kaufpreis vereinnahmt. Schlussendlich reagiert die Firma auch auf die Mahnung durch Paypal nicht, so dass nach 10 Tagen problemlos der Kaufpreis durch Paypal an uns erstattet wurde. Was stark auffällt ist, dass die hier zu lesenden positiven Bewertungen "überraschenderweise" alles ähnliche Texte sind, wo Mitarbeiter von GastroHero namentlich genannt und für ihren angeblich tollen after sale Service gelobt werden. Diese Bewertungen (es sind fast ausschließlich Bewerter mit genau einer Rezension!) dürften absoluter Fake sein. Entweder von GastroHero selbst initiiert oder gekauft. Dieser Händler hat normalerweise nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Kaufen Sie Ihre Ware woanders, egal wo, es wird auf jeden Fall besser als mit GH. Finger weg!

Das Unternehmen wirbt mit großem Service – leider ist davon nichts zu spüren. Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, doch die Artikelbeschreibung auf der Webseite war falsch. Direkt am Tag der Lieferung habe ich eine Rücksendung angefragt, da der Artikel nicht der Beschreibung entsprach. Doch seit 14 Tagen keine einzige Antwort. Da es natürlich sein kann, dass eine E-Mail untergeht, habe ich nach fünf Tagen eine zweite Anfrage geschickt – doch auch darauf gab es keine Reaktion. Wo ist der "Hero" im Service geblieben? Offenbar am besten bestellen und hoffen, dass man nie etwas zurückgeben muss – denn melden tut sich hier niemand. Sehr enttäuschend! 👎

I purchased 5 items from Decorapore October 23, 2019. While awaiting delivery, the plumber needed the base for the shower. This was a new bathroom. Yesterday, November 19, 2019, i went to the warehouse at 4200 Matte blvd, in Brossard. The attendant told me that they will deliver my itens the next day between 11am and 1pm.after waiting close to 4pm, i called the warehouse at 4200 matte blvd. I was told that the person i spoke with was not there, and delivery will be tomorrow between 1pm and 3pm. I went back to the warehouse. He was there, and denied that he told me delivery will be tomorrow. I mentioned how he said "see you tomorrow " as i was leaving. I told him if he made a mistake better to say i made a mistake, i could understand , but not lie to me about everything. He said to me when i was leaving.." YOU EAT PUSSY" in front of all the other employees. I said to them..that's the kind of person you hire. Imaging saying that to a customer instead of an apology.

Vanaf 1e contact duidelijke uitleg en afspraken, heel veel keuze. Erg blij met resultaat! Ik heb aanrechtblad en barblad laten vervangen, van koken op gas naar inductiekookplaat, nieuwe gootsteen en een Quooker. De elektricien kwam via Steven en die zorgde voor de juiste stekker en extra groep in meterkast.

Mede door goede reviews op Trustpilot stuurde ik mail naar de keukenvernieuwers voor afspraak ve keukenrenovatie. Ik werd binnen paar dagen gebeld, maar niet door bedrijf in mijn regio. Ik vertelde wat mijn wensen waren en maakte kenbaar dat ik graag een offerte wilde. Ook wilde ik geen dure luxe apparatuur maar wel nieuw gas fornuis en koelvries combinatie. Verkoper raakte erg geïrriteerd. 'Ik kan geen offerte uitbrengen per mail, ik kan geen fotos opsturen ik ben zelfstandig ondernemer en moet ook verdienen als ik offerte stuur met Bosch apparatuur vindt u dat zeker te duur.' ik dacht dat keukenvernieuwers aan huis kwamen, maar daar had hij blijkbaar geen zin in en ik na die onbeschofte bejegening ook helemaal niet meer. Ik heb hem afgekapt en gesprek beëindigd. Als je de klant alleen maar dure apparatuur wil aansmeren dan vind ik dat niet erg klantvriendelijk. Gelukkig ben ik hier niet ingetrapt.

Der Schmuck hat eine sehr schlechte Qualität!!! Meine Kette war defekt bei der Ankunft und ich hab sie reklamiert. Das Ersatzprodukt hatte genau den gleichen Fehler!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Bin absolut enttäuscht! Für 135€ erwartet man eine qualitative überzeugende Kette. 1x kann man immer Pech haben aber das Ersatzprodukt war genauso mangelhaft.

