Opera were able to step in at very short notice after I was let down by another company. They were very helpful, were able to deliver a suitable bed within a week and install it.

We paid a visit to High Wycombe showroom which is in a countryside setting. Billy was very polite and we must have been impressed as we ordered a new bed.

I'm very impressed. The beds perfect, I did ring on the 2nd day and got a change of the matteress for the memory foam one, I can't believe how comfortable it is with my hip bursas but firm enough to support my scoliosis. I'm so glad I bought the matyeress protectors.

A really professional company with quality products. We were able to get exactly what we needed, delivered promptly and we assembled ourselves. Very helpful staff and they even organised collection of the large pallet the bed was delivered on. Would highly recommend.

Review is more of a complaint about the terms and conditions placed upon me as a customer. I had to cancel an order due to a change of circumstances at home. Opera Beds acknowledged return of my payment (not received yet at this point) minus the cost of installation of the bed. They did not have to deliver or install the bed but withheld £185. This covers a service not used and I think this is an unreasonable condition. I can see the point of withholding a delivery charge which is rather more reasonable but the full amount is a bit shocking. Update standard answer received - although I did give more than 48 hours notice by telephone.

Good service is easy when all goes to plan, a really good company also knows how to operate when plans go awry.Bottom line- there was a miscommunictaion at the company and the bed planned for arrival Friday was suddenly arriving the following Wednesday. Delighted to say that the company put revised plans in place and bed delivered on time.
