From start to finish opera beds have been amazing to deal with. Customer service excellent. We had an hospital bed to dispose of and after sending photographs through opera beds were able to dispose of this bed for us when they delivered and set up the new bed. Which is lovely, when you have to have a bed in your front room the opera bed in walnut looks like a piece of future, can highly recommend opera beds products and staff just lovely.

After bed was ordered a follow up call was made to ensure that we had purchased the bed best suitable, which we had, a delivery day was given and advised that if order could be arranged at an earlier time then they would call, which they did. Paid extra for the assembly which may have been considered a bit on the pricey side but we wanted to make sure that it had been assembled correctly as it was for our elderly mother and her safety was our priority. The bed has proven to be a success not only is she finding it easier to get in and out of bed but the adjustable mattress settings has enabled her to turn easier in bed and the extra width means she isn’t as restricted as she was in her old single bed

The purchase of the bed and mattress was extremely easy and very quick. The staff we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bed was due to arrive at 11.30am on the agreed date and the door bell rang at 11.28am, very impressed. The installation of the new bed and the removal of the old bed went almost unnoticed by us, the two gentlemen who did the job were lovely and to top it all a little present was provided which was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this company and the product is top class and the most comfortable bed we have ever had