Ich habe in Kopenhagen eine Trinkflasche von Design letters gekauft. Zuhause angekommen( Deutschland) habe ich festgestellt, dass die Flasche kaputt ist und das Wasser raus tropft. Ich habe versucht den Kundenservice per Email zu erreichen, um mein Geld wieder zurück zu bekommen, leider ohne Erfolg. Ich hatte alles ausführlich mit Kassenbeleg hingeschickt und es kommt einfach keine Antwort. Bin sprachlos darüber. Keine Empfehlung!!! 16.12.2024 Nachdem ich hier die Bewertung abgegeben habe und erneut den Kundenservice angeschrieben hab, hat es nun endlich geklappt. Mir wurden drei Möglichkeiten zur Entschädigung angeboten. Ich möchte mich besonders bei Julia B. Bedanken. Die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank.

Mangelhafte Qualität
Wir haben viele Tassen von Design Letters, leider werden alle Tassen mit der Zeit matt und verlieren ihre Farbe. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt bei Geschirr, die Tassen wurden ganz normal im Geschirrspüler gereinigt mit Markenprodukte. Sehr schade, wir hatten uns etwas mehr erhofft.

Beautiful products - I have 2 thermal boxes - however I cannot open them. The lock is too stiff annd the pressure release doesn’t make any difference. I assumed the first was damaged but to have the same problem with both of them is a fault. I bought one at Copenhagen airport so I can’t return it. I’m very disappointed especially as I gave them as gifts.

Jeg bestilte en kalender d. 17/1, og modtog herefter en ordrebekræftelse. Pengene bliver også trukket, men efter 14 dage, har jeg stadig ikke hørt mere ang. afsendelsen af min varen. Jeg skriver en mail d. 1/2, og her skriver de så, at de slet ikke har varen på lager, og at "systemet" først har registreret at varen ikke er på lager nu - hvor jeg tilfældigvis skriver. De må ikke trække pengene før varen er afsendt, så det er super uprofesionelt. Havde jeg ikke skrevet, havde de bare beholdt pengene, for deres "system" registrerer tydeligvis ikke, når der er fejl. Find et andet sted at købe varerne, da de slet ikke har styr på hverken webshop eller retningslinjer for betaling.....Føj

Retouren Prozess mangelhaft
Retouren Prozess mangelhaft Ich habe im Online Shop von Design Letters einige Ketten und Anhänger für meine Frau zur Auswahl bestellt. Einkaufserlebnis, d.h. Auswahl und Versandgeschwindigkeit tadellos, wie man es von anderen Shops kennt. Leider habe ich übersehen, dass die Retoure a) nicht kostenlos ist und b) nach Dänemark versendet werden muss. D.h. für eine versicherte Warensendung im wattierten Umschlag muss man bereits ca. 20 Euro einkalkulieren bzw. selber zahlen!! Zusätzlich negativ: Meine Retoure ist verloren gegangen. Jetzt bin ich seit Wochen mit Klarna im Austausch, um eine Rechnungskorrektur anzufordern. DesignLetters meldet sich nicht zurück, die Rechnung wurde nicht korrigiert - insgesamt absolut unprofessionell, fast schon kriminell, die Verbraucher hier im Stich zu lassen. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Rückgabeprozess nicht kundenfreundlich
Rückgabeprozess komplett intransparent. Man muss sich die Infos mühsam selbst auf der Website zusammen suchen, und bekommt dann nicht mal ein Retouren-Label, sondern muss alles selbst händisch ausfüllen. Zudem geht der Rückversand auf Kosten des Käufers nach Dänemark - bei einem Online-Shop, der den Eindruck erweckt deutsch zu sein, nicht ok. Klar hätte man sich das vor der Bestellung irgendwo versteckt auf der Website ansehen können - guter Service ist aber anders. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, sie tun alles, um Rücksendungen zu vermeiden. Schade! Besser woanders bestellen. Hoffentlich klappt alles mit der Rückerstattung.

Wandgarderobe - Die Lieferung war sehr schlecht verpackt und kam dadurch beschädigt an. Des weiteren ist die Ware nicht in der erwarteten Qualität, da es sich nicht um Vollholz handelt, sondern lediglich um ein Laminat! Das entspricht leider nicht meinen Erwartungen und möchte die Ware zurückgeben!

Bestellung verlief einwandfrei. Auftragsbestätigung kam sofort. Lieferung dauerte 8 Wochen. Nachfragen wurden freundlich beantwortet. Spediteur war nett. Verpackung war unzureichend und Luftpolsterfolie mehrfach gerissen. Stellwand tolle Qualität aber leider wurde falsche Größe geliefert. Angebot 50% Gutschrift was ich angenommen habe weil ich nicht wieder 2 Monate warten wollte und nachher ist es wieder falsch. Glücklich bin ich damit nicht. Nur für den netten Kontakt gibt es 2 Sterne alles andere war ein Reinfall.

Lieferung wurde verzögert geliefert, über DHL bin ich auf einen Betrüger hereingefallen, der eine Zahlung angefordert hat, um die Ware auszuliefern. Ich musste meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen und überall meine Daten ändern. Als die Lieferung dann endlich ankam, war sie beschädigt. Ich warte noch auf Antwort, wie damit umgegangen wird.

Another UNRELIABLE Tradesman. AVOID this company if you have a small job because they can't be bothered and will drop you if they get a better offer. I had agreed with Rocco to start a small 2 day job on a Monday and he price matched another bid and assured me I would be happy with his work. It was a tad high compared to other bids but I thought I was dealing with a professional company - their website and reviews gave me the impression that I was dealing with a bigger company. I confirmed the booking and cancelled appointments with other tilers, only to receive a last minute text on a Sunday night that he got a better offer and had to cancel - see screenshot. Just another unreliable one-man tradesman. With so many skilled tilers out there - hire a nice person!

I ordered my magic wipe 2 weeks ago. After 1 week I sent a query re delivery. They claimed to have delivered to the wrong address which was a lie … I know who lives at the address they claimed to deliver to. Since then I’ve had an email saying it’s on its way but wasn’t able to track the item and have not received it. I think this is a scam. Very disappointed 😢

Shocking Customer Service
I always loved their products but my last order never arrived. I have been told it has been sent to the wrong delivery address provided. The name and address is unknown to me and in Australia. Online in the UK. Customer services advise me they can resend me them if I order again and they will give me a 50% discount. Why would I want to pay again for £65 of goods I have never received. I can accept errors happen. What I can’t accept is myself being asked to pay again for goods I’ve never received that have been sent to an address I have never heard of that I definitely didn’t provide. I should get my whole order sent to me or a full refund. Neither of which are being offered and all my emails are now being ignored. I am so disappointed Update as requested My order number is #48684

I ordered in May 2024 still waiting!
I ordered in May 24, for various reasons I forgot about it until they contacted me about issues. Nowhere on their email did it state they were contacting me from Magic Wipe, just the email address itself, so I didn't know if it was a dodgy email. Anyway, assurances of my order to be sent out (November), nothing, I emailed in January, lots of apologies again, assurance of order sent out, emailed again in January (apologies blah, blah) February - abject apologies, systems error, order should be with me in a week.... 3 days yet for them to manage that! Personally I am going for a year anniversary!!! What a total and complete shower they are. I have already sent the order number but here it is again #8940. It was apparently awaiting clearance in customs in Germany on 18th Feb, tracking number expected 2-3 days, delivery in a week. Naturally I have received neither. I would like a refund, but don't trust them with my details again as they lost my order number and address last year some time I no longer trust them with my bank details.

Hopeless company, but good product
I love the wipes - just want to say that up front. I liked them so much after my first order that I went on to order others. The kitchen wipes are ok but not that great, and then I placed another order in December 24 which they claimed to have delivered beginning of January but it simply was not delivered! I have told them this now about a dozen times and they simply are not responding!! Their so called 'customer service' is totally hopeless and have completely ignored my requests to either send out what was ordered again(?) or refund. They are ignoring me now I think! My advice, find an alternative supplier.

Excellent Product
I only give this product 3 stars because there were issues with delivery and initially customer service. This was rectified after some time and I did receive the product. I give the Product 5 stars, excellent at absorbing water and cuts cleaning time in half. I recommend this product.

They do not respond to emails
They do not respond to emails, I have tried to reach out 3 times now in order to make a return and online they have no information as to HOW to process or where to return it?! And when I emailed, I am being completely ignored! I found the same similar wipes so much cheaper. Now it’s gone over the 30 day window and they will probably say you can’t return it now, thats if they even reply.

Köpte en bukett som heter Ljuvlig och går i skira ljusrosa toner med små blommor i matchande färg till ljusrosa rosor. Väldigt fin sammansättning - på deras hemsida. Mottagaren fick istället en bukett i bjärta rosa färger, andra blommor och inte alls det jag köpt. När jag klagat bryr de sig inte och hävdar att det de skickat är likvärdigt, trots att jag skickat in ett foto på den tragiska bukett som gick iväg.

Sämsta o tråkigaste blommorna någonsin.
De har haft bra blommor för något år sedan. Vi har varit missnöjda med dem förra gången (se förra omdömet). Vi ville ge de en chans till o sen vill jag inte sponsra de stora bolagen. De rosor o lila klockor vi fick nu var på väg att vissna. Jag mailade dem efter min beställning, innan jag fick blommorna o tog upp vad som hände förra gången o de skulle fixa det nu. Jag fick även ett maila efter förra klagomålet att jag skulle höra av mig vid nästa beställning. Jag ville som sagt ge de en chans till. Jag mailade de igen idag o detta är svaret: ”det är närbilder på foderbladen på rosor, vita rosor får lätt det. är ngt annat dåligt, ser inte ut som det. varför beställa om man är så missnöjd redan innan. vi gjorde extra fint trots dyra blommor just nu.” Så hur ser blommorna ut när kunder som inte har klagat på de? Helt missnöjd med "Skicka blommor Stockholm"
Valde "Skicka blommor Stockholm" för att de utlovar leverans samma dag vid beställning före kl. 13 och det verkade trovärdigt då de är baserade i Stockholm, dit jag ville ha försändelsen. Dessutom gillade jag tanken att stödja annan blomsterhandel än de stora kedjorna. Företaget misslyckades kapitalt: Mottagaren ringdes först upp en gång när hon var upptagen i ett samtal på 6 minuter. Därefter ringdes mottagaren upp igen redan kl. 14 med beskedet att blombudet hade slutat för dagen, och att min vän skulle få blombudningen nästa dag i stället, på förmiddagen. Min vän väntade hela nästa förmiddag, men budet kom efter kl. 12. Eftersom företaget har "100 % nöjd kund-garanti", kontaktade jag dem och bad om kompensation. Fick inget svar förrän efter att jag sänt flera mejl. De gav mig ingen som helst kompensation.

Beställde på skickablommorpitea.se en orange bukett till min son. Det levereras en rosa! Mailar och är besviken på detta. Vill att de skickar en ny. Deras svar är att de får göra så och att de inte har tid att ringa varje bud. De kunde väl bytt till rött eller gult till en kille!!! Rekommendera INTE detta företag!!

Har anlitat företaget fem gånger på två olika orter, och fyra första gångerna varit punktlig och jätte fina och hållbara buketter. Men nu till påsk kom blommleveransen aldrig fram och det var lite speciell anledning och viktigt att den skulle kommit fram på rätt dag. Fick erbjudande om en tredagars sen leverans och en choklad strut. Vilket var väl fint men det var försent så tackade nej, jag fick pengarna tillbaka men är jätte besvike. Kommer ändå att ge dom fler chanser.

SCAM
I ordered a straw hate, and received an email thanking me and asking to share a picture of me in the hat, but no confirmation number. It has been a week and a half and with no confirmation number, no shipping notification and no order number i can’t not file a complaint. My card was charged the full amount but I don’t think I’ll be receiving anything.

I ordered the bucket hat, a clip and the large woven straw tote. The bucket hat not as seen in the picture, the large woven straw tote turned up wuth 4 stains on it. Have sent pictures and they want more. Only thing worthy of keeping was the clip. I ordered on the 20th January and they arrived on the 5th Feb. Disgusting service, have asked for a refund on bag as need to buy another as go on holiday next week - no justifed response, no paperwork in packaging. Not hassle free return!!
Both 2 items and I want to exchange one since I find it too small and do t like the colour. I requested a form for my return following their instructions and I still haven’t heard back. I followed up with a second email, still nothing after 1 week. This is not hassle free returns! I am terribly disappointed and will never buy anything else from this place. If you advertise that you have a hassle free return policy, honor it!

Cabana Beach towels are great. The material is soft and the towels dry quickly. They are easily washed and fit back neatly in their pouch. Wonderful for traveling, the beach, or boating. Very disappointed with after sales service. We ordered a product (a chiminea cover) which is not the size claimed on the web site. I would like to exchange for a larger one but impossible to get hold of anyone. No information about returns on the web site. Customer services phone never answered and cannot leave a message. Email directs you to send a contact form. Have sent this, have automated reply, but NO follow up. Extremely poor service and now left with an item I cannot use.

Like a previous customer I ordered my chimenea from another company and it was delivered via Gardeco. I received good email communication from them with options to make contact if necessary. They did change the delivery date, but as it was suitable for us I had no need to make contact. The person who delivered our chimenea was very polite and helpful.

Beautiful chiminea worth every penny …
I purchased my Chiminea from garden chic they were not very forthcoming with updates. But after being told my order is coming directly from Gardeco I decided to communicate via them directly. I spoke to a young man from the dispatch team and he was ever so helpfull. He informed me of my delivery dates etc when garden chic were still non the wiser. (I informed garden chic of my dispatch and delivery dates) I received my Chiminea from the nicest delivery man. He carried it into my house and even took away packaging. The item is beautiful. Great quality. Worth the money for sure.

Terrible quality and customer support
Terrible quality and customer support I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before buying a Gardeco product from Garden Street (gardenstreet. co. uk). I purchased an expensive cast-iron chiminea (£239). Upon delivery, it appeared shoddy with poorly fitting parts and especially extremely thin metal in parts - particularly in the bottom bowl to which the legs are attached. Sure enough - before ever having a chance to use the chiminea - in a strong wind the bottom bowl metal shattered making the chiminea useless. Contacts to Gardeco initially resulted in them sending a replacement leg - a part that clearly was not broken! In the 5 months since then, they have failed to respond to numerous attempts to reach them by email. Avoid.

Paul at Gardeco was a pleasure to deal with today and provided fantastic customer service. The house is not easy to find, I was at work when the delivery was scheduled and it was a large, bulky chimenea - so I was expecting problems. I needn't have worried as Paul communicated before and after delivery, worked out timings and delivery arrangements with me and was extremely helpful. The item looks lovely too although I only got a peak in my lunch hour. I'm looking forward to using it tonight. Thanks, Gardeco! Highly recommend.

Good Quality Timber
This is the third time I’ve ordered decking from Decking Supplies and on each occasion I’ve been pleased with the quality of the timber. Only given 4 stars because this time it took quite a bit longer to arrive. Normally been within a week but this time took over 2 weeks. Still pleased though and would recommend.

I’ve used decking supplies twice now for two projects at home, I absolutely can’t fault the decking calculator. It makes it so easy to buy, plan and build your deck and delivery was fast and communication and delivery with the haulier was first class. J'ai opté pr "Buche compressée à haut rendement - SimplyBuche JOUR Conditionnement :La Palette 96 packs - 960kg" Livraison moins de 10 minutes, sur palette dans mon garage. Délais respectés. Bois sec. Au top. Le bémol reste le prix. onéreux (442€, soit 2x le prix d une corde de bois tradi) Je préfére mettre ce prix mais que le bois soit sec. Raptors in Sheep's Clothing
I've reviewed a couple of legal packs from this company - unless spending a tedious (but necessary) time working through legal documents, buyers will not realise the many hidden fees associated with purchasing properties from McHugh & Co. It seems that normally, there is an auction bid price that obviously has to be paid, then a fee to the auctioneer for their services in advertising the property and putting together legal packs. Most auctioneers gain double - a fee from both the buyer and seller for this. Now, instead of overtly stating fees for any particular property being auctioned within the main property listing, this company appears to hide the costs within legal packs. The information is not 'hidden' per se, but neither is it readily available - unsuspecting buyers new to auctions might miss it until too late - when committed to a purchase, which is no longer as affordable but, for which they can do nowt abowt. E.g.1: On or before completion the Buyer shall pay the Seller a contribution towards the cost of any searches or disbursements including any indemnity policy, or any other search provided by the Seller whether in the auction pack or after exchange a sum of £650.00. The seller will not be providing an invoice and the General/Standard Conditions is varied accordingly. E.g.2: In the event of the Seller serving Notice to Complete the Buyer shall as a condition of completion pay the Sellers solicitors costs of £750.00 plus VAT in relation to the service of notice. Any additional work incurred as a result of a failure to complete on time will be charged accordingly. All prices are +VAT, therefore £650 is actually £780, and £750 is actually £900 (£1650 in additional fees already). There are many other contract clauses e.g.: "The property is being sold with limited title guarantee save that for the purposes of Section 6(2)(a) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 matters now recorded in registers open to public inspection shall be treated as being within the actual knowledge of the Purchaser", which effectively means: The buyer is expected to perform their own due diligence by reviewing public records (e.g., land registry records, local authority searches). If any adverse matters are found in these public registers, the buyer cannot claim to be unaware of them after the purchase is completed. The limited title guarantee also means the seller is not liable for title defects that arose before their ownership of the property unless explicitly disclosed. In short, the buyer is responsible for checking public records and assumes the risk for any issues that could have been discovered in those records. It goes on and on and on. Legal eagles (raptors) of course gain benefit from this - I'm sure the owner(s) are lawyers - not content with gaining sales fees (from both buyer and sellers), they additionally gorge on other extras and then, as added security for themselves, tie prospective buyers in legal jargon, knowing most, if any will not proceed to court about it - and if they do, there's lots of ambiguity - more food for lawyers. Bestelling inmiddels ontvangen. Afgegeven datum en tijdstip via sms komt overeen met het werkelijke aflevermoment. Vriendelijke bezorger. Ze zijn scherper dan de marktprijzen.

Je pense que cette personne a beaucoup de travail de là la difficulté à la joindre ! Néanmoins je reste satisfaite de Sécurité Goodeal !

Alarme Jod-1 achetée en 2019. La centrale a fonctionné 4 ans, elle est maintenant HS. Aucun moyen de joindre le SAV, ne répond pas au téléphone ni aux mails, après plusieurs relances.

Service clients et alarmes défaillants !
Nous avons acheté notre alarme en mai 2022 et malgré petits soucis d’installation, nous nous en sommes sortis. Depuis nous avons régulièrement des problèmes (alarme qui se déclenche sans raison apparente, détecteurs a reprogrammer) jusqu’à dernièrement un des détecteurs qui ne fonctionne plus du tout. Nous avons tenté de joindre le service clients : inexistant ! Aucune réponse aucun retour. J’ai acheté également une alarme pour ma mère en septembre 2022, la sirène intérieur sonne en continue et des détecteurs ne fonctionnent pas ! Nous tentons depuis des mois de joindre par téléphone le service client : en vain ! Nous avons donc des alarmes qui fonctionnent à moitié ! Je ne recommande pas !

pb com gsm
Bonjour, depuis quelques temps les transmissions gsm ne fonctionne plus . J'ai testé carte sim ok pourtant quand on appelle l'alarme ça tombe directement sur messagerie. Semblerait qu'il faille ajouter une antenne gsm, serait il possible d'avoir un petit shéma?

Pb système REVOLUTION
J'ai acheté un système d'alarme REVOLUTION mais j'ai dû déconnecter le transmetteur téléphonique car sinon lorsque j'utilise le téléphone la conversation est régulièrement coupée. Je n'ai pas renvoyé l'article car je pensais que c'était à cause de mon vieux téléphone fixe mais maintenant que j'ai changé le problème demeure. Je vois sur le tchat du site SGD que d'autres clients ont le même problème mais sans réponse de la part du vendeur. J'ai envoyé un message à SGD, resté aussi sans réponse. Quant à l'assistance technique téléphonique, elle est devenue payante alors qu'avant elle était gratuite. Bref, pour le prochain système je le commanderai directement en Chine (ils vendent exactement les mêmes environ deux fois moins cher) puisque je ne vois pas l'intérêt de laisser autant de marge à SGD si elle ignore les problèmes des clients une fois qu'ils ont payé.
